"Hm? Hear that? Sounds like someone just triggered the bomb," Remarked Ash, as his ears twitched.
"I think I did hear a slight rumble, but it was so faint that I didn’t anything of it," I responded uncertainly.
"Let’s hurry. It’s barely been half an hour since we left that place, we’re still just within five kilometers from there, I didn’t think that whoever was after us would get there this quickly," Frowned Ash apprehensively.
"Yeah, that was pretty fast. Well, at least brainwashing the police chief was worth the effort, we might’ve been in trouble if it wasn’t for that," I replied wryly. ƒree𝑤ebnσvel.com
"It was a given that Harmony would eventually come after us now that the issues with Monsters and Deities have settled down, I didn’t expect them to work so fast and efficiently though. No wonder Eden was taken down," He scoffed, as we continued moving forward.
"So, uh, where exactly are we going, anyway?" I asked him.
"As far as possible. Okay, I think this is far enough on foot, we need to move faster. Let’s flag down a taxi and then I’ll brainwash the driver into taking us as far as possible as fast as possible," He decided, as we got to a main street.
"Uh, is that really the best idea? Won’t we stand out and attract attention if we speed away?" I pointed out in response.
"Hm...yeah, you’re right. My bad, I just lost my cool for a sec. Alright, here comes a taxi," He replied, as he stuck his arm out to wave down the cab.
The car slowed down and turned towards the pavement, before coming to a stop in front of us. Ash then opened the back door and hopped in, as I followed suit.
"Where do you want to go, sir?" Inquired the driver, looking a bit bemused at our sudden entrance.
"Take us to Alexandria," Replied Ash, as he raised his hand and touched the man’s head.
"Hey, what are you-...yes, sir, understood," He responded in a dazed tone as his eyes dulled slightly, his expression going blank.
"It’s about a three hour drive from here, I think, so...go as fast as you can without going above the speed limit or breaking any traffic laws," Ash instructed him, as the man began driving up the road.
"Hey, do you think it’d be okay if I opened one of the windows? It’s super stuffy in here, and the air conditioning seems to be busted," I frowned, after tinkering with it for a bit.
"Yeah, I was about to suggest the same thing, it smells really musty in here," He grimaced in agreement, before rolling down the shutter of the back left window.
Ahh, that’s much better.
"So, now what?" I inquired curiously.
"We’re gonna have to lay low for a while, maybe try and get to another country. With my Dark Skill, it should be relatively easy enough to do so undetected," He replied, after mulling it over.
"Mm, that sounds good, I wanna keep doing what we’ve been doing to all different kinds of people and seeing their different reactions," I grinned with anticipation.
"Yeah, I do too. It was fun when I used to do this alone, but I have to say, having a partner in crime makes things a whole lot more fun," He smirked, as he put his arm around my shoulders, his hand resting on my boob and giving it a squeeze.
"Heh, and I only used to enjoy killing people, but your way of doing things is so much more exciting and arousing," I responded seductively, as I moved my hand over to his crotch and grabbed him there.
He then kissed me, our lips hungrily caressing each other as I let out content sigh, before sucking on his tongue as I felt his crotch begin to stiffen in my hand.
This is so damn hot, I really wanna fuck him while forcing a family to kill each other or something right now! Oh, yeah, life’s real good at the momen-...suddenly, a loud crash echoed out as we came to an abrupt, screeching halt along with the sound of metal tearing apart, my head slamming onto the front seat, dazing me.
Wh-what the-...? What just happened? Did we crash into something? Ash was rubbing the side of his head with a groan, a trickle of blood running down from that spot, before we both glanced at the front.
My blood ran cold as I saw a shadowy figure standing in front of the car with their fist in the hood, dark streaks floating around the figure as they yanked their arm back out, before slamming their fist onto the windshield and ripping it off, tossing it away before one of the dark streaks wrapped around the unconscious driver and pulled him out of the car, setting him down on the pavement.
It’s a young woman, maybe about a couple of years older than me, with short blonde hair, the whites of her eyes were black and her irises were a dark yellow. She had a terrifyingly cold fury in her gaze as she narrowed her eyes at us...
"I...found you...," She growled menacingly, sending chills of terror down my spine as I got a look at her Aura...

"You sure about this?" Inquired Inoka hesitantly.
"Yeah, do it. You can return me to normal after this is over," I nodded impatiently.
"Alright, if you insist...," He sighed reluctantly, as he placed his hand on my nose and began manipulating it to drastically improve my sense of smell.
I inadvertently winced as I was suddenly overwhelmed with countless different scents, stumbling back with a grimace as I felt like I was drowning in a sea of smells.
"Hey, you okay!?" Exclaimed Fenris in alarm.
"I-I’m fine...I-I just need a moment to adapt...," I frowned, as I closed my eyes and focused.
Concentrate...block out all irrelevant scents, focus on locking onto the scents or the targets. Ignore everything else, not just other scents, but sounds as well, put everything into focusing on the scents I’m after.
Okay, there it is...I’ve found the trail. Now...follow it...that’s it, stay focused on it, keep going after it...there, found them!
A few kilometers in that direction-...hm? Their scents suddenly dulled...what’s going on? Come on, focus...I can’t lose track of them after finding them, keep searching!
Damn it, what did they do, did they somehow realize that I’m sniffing them out!? No, calm down, that’s impossible. It has to be a coincidence. Maybe they went into a-...hm?
There, found them! They’re moving really fast...oh, I see, they must have gotten into a car. And the fact that I can smell them again must mean they opened a window or something...doesn’t really matter. They’re not getting away.
"Found them," I remarked, as I concentrated my Aura and unleashed my Dark Cheetah form, before extending out my shadowy streaks and wrapping them around the other three, around their torsos and behind their heads to keep my hold on them stable, "Hold on tight and brace yourselves...try not to get whiplash."
"Woah, wait, wait, wai-...!" Exclaimed Inoka in alarm, before I bent my knees and shot forward at my top speed, leaping up onto a rooftop and racing straight towards the events as fast as I could.
I won’t let them get away, they’re gonna pay for everything they’ve done, right now! I’ll tear them apart!
They’ve hurt so many innocent people for no other reason than their own amusement, they’re the absolute worst of the worst. They need to die.
I’m close now, almost there...as a main street came into sight, I locked onto the car from which their scents were coming from, a taxi. Got them!
I then zipped across till I was well ahead of the car they were in, before leaping down from the building I was on top of, setting down the other three on the pavement as I swooped down towards the car.
I closed it on it right as it reached me, before swirling dark energy around my fist and slamming it into the front of the car, halting it in its tracks with a screech as the back of the car rose up a bit.
I then pulled my arm out of the front and punched through the front glass, and then swiftly yanked my arm back to tear it out, tossing it away as I extended out a shadowy streak to cut away the airbag in front of the driver.
He’s unconscious, but doesn’t look too badly hurt...I cut his seatbelt and pulled him out of the car, setting him down on the pavement as I met the gazes of the two in the back seat...
"I...found you...," I growled as I felt a surge of rage welling up inside me...
