Chapter 92: Chapter 92: Falling In Love

Walking out of the Villa, Edie felt miserably helpless and had no idea what to do or who to talk to about her feelings. She drove around the city, and then she decided to find Scarlet Yvette. She had to talk to someone.

Edie bought some sandwiches and coffee because this was one of the things that Scarlet loved the most. She parked the car and walked upstairs.

"Who is it? It is really early in the morning. Do you have any idea what time I went to bed last night?"

Edie had already heard her complaining before she opened the door. The minute she heard Scarlet’s voice, she started to feel better. Just as she was about to open the door, Edie raised the breakfast in front of her face and said, "Delivery."

Scarlet was pissed off at first, but as soon as she saw Edie and the tasty breakfast in her hands, she felt better.

"You still remember our apartment? You know you still have a key, or did you forget?"

"I forgot to bring the key. I just wanted to bring you breakfast. Please, don’t be mad at me. I told you that I would come back."

"Women."

While enjoying her delicious food, she asked Edie, "How do you feel living with Stuart Yates?"

"Yeah. We had dinner together the night you got the part."

"I thought I got it because of my acting skills, but I was informed that it was because of Stuart’s investment of one hundred million dollars or more into the play."

Scarlet almost choked while drinking her coffee. Edie patted her back.

"What the hell? That’s how the rich do it? Coaxing women with such a large amount of money. I could never earn such a large amount of money in my whole life."

"What coaxing women?" As if he had a crush on her.

"What? You are not a woman?"

"I am...."

"But, you don’t think he did this to coax you?" Edie shook the head, "But I don’t feel happy about it." "

Scarlet said abruptly, "Edie, tell me, did you fall in love with him?" Edie’s heart was crushed, but she still pretended to be calm, "Are you out of your mind. You know he is a gay, right? How could I possibly fall in love with a gay man?"

"I know. I just worry that you have gotten in over your head. He is handsome, rich and treats you well. It wouldn’t be unusual for you to have a crush on him. The call changed the expression on Scarlet’s face completely.

"What’s up?"

"Someone changed the message about you and Zoe Anna. My editor didn’t tell me any more details. She asked me to check it out online. Come on, let’s see what happened there."
