So, God wants to kill me. Even after everything that’s happened, that’s a sentence I never thought would ever cross my mind. Yeah, this kinda sucks, like a lot.
"I still don’t quite understand why you’re trying to kill me, uh, God," I frowned warily.
"It is quite simple. The dark energy you inadvertently absorbed while you were in Hell is dangerous. And you absorbed a highly significant amount of it at that. While you yourself are not an evil being, this dark energy has the potential to corrupt those who possess it...and while it is unlikely that you will succumb to such corruption, the same may not be said of your descendants.
If and when you pass down the darkness inside of you, those born of your blood may develop Demonic impulses. I intend to fully wipe out all traces of Hell, so that is an outcome that is simply unacceptable...therefore, you must die," She explained, as she formed two swirling light blasts in her hands.
"Hold on, surely there’s another way to resolve this! Isn’t killing her just a little bit extreme!?" Protested Fenris indignantly.
"Yeah, she hasn’t done anything wrong!" Added Alexis in agreement, as the others began to voice their objections too.
"I am aware that she has done no wrong...in fact, Satan and many more of the Demons would likely still be alive if it was not for her. That is not why I am killing her...this is simply a necessary measure to be taken to prevent any potential chaos that could arise from her continued existence."
"What kind of a reason is that!?" Snapped Zoraiz furiously.
"That’s enough, everyone...she’s clearly already made up her mind. I’ll handle this by myself, there’s no reason for any of the rest of you to fight her. Killing you probably won’t be a good thing, but...I’m not just gonna roll over and die because you say I should," I stated firmly, as I unleashed my Dark Cheetah form.
"This is quite regrettable...however, there is simply no choice."
As she fired out the light blasts at me, I raced forward, using my shadowy streaks to bat away the incoming projectiles as I charged up a Negative Blast in my mouth.
As I deflected and evaded her attacks, I fired out a massive wave of the charged up energy in my mouth, which barreling towards her with immense force and momentum.
I then sprang up with all my strength as she flew up into the air, closing in on her in an instant before slamming a punch onto her face, my fist coated with violently swirling dark energy.
I broke her jaw and knocked out several teeth, but she regenerated instantly, a crushing force hitting my stomach as she drove her knee up, sending me zipping through the air as I coughed out blood.
She then teleported ahead of me as I flew through the air, grabbing my skull before I could react...and then everything went dark as an immense, agonizing pain burst out...

My eyes opened wide as I resurrected, my power surging rapidly as I-...but before I could regain my bearings, I felt a sharp pain and everything went dark once again...

.
.
And again...
.
.
.
.
.
And again...
.
.
.
.
.
As I resurrected yet again, I unleashed a desperate burst of dark energy in a powerful shockwave, clouds of snow instantly exploding out as I did, as God teleported away to safety, her hands coated in my blood.
My hair was matted down with fresh blood, and I felt an intense power like I’d never felt before. But that wasn’t entirely a good thing...fuck, she just tore through all my remaining lives in a matter of seconds, if I die again, it’ll be for good!
Suddenly, a barrier formed around us, trapping me in with her as she began to charge up a massive blast of light...my senses are screaming at me, that’s no ordinary light energy, I get the feeling that it’d completely disintegrate me if it hits!
I quickly charged up a Negative Blast in response, making at as large and as powerful as I could possibly manage. I then blasted it out as she fired her charged up light energy in my direction, a massive shockwave erupting upon impact.
The barrier instantly shattered as waves of snow burst out and flew across in every direction, the sheer force causing me to stumble back. My eyes widened in alarm as she then flew towards me as our attacks began to fade away, closing in on me rapidly.
As I began to regain my balance, I sent several shadowy streaks underground, branching them out as she began to get within range...I’ll skewer her from every direction and inject her with dark energy, that should-...
Suddenly, as I began to burst out my shadowy streaks from the ground, something else burst out from right in between the two of us. I instinctively sprang back and got some distance as whatever just burst out from the ground rose up several meters.
Wait, this scent...Inoka? Are these...bones? They’re so huge though, when did he learn how to do something like this?
"Sorry to interject, but there’s a simple solution to this problem," He remarked as he stepped forward.
He still has that dead look in his eyes, I’m surprised he intervened at all.
"It’s no use, dude, she won’t listen! This is the only way to-...!" I began as I gestured to him to stay back.
"That is not true. If you truly have a viable alternate solution, I am willing to listen," Interrupted God in response.

"You said the problem is that Aurora’s descendants might be Demonic or whatever, right? Well, then, as a compromise, why not take away her ability to reproduce? Doing that would be simple, even for me, so I’m sure you’re capable of doing something like that," He suggested, before glancing at me, "I’m sure it’s not ideal, but it’s better than dying, right? And killing God would probably destabilize the dimensions or whatever, that wouldn’t be great either."
"Huh...actually, that’s totally fine by me. I’m not really interested in having kids or starting a family or whatever, and if that changes, I can just adopt or something. Yeah, I’m good with that," I nodded with a thumbs up.
"Ah, then we have come to a resolution. Good, that is far preferable to me killing a human," Added God in agreement.
"Wait, just like that? So, if this was an acceptable solution the whole time, why’d you jump straight to killing me!?" I exclaimed indignantly.
"The possibility simply did not occur to me. In my defense, with everything that has been happening recently, the drastic influx of souls, the invasion of Hell, it has all been rather stressful," She defended herself.
Is...God making excuses? What the hell, she used up all my extra lives and then-...!? Ugh, fine, whatever...I suppose it could be worse, all things considered.
"I need a nap...I hope your forces can wrap things up, because I’m sure as hell not helping out with the Demon extermination," I frowned as I flopped onto the snow wearily.
"Of course, the Angels will handle it. Almost all Demons in the living world have already been killed. I shall take my leave now...Inoka Fonseka, use your powers to take away Aurora Pretorius’s reproductive capability right away. Once that is done, you will have no reason to worry."
And with that, she teleported away, vanishing from sight after needlessly causing us concern. Yeah, I’m completely and utterly beat now. But it’s over...it’s finally over, I’m so glad...
