Chapter 655: Chapter 655: Cooking Noodles for You

"Nothing is impossible. I’ve already seen through your Step Technique." Looking at Dong Wanchun, Lin Kuang spoke calmly.

Hearing Lin Kuang’s words, Dong Wanchun’s gaze filled with shock, which turned to disbelief the next moment. He couldn’t believe that his family’s Escaping Rabbit Step Technique had been learned by someone else just like that. It was incredibly difficult for him to accept.

"Impossible, this is impossible!" Dong Wanchun cried out again, seeming completely unhinged.

Lin Kuang sneered. It didn’t matter one bit to him whether Dong Wanchun believed it or not. He had already gotten what he wanted, and that was enough.

"I don’t believe it! You’re lying to me!" Dong Wanchun roared and charged, his two short knives a swirling blur as he slashed fiercely at Lin Kuang.

Seeing this, Lin Kuang gave a cold smirk. He once again executed the Extreme Shadow Illusion, his figure instantly becoming bizarrely fluid. He seemed to advance and retreat simultaneously, giving off an unpredictable aura. Dong Wanchun’s eyes were bloodshot, his gaze filled with murderous intent.

However, in the next instant, the Nameless Sword mysteriously appeared at Dong Wanchun’s left shoulder, viciously piercing clean through it.

This time, Lin Kuang hadn’t held back.

This time, Dong Wanchun was completely stunned. He could see that Lin Kuang wasn’t using the Escaping Rabbit Step Technique, but in terms of sophistication, the footwork he employed was even more formidable than his own.

Lin Kuang swiftly withdrew the sword, his expression calm as he looked at Dong Wanchun. He didn’t want to kill him unless it was absolutely necessary. After all, Dong Wanchun was from an Ancient Martial Arts family, and killing him would inevitably lead to trouble. Of course, Lin Kuang wasn’t afraid of trouble, but he saw no reason to kill Dong Wanchun right now.

Dong Wanchun stared blankly at Lin Kuang, his heart filled with frustration, but even more so with shock at his opponent’s strength. He had a premonition that if Lin Kuang could survive the great upheaval to come, he would become one of the world’s top powerhouses.

"I lost," Dong Wanchun said, his tone tinged with defiance. If he hadn’t been so stunned by Lin Kuang’s Step Technique, he wouldn’t have lost so quickly. But regardless of the reason, he had lost. That was an undeniable fact.

Hearing this, Lin Kuang nodded calmly. "Yes, you lost. So it’s time for you to go."

"Fine," Dong Wanchun said and turned, taking Dong Chongyi with him to leave.

Dong Chongyi stared back at Lin Kuang, his face ugly and his gaze filled with venom. He desperately wanted to kill Lin Kuang, but he simply lacked the strength.

"Mr. Dong, watch your son," Lin Kuang said coolly to Dong Wanchun’s retreating back, his tone a clear warning. "If he does anything foolish, don’t blame my sword for being merciless."

Hearing this, Dong Wanchun’s body trembled. He knew Lin Kuang wasn’t joking. If his son dared to do anything to anger him, Lin Kuang would definitely kill him. With this thought, Dong Wanchun grasped Dong Chongyi’s hand, and the two of them quickly departed.

After leaving the manor, they sped away in their car, rapidly vanishing from Lin Kuang’s sight.

Seeing them gone, Lin Kuang’s expression finally relaxed, a contemplative look in his eyes. He had known the little witch for so long, and now that she was his woman, he realized he knew nothing about her family. He had absolutely no idea who her parents were.

I’ll have to ask the little witch about this when I have time. Her parents know people from the Dong family, so they can’t be ordinary people. Lin Kuang muttered to himself before putting the Nameless Sword away and walking into the living room.

By now, it was noon. Lin Kuang wasn’t particularly hungry, and the little witch was still asleep. He glanced around before sitting on the sofa to continue his Cultivation, consolidating the power within his body.

It seemed that not long after, he heard footsteps. He couldn’t help but open his eyes and turn his head toward the top of the stairs.

The little witch was wearing pajamas, and beneath them, only a pair of white panties; she wasn’t wearing a bra. Yawning and stretching, her already stunning bust became even more pronounced, making Lin Kuang’s heart skip a beat. He was overcome with the urge to press her down onto the sofa and conquer her then and there.

"Awake? Are you hungry?" Lin Kuang couldn’t help but ask with a smile, seeing the still-sleepy little witch.

"Mhm, hungry, so hungry," the little witch pouted, rubbing her small belly as if she were starving.

"Go freshen up, and I’ll make you something to eat," Lin Kuang said, his heart aching a little at her pitiful look.

"I want noodles! Make me some!" the little witch said cheerfully, perking up instantly.

"Oh? So you want to eat what’s down below?" Lin Kuang asked suggestively.

Hearing this, the little witch’s pretty face flushed red. "Jerk! Go to hell! I’m not talking to you!" she huffed, her face crimson, before stomping upstairs to wash up.

Watching her go, Lin Kuang couldn’t help but smile slightly. That girl seems to be getting cuter.

With that thought, Lin Kuang went to the kitchen and found some knife-cut noodles in the refrigerator. He also found a piece of beef and decided to make her some beef noodles.

Almost half an hour later, the little witch came back downstairs, following the delicious scent straight into the kitchen. She was much more energetic now, and as she smelled the aroma, her stomach rumbled loudly.

"Well? Smells pretty good, right?" Lin Kuang asked with a smile.

"Hmm, it’s alright, I suppose," she said, feigning a critical tone.

"Psh, I can see you’re practically drooling," Lin Kuang scoffed.

"No way! I am not!" the little witch argued indignantly.

"Oh yeah? You say that, but there’s drool at the corner of your mouth," Lin Kuang said with a teasing grin.

Hearing this, the little witch froze and instinctively wiped her mouth, only to find nothing there. Her face flushed red as she realized she’d been tricked.

"Lin Kuang, you jerk, you tricked me!" she said, puffing her cheeks out angrily.

"Whose fault is that for falling for it?" Lin Kuang hummed, a look on his face that said she had only herself to blame.

At his words, the little witch ground her teeth in irritation, wishing she could bite the scoundrel a couple of times. He was such a jerk.

Just then, Lin Kuang finished portioning out the beef noodles into two large bowls, one for himself and one for the little witch. Smelling the rich fragrance, the little witch couldn’t help but lick her lips. She was truly hungry, and the aroma was simply divine.
