Chapter 79: 079: DOTING BEASTSMEN [2]

His eyes widened, but I continued to nibble on his lips, and when I got no response, I pulled away from the kiss, but then I felt Azrael hold my cheeks gently.

"Raven, you can’t pull away so suddenly," he mumbled, and my lips parted to protest, but his lips crashed onto mine, hungry and rough, yet still strangely gentle.

He kissed me hard and long, and by the time his lips finally parted from mine, my lips were swollen while he still stared down at them intensely.

"Goodnight," I whispered softly and gently poked his cheek.

My hand slipped onto Ryker’s tail, and I fell asleep instantly.

The next morning, I rubbed my sleepy eyes a few times until I could finally see the room clearly.

My body felt energized....Perhaps seeing Liora alive and safe yesterday had given me such a peaceful sleep.

Just when I was processing everything, the scent of beef hit the air alongside warm stew.

I sniffed, and my eyes sparkled brightly.

I jumped out of bed and rushed toward the mini kitchen. There, I spotted Veyra gently placing beef stew into a bowl, and my eyes sparkled.

"What’s for breakfast?" I asked while moving closer, before he could even answer, I wrapped my arms around his tiny waist, and I watched his ears redden instantly.

"Beef stew, fish stew, and buns. Simple breakfast," he said, and I chuckled softly.

"That sounds amazing to me," I replied, and he touched my hands gently, squeezing them softly, but then Ryker walked in holding huge fish in his hands, and I couldn’t help but gasp.

"All this? For what?" I asked, and Ryker flashed a smirk.

"A feast before we leave," he said, and my lips parted to ask what feast when Thyrian walked in.

He was holding hot steamed buns, and my mouth watered immediately.

I pulled away from Veyra quickly and rushed toward him.

"Where did you get those?" I asked, and Thyrian laughed softly.

"I made them myself. It took a while and a lot of patience, but they turned out great," he said, and my expression darkened instantly.

"You’re injured. Why stress yourself? Let me take those off you," I asked, trying to take the buns from his hands, but he practically dodged me and moved toward the kitchen counter before placing them carefully into a basket. freēwebnovel.com

"Don’t lift a finger. Just sit down," he said, and I frowned deeply.

I just wanted to help with something and not seem selfish.

Hmph!

I sat down on the chair while Ryker chuckled softly. He walked toward the counter and rolled his sleeves upward, and I stared shamelessly at how muscular his arms looked.

Damn... those biceps.

I bit down on my lips while watching the way he washed the fish before grabbing a butcher knife and slicing through them smoothly.

I swallowed hard.

A little sweat formed on his skin, and he reached for a cloth, but I stood up quickly and grabbed it first.

He paused when he saw how fast I had rushed over and smiled softly.

I gently wiped the sweat from his face, and he bent down slightly before placing a soft kiss against my lips. I froze the second I noticed the others staring at us. My ears reddened instantly, and I cleared my throat awkwardly before turning to stare very seriously at the fish.

Ryker chuckled at my obvious embarrassment before continuing to slice the fish calmly.

Then...

"Hiss..."

The sound escaped Thyrian’s lips, and I rushed toward him instantly.I grabbed the hand he had supposedly burned and blew on it softly.

"Be careful already," I scolded gently. He didn’t say a word, instead, he suddenly bent down.

I froze.

"What?" I asked, but his lips landed on mine before I could react. It wasn’t a subtle or soft kiss like Ryker’s, it was full of hunger and want.

I swallowed the saliva gathering in my mouth, tasting faint honey from him as his tongue slowly slid into my mouth, and then I realized it.

He hadn’t actually burned himself.....He was pretending, but before I could even react properly, I suddenly felt Veyra’s wet lips against my neck, and I gasped softly, pulling slightly away from Thyrian’s kiss.

I wanted to protest, but Veyra’s tongue was doing dangerous things against my neck, licking and sucking softly.

Thyrian didn’t take no for an answer either and kissed me deeply again.

Veyra refused to stop too, and soon I could already feel my legs growing weak alongside the dangerous heat pooling in my stomach.

"This is inappr-opriate... y-you’ll burn the food..." I said shakily between breaths. Even Ryker joined in, his lips resting against the side of my neck as he sucked gently too. freewebnσvel.cѳm

I swear I couldn’t resist anymore and kept moaning helplessly until suddenly.... The door creaked open.

"Hmm... looks like breakfast is actually you."

Azrael’s dark voice echoed through the room, and my eyes snapped open instantly.

I stared at him before immediately tearing my gaze away, blushing furiously.

"Guys... you can let go now," I mumbled weakly, but they absolutely did not.

They only moved in tighter, and I could only shut my eyes in embarrassment while Azrael kept staring without looking away.

I genuinely felt like sinking into the floor, then I heard footsteps again, and my eyes popped open instantly.

Bibi and Liora stood there frozen in utter shock.

"Guys..." I mumbled weakly, my tone practically pleading for help. Immediately, they all let go of me.

I staggered slightly, but all their hands instantly reached toward my waist to stop me from falling.

"Hi," I said softly while staring at the ground.

Bibi was the first to grin. "Sorry we interrupted," she teased, and I awkwardly rubbed my neck.

Really... how were all my beastmen this calm? They simply walked back toward the kitchen and continued cooking as if nothing had happened, but now I smelled faintly like fish and spices.

"I’ll be right back," I muttered before hurrying toward the bathroom.

I shut the door quickly and rested my forehead against it, reminiscing about last night and everything that had just happened now.

Too many beast consorts truly felt like a dangerously pleasurable kind of hell.

I slipped off my clothes before gently turning on the bath water. I rested inside the tub and closed my eyes quietly for a moment.

I didn’t even realize I had fallen asleep until suddenly, muscular hands lifted me up.

My eyes snapped open instantly, and I struggled in panic.

"Calm down." I heard Azrael’s voice and immediately paused before staring at him.

I breathed shakily and looked downward, he had already wrapped me carefully in a towel.

He carried me outside before setting my feet gently against the floor, and I held tightly onto the towel wrapped around my body, but then I froze when I turned around.

My beastmen were all sitting on the bed, staring without looking away. The atmosphere felt unbearably heavy and intense, and I could only stare at my toes while fidgeting awkwardly.

"Raven, I advise you pick a dress," Thyrian said, and I slowly lifted my gaze toward him.

"Huh?" I blurted out, and his smile stretched wider.

"You look ravishing. We might lose our self-control," he said, and I blushed furiously.

Shit...

He was way too good with words, I moved toward the wardrobe, but paused.

This way didn’t lead to the wardrobe. Why was I suddenly so confused? I bit down on my lips softly, but then Azrael handed me a gown.

I took hold of it and turned to leave, but...

DRAG.

Azrael didn’t let go of the gown, I turned toward him slowly. "What’s wrong?" I asked, and his smile widened lazily.

"Don’t you usually change right in front of us? Why are you suddenly running away?" he asked, and I froze instantly.

"Raven, we all like you shameless. Don’t worry, we’ll make sure not to eat you while you change," he teased before turning toward the others.

"After all... dessert comes after breakfast!"
