The moment the notification appeared before Dexter— his eyes immediately locked onto the description, drinking in every word as if his life depended on it.

[Grand Cosmos Scripture]
(Seventh-Tier )
═══════════════════════════════════════
Description:
A legendary cultivation technique that abandons the traditional path of meridians and transforms the human body into a miniature universe.
Upon activation, dormant Star Nodes hidden throughout the body awaken one by one. Each Star Node functions as an independent celestial core capable of storing vast quantities of mana.
Unlike ordinary cultivators, practitioners of the Grand Cosmos Scripture do not circulate mana through meridians. Instead, every awakened Star Node generates a powerful gravitational force, automatically drawing surrounding mana into itself while the user meditates.
Once a Star Node reaches full capacity, it permanently strengthens the body and serves as an inexhaustible source of mana. The cultivator may then awaken the next Star Node.
═══════════════════════════════════════
Current Star Nodes: 0/360
First Firmament : 1–100 Star Nodes
Second Firmament : 101–200 Star Nodes
Third Firmament : 201–300 Star Nodes
Grand Firmament : 301–360 Star Nodes
═══════════════════════════════════════
Effects:
• Eliminates the need for meridian-based cultivation.
• Awakened Star Nodes automatically absorb surrounding mana during meditation.
• Every Star Node acts as an independent mana reservoir.
• Massively increases total mana capacity.
• Permanently enhances physique with each awakened Star Node.
• Cultivation speed increases as additional Star Nodes are awakened.
• Damage to one Star Node does not affect the others.
═══════════════════════════════════════
Ultimate Effect:
When all 360 Star Nodes are completely filled with mana, they resonate as one, forming a complete Inner Cosmos.
The practitioner will automatically break through the Peak Ultra Warrior Realm and become Legendary.
No bottlenecks.
No breakthrough pills.
No external assistance.

Dexter stood there frozen in shock.
This technique... it was perfect. Absolutely, impossibly perfect.
His thoughts immediately drifted toward Mira, Lyra, and Selene. All three of them had suffered catastrophic damage to their meridians. The pathways they once used to cultivate had been shattered almost beyond repair, leaving them crippled in ways that went beyond physical injury. Without a divine-tier treasure— recovery was nearly impossible.
And even then... he only had one Divine Pill. One. If he gave it to one girl— the other two would inevitably feel left out, would wonder why they hadn’t been chosen, would feel their worth measured and found wanting. It would create resentment, would drive wedges between people who were only just beginning to come together.
But this technique... this changed everything.
The Grand Cosmos Scripture completely abandoned meridian-based cultivation. It didn’t need meridians at all. Meaning, the girls could cultivate again.
Dexter’s eyes widened further as he smiled at the girls.
The technique... was priceless. Beyond priceless. It was the kind of treasure that families would go to war over, that nations would sacrifice generations to obtain.
And he had just learned it by watching an old man practice for a few hours.
---
At that exact moment— the old man noticed Dexter’s strange expression. His brows slowly furrowed.
’Don’t tell me... this brat is distracted while I’m teaching him?’
The old man narrowed his eyes, a spark of irritation flaring to life.
’Well... he doesn’t know what happens if he loses the bet. I suppose I should keep teaching him seriously for now, make sure he has every opportunity to succeed before I collect my winnings.’
A dangerous glint flashed through his eyes, then he resumed practicing, preparing to demonstrate the technique again.
But suddenly, and he was in quite disbelief by what he saw.
Because something impossible was happening.
Dexter had suddenly begun breathing strangely, the pattern matching exactly what the old man had been demonstrating. The breathing pattern perfectly synchronized with the technique, each inhale and exhale hitting the precise timing required.
The old man’s eyes widened slightly. Them more. Then more again.
Because Dexter had begun copying him. No. Not copying. Learning.
The Grand Cosmos Scripture had two components. The first— the Meditation Aspect. A breathing technique designed to gather mana and guide it into hidden Star Nodes. The second— the Physical Aspect. A sequence of body movements designed to stimulate the body, open every pore, and dramatically increase mana absorption.
Using both together created perfect synergy, each aspect amplifying the effects of the other. While it was possible to cultivate using meditation alone— combining both aspects, increased efficiency.
And right now— Dexter was performing both. Perfectly.
The old man stood completely frozen, his own practice abandoned as he watched in disbelief. His jaw slowly dropped, also low it almost hit devil’s head.
He couldn’t believe what he was seeing.
’Impossible!’
It hasn’t even been a day.
’How...?’ ’How the hell did he learn it already?’
The old man stared at Dexter as if looking at a monster, his previous confidence crumbling to shock. What kind of freak is this? No... What kind of demon is this?
Meanwhile— Dexter remained completely focused, unaware of the old man’s reaction, his entire being consumed by the effort of performing the technique for the first time.
His body moved through the cultivation forms.
Unlike the old man— he wasn’t proficient yet. His movements were rough, slightly stiff, unrefined.
Because of that— it took him almost forty minutes to complete one full cycle. Twice as long as the old man.
By the time he finished— sweat covered his entire body, soaking through his clothes and dripping from his chin onto the courtyard stones.
His chest rose heavily, as his lungs burned.
He could feel mana entering his body, could sense the energy being drawn in by the technique’s innate properties. But, nothing happened.
No Star Node had awakened. Which meant— he still hadn’t located the first dormant node inside his body.
Dexter wiped sweat from his forehead, his arm feeling heavy with exhaustion.
Then looked toward the old man, expecting to see satisfaction or approval or at least acknowledgment of his effort.
Only to freeze.
The old man was staring at him with his mouth wide open, an expression of pure, shock and something else was in the old man’s face.
It was so completely out of character with the composed, superior demeanor he had displayed until now, that Dexter found himself momentarily confused.
Suddenly, without saying a single word, the old man turned around and walked straight into the hotel.
Dexter blinked, his confusion deepening. "...Huh?" He scratched the back of his head, a habitual gesture when he was puzzled. "What did I do?"
