Chapter 253: New look (3)
"How is this even possible?" Aurora asked as she ran her fingers through Vincent’s new lengthy hair. She couldn’t understand how the spell made it possible for Vincent to have long hair and for her to be actually touching it. "I can’t wait any longer," she hurried out of the bedroom.
Vincent placed his hands on his ships, taking a deep breath before following after an overly excited Aurora. He was also curious to see what she would look like when the glamor is placed on her.
"Oww," he heard Aurora winced and knew one of the witches must have pulled out a strand of her hair.
"You could have simply asked for a strand of my hair. You could have taken out a chunk of it from the way you yanked on my head," Aurora said as she soothed the area Agatha pulled hair from. The excitement to have a new look died down after this.
"Stop whining. It doesn’t hurt that much," Agatha found Aurora to be a cry baby. She experienced more painful things than this.
"Let me get a hold of your hair and see how much you like it," Aurora replied, tempted to inflict the same pain on Agatha.
"Let me tell you a little secret," Morgan grinned. "Agatha is actually wearing a glamour. After many times she has messed around with dark magic, it affected her appearance, and to avoid getting caught she has changed her appearance."
"Really?" Aurora was surprised by this. She wondered what the dark magic made Agatha look like without the glamour. "I have never come across a witch affected by dark magic. Can’t you end up losing yourself the more you mess around with it?"
"Yes. Dark witches are the ones you should stay away from. We don’t mess around with it too much to make us change but we know a lot of sisters who have changed because of it. Not even a glamour would be able to hide their new appearance," said Minerva.
"Many of them don’t look human anymore, making it easier for the hunters to find them. Now, let’s put this on you," Morgan took it upon herself to place the necklace on Aurora since her sisters weren’t gentle.
She didn’t understand why Agatha would yank Aurora’s hair with Vincent around. Was Agatha trying to see how mad Vincent could become when his woman was hurt?
"We are always of use to you so make sure you find us a lot of frogs or people we can turn into frogs. Surely you have a lot of space you need to be freed up in those cells," Agatha rubbed her hands, ready to turn some werewolves into frogs.
"One of these days I will turn you into a frog so I can stop hearing about the small creature," Minerva rolled her eyes. Each time she heard Agatha bring up a frog she was tempted to turn her sister into one. It would be nice and peaceful with Agatha gone.
"I’m not taking care of a frog sister. She would be your responsibility," said Morgan.
Aurora ignored the three witches as they started to go back to their usual bickering. "How do I look, Vincent?"
With no mirror at hand, she wanted to know from Vincent what her new appearance was like.
"You still look beautiful," Vincent commented on her looks.
Aurora’s waist-length snow-white hair had changed to black and was shoulder length. Her blue eyes changed to the color black and her body was a tiny bit shorter.
"My hair is black," Aurora smiled whilst looking at her new hair. "I need a mirror," she walked back to Vincent’s room to check her appearance herself.
Vincent followed behind Aurora not wanting to be left with the witches. Now that they got what they needed, he wanted the three of them to leave his home before something could go wrong like always. freeweɓnøvel.com
Unlike Aurora who was excited not to have white hair like she was an older person, Vincent missed her old hair. He didn’t see why Aurora was not a fan of it. Who cared if she was the only one with it around? It was better to stand out than be like everyone else.
Vincent leaned up against his bedroom door, watching Aurora play around with her hair in front of a mirror. "Are you going to stay like this or return to the Aurora I know?"
"I’m not going to keep the glamour on forever and throw away what I actually look like. It’s just fun to experience walking around without everyone looking at my hair. Unfortunately for you, your reddish hair is going to make you stand out," said Aurora.
Vincent looked incredibly handsome with his new look and girls in town will be watching to figure out who he is. They were meant to be laying low as they returned to town but Vincent would be standing out as if he was the king.
"We don’t have time for them to attempt changing it. Why did you have to be so handsome, Vincent?"
"You are underestimating how beautiful you look right now, Aurora. I will have to refrain from killing anyone who stares at you for too long. We should leave before I consider caging you up in this room to hide you away and going to deal with the Hamiltons myself," Vincent truly meant every word.
"That will be no fun. Did you pay the witches for their work? I promise to pay you back once I find a way to earn money. I won’t take your money forever."
"You don’t need to repay it," Vincent said then exited the room before they could start discussing money. "You have been paid. Now get out of my house," he said as he passed by the three witches on his way downstairs.

"So rude," Minerva muttered, slightly tempted to turn Vincent into a frog. "Morgan, take us back to the shop. I have another customer coming soon."
"Thank you for your service," Aurora said to the witches. They were always helpful when she needed something to be done and although she wasn’t a fan of the bickering, she still enjoyed having them around.
The trio was a prime example of not judging anyone. A lot of people kept their guards up around witches but not all of them were evil. It was mostly the dark witches to watch out for. With the three sisters, the only thing you needed to fear was accidentally being turned into an animal.
"Come again," the trio said in unison then disappeared as green smoke filled the hall.
Aurora covered her nose with her hand as she walked downstairs to leave with Vincent for their trip. It would have been easier to teleport with the witches into town but Vincent might fear his body not teleporting correctly. ƒгeewebnovёl.com
Aurora snickered as she thought about how traumatized Vincent was when it came to spells.
"What are you smiling about?" Vincent asked from on top of his horse. Everything was in order and ready for them to leave. He held his hand out to help pull Aurora up.
"You, " she simply replied, taking his hand to mount the horse. "Time to end this. Let’s go, Vincent."
