Chapter 463: What The?!

Tan Suey thought for a moment, her brain moving in overdrive. She analyzed the man floating before her. Sunny already had everything a mortal or god could desire: absolute strength, a devoted wife, children, loyal subordinates, and endless treasures. But every empire, no matter how vast, required fuel to grow.
’Yes!! If he has primordial stones, he won’t ask for it.’ Realizing she had found his one potential weakness—the need to continuously fund his massive cosmic army—she snapped her fingers, her silver eyes brightening with hope.
"If you help me save everyone in that city, I will give you 50 billion Primordial stones, and I will also help you hunt this Phoenix you’re after," she offered, laying all her divine wealth and personal power on the line.
Sunny held his jaw, thinking about her offer. He did need Primordial stones, and desperately. If he wanted to help strengthen his wife, his kids, his elite forces, and his vast array of subordinates to true God ranks, the cost would be astronomical. With his current overwhelming strength, he certainly didn’t need any help against the ancient Beast, but as a pragmatic ruler, he wouldn’t reject any free assistance.
After some seconds of calculated thinking, he finally nodded his head. "Ok, you have a deal."
"Wait!! You agreed? How will you save everyone in there when this barrier is active?! It’s impossible!" she yelled at him, completely baffled by his calm acceptance of an impossible task. The blood barrier was a parasitic seal that rejected even her lunar laws.
"Well, you don’t have to save everyone, just save the one you can."
"I promised to save everyone! That’s what I will do, besides, you placed 50 billion Primordial stones, that’s a good motivation," Sunny said with a smirk. He wasn’t intimidated by the blood magic below; to the God of Reality and Space, it was just a fragile shell. He raised one hand, casually placing two fingers on his forehead as he locked onto the life signatures within the city. fɾēewebnσveℓ.com
"You are free to take the people away, I will teleport them outside the dome, and you will handle the rest... Can you do that?" he asked, his golden eyes glowing as space itself began to hum around his form.
"Of course," Tan Suey quickly answered, her hands glowing with silver moonlight, ready to act as the ultimate safety net for her people.

[In The City — King’s Castle]
[Throne Hall]
Beneath the suffocating red dome, the once-glorious capital had been reduced to a nightmare. Inside the usurped King’s Castle, the grand throne hall—once a place of honor and justice—now reeked of copper and debauchery.
"Clan Head!! Everything is taken care of, the food have all be stored as you ordered."
A lady with long red hair, which reached her butt, said. Her head bowed, her eyes closed in deep submission. This was Vernon, the First Elder of the Evil Blood Clan, a woman as beautiful as she was deadly.
The Clan Head, a towering, muscular man with a bald head and glowing red eyes, smirked from his stolen seat of power. He casually held the bruised throat of one of the noblewomen kneeling before the throne, treating her like a mere armrest, and looked up at his First Elder.
"Good Job, Vernon... You can go and continue with your playthings," he said, waving dismissively at her with his free hand.
Vernon licked her lips, staring hungrily at the trembling woman trapped in the Clan Head’s massive grasp, her eyes filled with dark, unhinged lust.
The Clan Head noticed her lingering, predatory gaze and lowered his red eyes to the weeping lady in his grip.
"You want her?" he asked, his voice a deep, gravelly rumble that vibrated through the hall.
"Can I?" she asked in surprise, her posture shifting eagerly.
"Of course, after all, She is a toy... I already used her and now, I am bored," he said with callous indifference. And with a casual, humiliating throw, the battered woman fell heavily onto the cold marble floor directly in front of Vernon.
"Clan Head, you should be gentle with the Queen," Vernon said with a wicked smile, dropping gracefully onto one knee. She reached out and violently grabbed the fallen woman’s chin, forcing the former Queen’s tear-stained face up to hers.
"She is no longer a Queen. I already killed her husband and son, and slept with her more than I can count... Are you sure you want such a waste?" he asked, a slight, mocking frown appearing on his brutish face. He gestured lazily to the four other terrified women kneeling and shivering beside the dais. "These here are still nobilities," he said.
"Thanks for your offer Clan Head, as the first elder, I must respect my boundaries... This will do." Vernon’s grip tightened. She grabbed the former Queen’s neck, raised her dangling body into the air with terrifying, supernatural strength, then brought her ruined face towards hers, and slowly, sadistically licked her cheek.
"Delicious, I can’t wait for you to go down on me," she added, her voice dripping with venomous intent.
"Why not give me a show? Right here... Of course, no one will disturb us," the Clan Head said with a dark smirk, shifting his massive bulk on the throne, his red eyes staring intently at Vernon.
"Oh, Clan Head want me to get naked right here? What if someone walks in?" Vernon asked, turning her gaze playfully toward the heavy grand doors of the hall.
"...?!"
She was stunned, as thick, pulsating red energy appeared out of nowhere, slithering over the stone and firmly sealing the huge doors shut. The blood magic locked the room away from the rest of the world.
"Now, no one will disturb you," he said with a cruel smile, licking his sharp teeth.
"Will you also take me, again?" Vernon asked, turning her sultry gaze back to the Clan Head, entirely unfazed by the misery of the women at their feet.
"Of course, I can’t let you have all the show." He stood up from his throne, his terrifying eight-foot height instantly casting a long, oppressive shadow over the kneeling women, eclipsing the dim light of the hall.
"I love this." Vernon licked her lips again, entirely consumed by the depravity of the moment, and turned her attention back to the Queen. She moved forward, planning to kiss her broken captive, but the very next microsecond, the universe seemed to hiccup.
The Queen vanished into thin air.
"....?!"
The Evil Blood Clan Head and Vernon were absolutely dumbfounded. Their minds failed to process what had just occurred. They snapped their heads to the side, looking at the other kneeling noblewomen, only to watch as reality itself bent—warping light and space in a dizzying spiral—and the remaining four women instantly vanished without a single sound.
"What the?"
The two apex predators of the blood clan were left standing in the center of an empty, locked hall. Utterly speechless.
