Janelle Tollman remained silent and did not argue with her mother’s viewpoint.
Although she had known Wayne Archer for a long time, perhaps because they were too familiar, she had never felt that heart-fluttering sensation between a man and a woman.

"Mom, if I plan to marry him, would you oppose it?"
Mrs. Tollman smiled: "Why would I oppose? As long as you like him, that’s all that matters.
