Owen received the information Bruce had sent him that afternoon.
"President, the private investigator has sent the report on Eric over," Bruce said as he knocked on the door of Owen’s office, walked in, and placed the things on the table.
Owen had been busy. Hearing Bruce’s words, he lowered the pen in his hand and took the information on the table out.

"Go ask Miranda. Tell her about an endorsement contract and see if she can get an appointment." Owen turned to Bruce while changing the subject.
"Miss Miranda? President, what’s the meaning of this? Our company doesn’t lack endorsers now," Bruce said dubiously, not understanding what Owen meant.
"Don’t worry. Just go arrange it. You can arrange it tomorrow night or the day after tomorrow." Owen didn’t answer Bruce and just instructed him.
"Yes, CEO. I’ll do it immediately." Seeing that Owen was not going to tell him the answer, Bruce stopped pressing and nodded in agreement.
When Bruce left the office, Owen picked up the information he had.
