It took Hubris a single day to establish a connection with the space to Asgard. In that time, Kiro was healing, getting his reserves to their full potential once again.
Hiro had been busy, mixing everything else, he had already made a little station where he was working in and Kiro was the guinea pig who had to drink all the failed potions, he could feel his stomach complaining every time.
"Master, the bridge has been created. I think we ought to leave for a while, regroup."
He didn’t complain. What they had done would grant them time, even if it was a little, he was sure though that the setback would be greater but he didn’t want to rely on that, it was better to be safe than sorry.
From head to toe Kiro’s body was screaming.
"I won’t be of no use out there, just get me a lot of the crafters here so we can work overtime for the potions you want." Hiro said firmly, the space was now safe, the darkness had also gone.
There were no buildings, no trees just a barren land waiting to be cultivated.
"Oh and Ki, tell them to bring back a hell lot of materials too, we at least need to build something."
Kiro understood, but was still uneasy to leave his friend all on his own so he asked Hubris to guard him while he worked incase there was a way the ancient one could reclaim the space, he understood that now was not the time to get cocky.
It took him a day and some to fully recover his reserves, his body was still aching though but that was something he could push through.
"Ready?" He put out his hand and Isla took it and they walked through together.
Two...three...eight arrows flew right at them, Kiro was quick to unsheathe Ryu without even thinking which activated the destructive skill, he lightly parried the arrows but caused a gust of wind that blew away even the players that were close to him.
"The hell you all doing?" He was visibly upset.
"Sorry, sorry, when the portals closed we had thought you guys succeeded in closing them but when this appeared again, we thought a bigger enemy was coming." Saanvi said apologetically.
Perhaps the only time Kiro had ever seen her so flustered. She also looked extremely concerned it took Kiro a second to figure out why.
"He’s fine, he is working on something over there..."
"I didn’t ask." She may have said that but her face relaxed and had a tinge of red.
"Anyway, every craftsman, buy building materials, crafting materials, supplies and everything. Go through this, Hiro is on other side you will be instructed by him what to do next."
Kiro was not just a guardian but he was a guardian that entered enemy territory and conquered it, people looked at him like some sort of a hero which creeped him out a little. When he made that declaration, nobody argued, they did exactly as they were told.
"Everyone, don’t relax just yet. Conquering the other space was a big win but it was just a setback for them, they’ll come back which is why preparing and maybe attack before they’re ready is key."

Kiro’s heart started racing, so that was the ancient one. He couldn’t even comprehend how enormous these gods were if the entire sky would just be an eye.

He admitted, he had missed the system. He looked to Isla and she was also intently looking in front of her, clearly something had popped up.
"Is it good?"
"Being in that egg gave me insane boosts, I’m levelling up like crazy!"
It looked like facing generals at that level gave insane boosts no matter what.
The crowd was thinning around them, only a few people were left. Kiro scanned the surroundings and only guardians had left, someone suddenly jumped on him.
"Who are you and what have you done to my bratty little brother!"
Loki wasn’t one to show affection but the theory that you actually die outside of Asgard had been floating around and he was worried sick. Kiro put him in a headlock and started ruffling his hair.
It was instant regret for Loki.

It was a no brainer for Kiro, he would max out first the person he started this journey with so he turned to the portal once again, letting go of his brother.
"Waynworth, where the hell are you going? There are things still need discussing!" Isaac looked frustrated that he was making them wait.
Kiro ignored him, he poked his head in, "Hiro, come on here. I need you."
When his friend crossed he waited for him to deal with his notifications first.
"Hey, I levelled up!"
"I choose Hiro to max out."
[XP transfered. XP still left]
Kiro thought about who would receive it first.
’Supporting class is very useless in active combat, so maybe Nikolai and Isla’
"System is it possible to just give all the veteran guardians at the same time? You can decide the order by usefulness on the battlefield."
[Accepted, transferring XP. XP still left]
"Loki where is LJ?"
"She died so she will come back as a level 0." He laughed as he said.
"Is it possible to transfer to someone who isn’t here?"
[Transferring to LJ]
"Loki too. If there is XP still left, transfer it to everyone in the order their accomplishments during the battle. If there is still XP left, Max out their skills too starting with Hiro."
Kiro was now annoyed, what kind of XP is unlimited. He just wanted to get rid of it quickly.
"You did that? My level just maxed out." Nikolai asked amazed.
"You’re welcome."
"Now then, tell us what happened." Clearly Isaac wasn’t going to let it go.
