Chapter 852: Chapter 852. Visiting Julian
Several rank 2 and rank 1 intermediate stage Transcendents across the place were terrified.
Who the hell was this new student??
What they had just witnessed was simply inconceivable.
Even among older students, not many rank 2 intermediate stage Transcendents could replicate this feat.
"To think we underestimated him and thought he would be the one to die."
"His principle comprehension speed is nothing like I have encountered before in the academy."
Several people said.
Their gazes shifted towards the dead bodies, dismembered and mangled bodies of the people from the Isis and Redeemed Factions.
Chills crawled up their spines.
From the beginning, they had been wrong about Kailen Darkhaven. He was not someone who would die in an environment like the Heavenly Tyrant Academy. He was someone who would thrive in it.
As Kailen stared in their directions, they shuddered, then left the place. Some rushed into principle fragment towers as soon as possible, afraid that Kailen Darkhaven would act against them.
"It seems I should change my plans," Kailen thought as he stared at his contribution points. After getting rid of the Isis and Redeemed Faction people, he was currently ranked 2999 on the Heavenly Tyrant Rankings.
A glint flashed through his eyes.
"I need to adapt better. Academy missions are a waste of time. Since others want to hunt me, I should be willing to hunt them too. I should gather a list of all the factions headed by rank 2 novice stage Transcendents that have any desire to get rid of me from intelligence networks on campus and take the initiative to them."
Kailen would not go after those who won’t come looking for trouble. Too many battles was too risky. He could die. However, that did not mean that he would not take advantage of those who wanted him dead and take the initiative.
To him, they were contribution points waiting to be harvested.
Kailen left the fifth planet.
His current destination was the residential planet.
****
Northern Residential District
Julian Sier’s villa.
Julian was seated on a couch, chilling and watching a movie.
He had recently returned from a very dangerous academy mission in the Norse Antiprom Empire, that helped him to shoot to rank 3100 on the Heavenly Tyrant Rankings.
After that, he visited a secret realm that helped him to break into the rank 2 intermediate stage Transcendent level.
"That bastard... his speed is too abnormal. As usual he beat me to it. He caused an uproar far more crazier than the last time. Almost every academy forum is flooding with comments and snippets of his video" He chuckled with pride as he stared at Kailen’s rank on the Heavenly Tyrant Rankings after watching the video of his battle with Isis and Redeemed.
Kailen was currently ranked 2999 on the Heavenly Tyrant Rankings. Not only that, although they were both at the rank 2 intermediate stage Transcendent level, Kailen broke through far earlier than he did. Plus, Kailen’s level of strength was too terrifying, considering the fact that he destroyed two powerful factions full of high rankers on the Heavenly Tyrant Rankings with just one move. Julian knew the gap between him and Kailen was quite wide. But he didn’t care. Neither was he envious.
As a matter of fact, he was happy for Kailen, and he had admitted a long time ago that his friend was probably the person with the most absurd principle comprehension speed he would ever encounter. Julian cultivated at his own pace and did not try to compare himself to others. Why then would he compare himself to a monster like Kailen?
"I’m certain news about his accomplishments in the Tesla Domain has reached the Light region. Arrie and the others must be so shocked by now."
Little did Julian know that somewhere in the Light region, Arrie and the others at different locations, sneezed at the same time, wondering who was gossiping about them.
Julian sighed.
"I should find a beauty and chill with her tonight."
"Slow down, playboy," Julian heard a familiar voice.
"Speak of the fucking devil and he will appear right before your damn eyes." Julian grinned.
Kailen took a seat.
"Sorry for not using the door," Kailen said.
Julian rolled his eyes.
"Yeah, right. Next time you don’t use the door, you might see what you should not see..."
Kailen did not even allow him to finish. He knew Julian was saying if Kailen did not want to chance on him in action with a beauty, he should knock before he enters his house the next time.
He shook his head. This guy was still having fooling around, huh. Good for him.
"Anyway, man... I am here with a proposition for you," Kailen said.
"Before you proceed, do you know that Blier Seir is a student on campus?"
"The fucker who almost killed my niece but ended up wounding my nephew?"
Julian saw the anger shimmering in Kailen’s eyes.
"I’m however touched that he’s referring to my kids as his nephew and niece," Julian thought. "Also, he literally hates Blier Seir than I probably do... heh."
"Technically, my kids are older than you," Julian replied. "But they call you uncle so..."
"Age is just a number, my good friend... and just like you said... they call me Uncle," Kailen shrugged.
Julian sighed. This guy could be very shameless sometimes.
"Anyway, yeah, it’s that fucker," Julian said. "He’s ranked 1000. Currently a rank 4 intermediate stage Transcendent. So we are not a match for him now. But, just felt like letting you know he’s in the academy."
Kailen nodded. "Should I get rid of him in case I encounter him in the future, or you’ll do it yourself?"
Julian chuckled. "Are you seriously asking me that question? Just because I want revenge does not mean I want to be the one to kill him. If I meet him in the future and I am strong enough to kill him, I will. If you encounter him and you are powerful enough to get rid of him, that’s also fine by me."
Kailen nodded. "Alright."
"Thanks, man," Julian said.
"What’s this? I’m literally getting goosebumps," Kailen joked.
Julian shook his head.
"Anyway, what’s the proposition you have in mind?" He leaned back in the chair, one leg crossed over the other.
"Would you like to go on a hunt for contribution points?" Kailen said. "I have a list."
"Honestly... it’s been a while since I did something rowdy," Julian replied.
