Eden closed his computer and looked at Klay in annoyance.
"What are you doing here?"
Klay smiled.
"I wanted us to have breakfast together."
Eden said:
"There’s no us and you should be careful I’m not a patient person."
Eden turned his head and looked at his cell phone ignoring him. He looked at him again when he asked:
"Have I done something to you?"
He feels like Eden is holding a grudge against him somehow or that he hates him.
"Why do you even want to have anything to do with the hybrid freak?"
Klay frowned and answered:
"I’ve never said you’re a freak."
"You stood by in silence as your friends called me a freak and bullied me."
Klay opened his mouth but nothing came out, it’s true but he never thought it was funny and he would even tell them to stop.
"I would always tell them to stop."
Eden laughed coldly.
"You’re not ignorant about what I go through at school so don’t lie to me. You know the power you have over the whole school since all those buffoons want to work with your mother so don’t play dumb. One word from you would’ve silenced them forever."
The entire school worships him and they would do whatever he wants so he can tell his mother to work with their family’s company. That’s one of the reasons Arya did everything to be part of their group. Thanks to that Knox Fort gained more clients after the student told their parents so Arya would speak to Klay in their favor.
Klay’s frown deepened.
"I’m not in charge of what people say or don’t. Why are you acting as if those words came out of my mouth?"
"It doesn’t matter if they did or not you were aware but did nothing it means that you approve of their behavior and it’s worst than if you had said it."
He’s honestly aggravated, Gege has been at his side all this time but instead of having his back, he stayed silent. Before him, he never believed that someone would ever have his back so seeing that in this universe he didn’t it bothers him even if he knows that Cael does. Plus as usual, he’s a whore which angers him even more.
Eden stood up and said:
"Don’t come to my house unannounced."
Eden put his computer in his backpack and left. Before he could open the door Klay pushed him against it. Both of his horns and tail were out and he seemed ready to spit fire. Gege always has the most beautiful eyes but it’s nothing compared to Klay’s.
Klay felt his heart skip a beat and looked back just as fascinated as Eden. How did he never see how utterly adorable that creature is? When Eden’s cute rabbit ears appeared his heart melted. He truly loves his eyes, feelings are linked to the spa. He kissed both his ears and said:
"You’re beautiful."
Eden’s heartbeat quickened and his cheeks flushed. It’s annoying how that man still affects him. Klay leaned in and kissed his cheek.
"Besides working and my mother I’ve never cared about anything else until I saw you yesterday with your cute ears and tail. I won’t give up until you agree to be mine."
Eden’s ears retracted and he thought for a few seconds. It might be fun to push him to his breaking point, plus he has to pay for a lot in this life.
"What do you want to bet?"
Klay’s horn and tail retracted as he thought.
"If when I ask you to be mine you agree, you’ll have to marry me a month later."
When he saw the hesitation on Eden’s face he immediately said:
"No matter what happens between us, if you don’t clearly say I’m yours before the end of the month you’ll win and I’ll leave you alone forever."
When he saw that Eden was close to accepting he felt his heart beating faster in excitement. He’s a dragon they feel it when they meet their mate and he knows that Eden is his so of course he’ll never give up until he is his. He’s only saying that so he’ll have a reason to stay close to him.
"Okay, you have a deal but let’s make it clear. As long as I don’t say I’m yours and I want us to be together before the end of the time frame it means you’re losing."
Klay shook Eden’s hand with a malicious smile.
Eden felt like laughing as if Gege can win against him. Eden leaned in and kissed him heavily. Klay was stunned but he quickly held onto his waist kissing him back desperately. When he heard a moan coming out of his mouth his mind became a blur until Eden broke the kiss and said before leaving:
"I’m yours if you want a ride."
Klay froze in place and looked at him stunned. Eden opened the car door and turned around meeting his eyes with a devilishly enticing smile. What did he get himself into? Klay smiled and got in the car next to him.
When they arrived at school Eden told his driver:
"My house manager will be at home in an hour make sure you let her in."
The driver nodded and Eden walked in. He joined Klay who was waiting for him. Eden felt everyone’s eyes on him but couldn’t care less as long as they don’t say anything. That’s why he made an example out of someone yesterday. He won’t tolerate anyone disrespecting him anymore. When he felt Klay lacing their hands he didn’t pull it away. He kept walking expressionlessly.
They have the same class and they are going the same way so he doesn’t care. Everyone was looking at Klay shocked, they couldn’t understand why he would be close to the hybrid freak let alone hold his hand. Eden could tell they all believe he is too good for him, as if. When they entered class he could hear a few gasps and see shocked looks. He rolled his eyes and was about to let go of him when Klay pulled him and said with a smile:
"Come on I’ll introduce you to my friend."

Eden had said it loud enough for everyone to hear and they did. He’s done hiding and he won’t pretend to like people who think he is a freak. Why would Gege even want to introduce them to him? Klay explained:
"No, I just want you to meet my closest friend Jacob."
Even if he is always surrounded his only friend is Jacob. The rest he feels nothing for them. Eden who had stopped resumed walking. He doesn’t mind meeting Jacob he knows he is a good person.
When they reached his group of "friends" Eden ignored everyone including Arya and focused on Jacob.
"Eden this is Jacob, Jacob this is Eden."
Eden gave his hand and Jacob stood up but he hugged him. Eden smiled and hugged him back. Jacob pulled back and said with a bright smile:
"It’s nice to meet you, Eden."
"It’s nice to meet you too Jacob."
He wrapped an arm around his shoulder and asked while looking at a seemingly bothered Klay:
"How did you two meet?"
Eden smiled and answered looking at Klay:
"He trespassed and invaded my house."
Jacob chuckled, he didn’t seem surprised while everyone was stunned. Arya was trembling in anger. Jacob asked:
"Did he do it again this morning?"
Eden said:
"He did expect that he used the fact that I was waiting for a delivery to enter my house again."
Klay smiled and his gray eyes turned golden like he was suppressing his feelings. It made Eden feel happy, he loves that the person he loves is just like him. Sometimes he can’t control how powerful and overwhelming his feelings for Gege are and he is the same. He loves him so much and he’ll do anything for him it’s that simple.
When Klay looked into Eden’s soft eyes he couldn’t retain himself anymore and his gold eyes turned fiery. His horns and tail were out. Jacob sat back and looked at them with a smile. It seems like Klay has found his mate.
Eden stood in front of Klay and caressed his tail. Klay shivered and his eyes blurred for a few seconds. He immediately held Eden’s wrist when he saw the malicious smile on his face. He narrowed his eyes and whispered in his ear:
"I let you stroke my tail as much as you like tonight."
He pulled back and met Eden’s eyes. His eyes were shiny and he licked his lips. He felt his heart beat even faster, is Eden trying to kill him? Eden’s eyes flashed with amusement and he went to take his seat.
