Chapter 115: Chapter 109: Skills

A month passed by. Zeke was still busy with the construction. It seemed that it was going to be a long-term project. He was going to fully focus on it, but unfortunately for him, Dean forced him to return to Dimension Zero so that he could cultivate.

He and Leonel taught the boys the second level of the True Supreme Exercise. Zeke also taught them the Asuran Neo-Nephilim Primogenitor Visualization. He even made a Devic Neo-Nephilim Primogenitor Visualization after scanning Cass.

Leonel suggested fusing the two techniques into one, and that is how the Twin Neo-Nephilim Primogenitors Visualization was born. Dean and Leonel were really excited about this technique.

Techniques that could help increase the WILL stat were incredibly rare, and even the ones that were available weren’t all that effective after one’s WILL stat had reached B Grade. ƒreewebηoveℓ.com

Dean said, "Can we spread this in the Federation like the Supreme Exercise?"

Zeke said, "I have no problems with that. You just need to understand one thing. Although this technique is strong, it has its side effects."

Dean asked, "Side effects? What kind of side effects?"

Zeke replied, "The brainwashing kind. Anyone who practices this technique will subconsciously start believing in us. The higher the level they reach, the deeper their faith will become.

If you decide to spread this technique, you’re basically giving me the key to the Federation. Because sooner or later, the Federation will become one huge cult. So, while spreading this technique is advantageous, there are equally grave consequences."

Dean and Leonel went into deep thought. Was that something they wanted to happen? Would it benefit the Federation and its people?

While they were thinking this, Zeke said, "There is another benefit. All of the citizens will have a chance to transform into Neo-Nephilims."

Cass said, "But that could be very dangerous. Those who become believers because of the technique will need to practice it until they reach a somewhat higher level before they become fanatics.

And let’s say that we turn them. That would mean that they would return to the F Grade. We would be sacrificing short-term stability for long-term gains, but there is no guarantee that we would survive to see that long-term."

Dean took a deep breath and said, "You both make sense. I need to think about this. There is a lot at stake here."

Zeke said, "You have all three versions of the technique. It’s your choice what you want to do with them."

Dean nodded.

Leonel, who had been silent until now, asked, "You created this technique in Murim, right?"

Zeke replied, "Yeah. Why? Is there something wrong?"

Leonel shook his head and said, "No. It just seems that you gained a lot there."

Zeke said, "I did. I even received two skills and a trait. Same with Cass."

Cass said, "Wait, did you even check the effects of the skills yet?"

Zeke paused. The other three stared at him as if they were looking at the dumbest guy alive.

Zeke said, "What!!? I was busy. I’ll check them now."

-------------------[Skills]-------------------

Acquired Skills:

5. Master of Mana (SSS Grade/Upgradable): Mana surrenders to your Will. Grants complete control over one’s own mana and increases control of atmospheric mana.

6. Language (EX Grade): Grants the ability to comprehend, speak, and write any manaless language at will. Increases efficiency of learning runic languages. Grants the ability to fuse completely mastered runic languages.

Zeke said, "Damn, I’m too awesome."

Leonel asked, "Why, what skills did you get?"

Zeke didn’t answer and outstretched his hand. He manifested some of his mana in his palm. The other three were confused. Was this supposed to mean something? Even an F Grad-

They were so shocked by what happened next that their minds became completely blank for a second. The mana turned into a butterfly and started flying around Zeke. Then it turned into a bird. Then into a puppy.

It was so detailed that the three of them could see the individual hairs on its body. The puppy rubbed its head against Zeke’s cheek before returning to his palm. Then it transformed back into a cloud of mana, and Zeke absorbed it back.

Dean asked, "Is your mana... sentient?"

If it was true, Dean shivered at the mere thought.

But fortunately, or unfortunately, Zeke shook his head and said, "No. I just have complete control over it. It has become an extension of me. For me, it is no longer just an energy, but an extension of my body. That’s the only way I can explain it."

Leonel asked, "What’s your WILL stat?"

Zeke replied, "Oh that, I achieved EX Grade in my WILL stat in Murim."

Leonel was shocked for a split second before recovering.

He asked, "Did you create a Domain?"

Zeke nodded and replied, "I did, but it’s useless here. It was an internal domain that basically allowed me to transform into a Neo-Nephilim in Murim."

Leonel said, "Hmm, don’t even try to use Reality Bend here until you achieve at least A Grade."

Zeke asked, "Why? I already have an EX Grade Will."

Leonel shook his head and said, "It was fine in Murim because of three reasons. First, it was a weak plane. Second, there isn’t much of a distinction between soul and will in Murim. A strong will means an equally strong soul. Finally, I don’t know if you noticed, but Murim is extremely reactive to will."

Zeke asked, "Is it like that for all Murims?"

Leonel nodded and replied, "It’s like a basic rule for all Murims. But in Dimension Zero, things are different. You might have an extremely strong Will, but your soul cannot match it. If it were anybody else, I would have suggested waiting till the S Grade, but since your guys have pretty strong souls, A Grade should be fine."

Zeke asked, "What about Reality Manifestation? And Reality Materialization?"

Leonel said, "C Grade for Manifestation and B Grade for Materialization."

Zeke said, "But Grandpa, how do you know so much about all this?"

Leonel didn’t answer but just smiled mysteriously.
