Chapter 1324: Chapter 1324: Today I’m Definitely Going With You on Your Date

Ryan Taylor quickly caught up to Evelyn Taylor and got into the car with her. Seeing her brother getting into her car, Evelyn looked shocked: "Ryan! Why are you following me? I’m going to meet my boyfriend."

As she spoke, she reached out to push him from the passenger seat, but she couldn’t push him out of the car despite her efforts.

"I know you’re going to meet your boyfriend." When Ryan Taylor said the word boyfriend, he deliberately emphasized it a bit, clearly doing it on purpose.

Evelyn’s mind was preoccupied with other things, so she didn’t notice Ryan’s deliberate tone. She glared at him with dissatisfaction, "You know I’m going to meet my boyfriend, yet you’re following me. Do you want to be a third wheel?"

Him being a third wheel; she wasn’t naive enough to believe that.

"Exactly, I want to be the third wheel for you two. What? Am I not a bright enough third wheel?" Ryan Taylor obviously knew who Evelyn was going to meet, which was why he insisted on coming along; he was determined to be the third wheel today.

Evelyn saw her brother’s resolute attitude and knew she couldn’t make him leave no matter how hard she tried. She thought maybe using another tactic wouldn’t work either, "Ryan! Are you really set on coming along today?"

She looked at her brother, hoping he didn’t really think that, but his next response nearly made her curse at him.

"I’m definitely going with you to the date today." Ryan Taylor answered with certainty, his attitude incredibly firm.

"You..."

Evelyn was so annoyed she only managed to say "You" before losing her words. She glared at her brother angrily, settled into her seat, started the engine, and drove away from home.

Whether it was because her brother had irritated her or she wanted to punish him, she stomped on the accelerator as soon as they exited the driveway, the car shooting forward like a rocket.

"As a participant on the road, I think you should consciously observe traffic rules." Going this fast felt like racing.

Ryan was extremely worried, afraid that Evelyn would cause an accident with such speed, which would not only hurt herself but potentially others too. He hoped she’d avoid doing anything so reckless.

"If you’re scared, get out. I never asked you to come along, you brought this on yourself." Evelyn’s words were tough, but unconsciously, she slowed down; she didn’t want any accidents either.

Noticing the decrease in speed, Ryan didn’t say anything further; speaking more would certainly provoke Evelyn.

He turned slightly to gaze out the window, pretending to admire the passing scenery, but he was actually pondering how to advise the impulsive pair later.

The two fathers could see through their fake relationship, and it was only a matter of time before their moms found out. He needed to inform them ahead of time so they wouldn’t be caught off guard later.

Ryan decided to give Thomas Fisher and Evelyn a heads-up so they’d be prepared. Just thinking about what the pair were doing gave him a headache.

Evelyn, however, didn’t know any of this. To her, her parents already believed her lie, and she just needed to keep acting until she found the one truly meant for her, only then would she reveal the truth.
