Chapter 385: Chapter 94: Eternal Night and Frozen Winter

On the towering giant walls reaching hundreds of meters, aside from Shiji, there were Mother Crane Beisha, Centaur King Morgan, Roy the Higlind family head, Bryan the Jackal Wolfman Leader, Griffin Bley, Demon Dragon Diya Harut, and even several demons from the Abyss—Balrog Flame Demon Barrow, Fallen Evil Giant Nurraf, Legendary Six-armed Snake Demon Aoqi, Snake Demon Maiden Charonia, Sword Demon Xisai....as well as a group of Dragon-blooded maids. Almost all were present except for those few core maids attending directly to the Black Dragon Lord.

Under the vigilant wait of the Black Wing Followers, a group of Great Demons and Master-level Dark Creatures flew at the fastest speed to the monster city’s sky.

"Interesting, it’s actually the Monster City....such a rich Giant Dragon aura, this city is a territory of a Five-Colored Dragon."

A Vampire Duke flying in the sky licked the corners of his mouth, his scarlet eyes scanning the area below, and with a ghastly laugh, he turned to the Great Demons beside him and said,

"Who shall go and investigate their strengths?"

"The flight just consumed quite a lot of energy, need to recover, not going." Said a Level 19 Master-level Dark Winged Person, shaking his head, his face indifferent as he lied.

The other Master-level Dark Creatures also glanced left and right, not wanting to be the one to step forward.

They’re not foolish.

The grandeur of this Monster City, along with the strong aura surging below, definitely has the presence of a Legendary Powerhouse. Anyone choosing to step forward first would certainly be in the most danger.

For those ordinary human cities they encountered before, it went without saying; simply rushing in for a massacre was the way. Being slow meant a loss.

"You bunch of dallying wastes, since you’re not going, I’ll go first!" A Level 18 Barbarian Demon growled lowly.

In the previous human city fight, it hadn’t killed enough; now its slaughter desire surged, leaving behind rationality.

Death? Danger? Who cares!

Just do it!!

Under the ’admiring’ gazes of the numerous Great Demons and Master-level Dark Creatures, the Barbarian Demon, with muscles and a height surpassing five meters, folded the ’flesh wings’ derived from the muscles on its back and crashed down onto the walls, deliberately choosing a visibly powerful aura region to land.

That region happened to be where Mondo was situated.

The green-skinned giant, towering at thirteen meters, supported by a Super Wolf Fang Club, led a group of giant demons no less than five meters, with an overwhelmingly fierce presence.

Yet, upon seeing this, the Barbarian Demon grew even more excited, roaring wildly with laughter,

"Such huge size, such big muscles, must be delicious to eat.."

Smack-

The thirteen-meter-tall green-skinned giant seemed bulky and boggled, but as the Barbarian Demon approached, its attack speed was frighteningly fast, dropping the Wolf Fang Club and slashing its enormous palms through the air—amid piercing sonic booms, it smacked the five-meter-tall Barbarian Demon down like swatting a fly.

In the enormous sound, the Level 18 Barbarian Demon—whose physical functions ranked among the top of all demon species—exploded directly mid-air.

The remaining half of its relatively intact struggling body was directly shoved into Mondo’s mouth, chewed, and swallowed, displaying an expression of enjoyment.

The exploded flesh pieces were shared among the large fellows behind Mondo.

In nearly the blink of an eye, a Level 18 Barbarian Demon, aside from a bit of residual blood, left no trace that proved its existence.

This scene caused the Great Demons and Master-level Dark Creatures flying in the sky to slightly narrow their pupils.

A Level 18 Barbarian Demon, strong among them, had been instantly slain with such ease.

That green-skinned giant undeniably held at least Level 19 Peak strength, possibly reaching Pseudo-Legendary.

"Troublesome." A Dark Creature mumbled to itself.

"The Lords should handle this site." A Great Demon frowned slightly, coldly.

For a Great Demon to refer to someone as ’Lords,’ they must be at least Pseudo-Legendary, possibly even Legendary Demons.

"No rush, let’s have the demon army behind charge forth first, probing the Monster City’s specific strength." Some Dark Creatures said dismissively.

Anyway, the descending demon army was vast in number; deaths numbering up to hundreds of thousands, millions—even—what did it matter?

Behind them, after all, stood Frost City, a large Abyssal City!

Not those relatively weak mid-small Abyssal Cities.

To date, three Material Planes have been invaded and wiped out by Frost City demons, albeit they were small planes.

But it didn’t hinder Frost City demons’ arrogance and confidence.

During the conversation of these Great Demons and Master-level Dark Creatures, the tardy army behind arrived too.

One after another, Void Demons exceeding a hundred meters in size plunged down, releasing waves of non-flying Land Demon cannon fodder. Then, those with flying capabilities joined in sounding their charge against the Monster City.

Above and below, the demon army surged towards the towering Monster City like a tide.

Most of these demons possessed Frost attributes, with a few like the Barbarian Demon that purely relied on physical prowess, and vampires relying on blood, Dark Winged People leveraging Dark Power, whose powers didn’t conflict with Frost Power.

Among these, the largest in number were the Ice Demons.

Standing over two meters tall, they wore a layer of phosphorescent black-blue ice armor over their body, with weapons formed from Ice Power, generally possessing low-level strength.

These were the most commonly seen, largest-volume, most practical cannon fodder of the Eternal Night Cold Abyss Plane.

"Kill kill kill!"

"Devour devour devour!!"

"Roar roar roar!!!"

The demon army, mainly low-level, with intermediate demons as backup, had a relatively sparse proportion of high-level demons, but amid a million demons, even a lesser proportion, reached over four digits for high-level demons and dark creatures.

On the walls, thousands of mid-low-level Dragon Vein Mages chanted spells, magic-like skills, either instant or delayed cast, sending brilliant multicolored waves of Magic Power towards the demon army below.

Amid intense explosions, screams, sizzling acid corrosion sounds, massive batches of demons and dark creatures died.

Their attack wave alone slaughtered thousands of demon cannon fodders.

"Continue attacking!"

A Master-level Dragon Vein Mage commanded, directing the combat-oriented Dragon Vein Mage Legion, his tone cold.
