Sparks flew as the massive, dark sword came down, and Shen Daoxing’s figure slowly emerged from the smoke and fire.
The old man called Wei looked up, slightly stunned. "May I ask who you are? Don’t you understand the rules here? Taoyuan Town is full of opportunities. Everyone relies on their own abilities to obtain them, and no one is to interfere with others."
As he spoke, Wei’s expression turned grim. "Are you planning to break the rules and steal my young master’s opportunity?"

A black light flickered.
Billowing Demon Fire, carrying a crescent-shaped blade of light, shot forward along the ground. The earth cracked wherever it passed, leaving a long, deep trench in its wake.
Startled, Wei quickly moved to shield his young master. He thrust out a palm, and a Big Palm Seal materialized out of thin air, colliding with the black sword light with a BOOM and erupting in a dazzling flash of fire.
Wei glared at Shen Daoxing, his eyes turning hostile. "Do you have any idea who we are? Do you know the consequences of offending us?"
Before Wei could finish, the young master beside him cut in, "Wei, why are you being so polite with him? Daring to attack us, the Xu Family of Daqian, is a death wish! I just happened to acquire a treasure here. I’ll let him see how powerful I am!"
With that, the Xu Family’s young master extended his arm and shook the jade bangle on his wrist.
"ROAR!"
A deep bellow echoed.
Then, a Flood Dragon resembling a loach flew out of the jade bangle. Once free, its body grew larger and larger, transforming into a house-sized behemoth in the blink of an eye.
