Chapter 43: Infinite Momentum
Vyral lifted his sword to block an attack from a Kobold, yet its attack was too strong. Indeed, for a Lv.3 Goblin like him to survive that blow, it was already a miracle.
Vyral took advantage of his short height, and with his speed, he nonstop weaved through the monsters. Concurrently, he unleashed a series of thrusts at the enemy.
The Kobolds gazed at Vyral with sharp eyes as they split off to dodge his attacks. Then, they once again commanded the Rabid Wolves to lunge at Vyral as living shields.
It was the first time Vyral had felt difficulty in the Green Dungeon.
The monsters didn’t attack Vyral in a disorganized manner like the mindless monsters he had faced before. Instead, they possessed high intelligence and fought with remarkable coordination.
Vyral instantly upgraded all of the Swordsman’s basic skills to Lv.Max. In order to handle a bunch of elite monsters, he needed better skills.

Vyral activated all of his swordsmanship skills at once while moving. His afterimage flashed restlessly through the air as he cut down the monsters.
Finally, after his relentless effort, Vyral killed the first Lv.7 Kobold.

However, the price he had to pay was far from cheap. His body was covered in wounds from the monsters’ attacks. The blood all over him now looked like a cloak draped around his body.
Vyral used [Hyper Regeneration] to recover from the severe wounds immediately. He stared at the mana tab in front of him, and it had dropped to an alarming level.
He clenched his jaw and used [Basic Mana Potion]s, not one but twenty of them, to recover 100% of his mana.
He stared at the mana potions with a bitter look, never thinking that in just the first stage of the Green Dungeon, he would already have to use twenty potions. He had a bad feeling that he would end up using all of his mana potions just to deal with these Kobolds.
He activated [Mana Muscles Burst] once again. A familiar surge of power coursed through his body, releasing a crimson aura.
"Come on. Die, all of you."

Vyral jumped into the air before slashing another Kobold in half. Then, a Rabid Wolf charged at him, baring its fangs.
Vyral’s eyes gleamed sharply as he released a simple slash.
Soon, the beheaded wolf collapsed beneath Vyral’s feet.
Its eyes rolled back while its tongue hung out pathetically.
The horde of wolves glared at Vyral warily before attacking him all at once.
Rocky spat and tightened his grip on his sword.
He began to move like he was dancing, performing skillful steps and finishing off each monster.
A literal slaughter.
At some point, the immense number of wolves made Vyral frown. The Kobolds stood behind them, chuckling as if waiting for Vyral getting tired by wolves. Indeed, the monsters from the high-risk green dungeon were no joke. ƒгeewёbnovel.com
One of the wolves bit Vyral’s leg, dragging him down from behind.
"Damn!"
Taking the chance, the wolves jumped on Vyral and began biting him, pulling him from every direction as if children were fighting over a toy. Each of them had a part of Vyral in their jaws.
Vyral gritted his teeth and lifted his right hand along with the wolf that was biting it. He slammed that wolf into another one to free himself.
Once free, Vyral quickly grabbed the wolf clamped onto his leg with both hands. With brutal force, he tore its maw in half, blood bathing over his body.
He began to give up using the sword.
At this moment, his fighting style looked more like a beast than a human’s. He crushed every wolf with his bare hands.
Each of his punches smashed a wolf’s head into a puddle of blood. He tore them apart and battered them as if they were nothing but ragged dolls.
They grew fearful and stepped back before Vyral’s brutal display. They no longer attacked him, as their mission here was already complete.
Now, it was showtime for the Kobolds.
Vyral was already exhausted, gasping for breath.
But they didn’t know that Vyral had been waiting for this moment all along. He grinned as he stared at the Mystic Energy he had earned from killing the Rabid Wolves and found a proper evolution after a few minutes.
His eyes flashed with excitement.
"As usual, I choose you."
[Mystic Energy]: 253,80 → 3,8
[Infinite Momentum Lv.1] – 250 Mystic Energy
By using just 10% of your mana, your stamina can instantly recover to its peak condition, erasing all fatigue and allowing your body to function smoothly once more.
With this basic evolution, his stamina would always remain in peak condition as long as he had mana.
An infinite momentum, just as its name suggested.
He wondered if, from now on, he really needed to rest, sleep, or eat when his body could always return to its peak condition thanks to mana.
Nah, he did.
He still wanted to do those things.
After all, his mind wasn’t like his body.
Vyral tightened his grip on his sword, his eyes lowering. He used all of his [Basic Mana Potions] without hesitation.
[Mana: 1.2% → 100%]
In the blink of an eye, a series of changes occurred throughout his body once more.
[Mana: 100% → 31%]
The crimson aura returned.
[Mana: 31% → 21.1%]
The wounds across his body rapidly closed. The blood covering him was now nothing more than decoration.
[Mana: 21.1% → 11.1%]
[Your stamina has returned to peak condition.]
Vyral’s breathing became smooth once again, his lungs barely moving. The pain from his overstrained muscles had nearly been erased.
Vyral let out a breath before shooting a sharp glance ahead.
"No one escapes here."
The battle had just begun.
