Chapter 1327: Chapter 1327: Don’t Take It Out on Her

After talking with his dad tonight, Thomas Fisher realized his mistake and acknowledged the error in his thinking. He hurriedly ran out of the house and called Evelyn Taylor to discuss this matter.

He wanted to end it before things got out of control, but what surprised him was that her brother came along with her, bringing surprising yet somewhat expected news.

"Ryan! Honestly speaking, the reason I called Evelyn out was to talk about this matter." He glanced at her standing aside and continued, "My dad talked to me about this tonight, and I think he makes sense. I’ve decided to put an end to pretending to be in a relationship with Evelyn."

He couldn’t just do these shallow things because he didn’t want to be forced by his mom to go on blind dates.

This deceived both families, hurt their parents, and worried everyone who cared about them. He also felt a strong sense of guilt toward Sandra.

Upon hearing Thomas Fisher say that he called her out to talk about ending the fake relationship, Evelyn felt inexplicably upset, and a surge of anger rose in her heart.

"I disagree." Those words seemed ready on her lips; as soon as she opened her mouth, they slipped out.

"You disagree? Why do you disagree? Do you think I was joking with you just now?" Ryan Taylor looked angrily at Evelyn, feeling she wasn’t just stubborn but purposely making trouble for no reason.

Evelyn was also very angry and paid no regard to Ryan’s fury, retorting discontentedly, "I disagree, period. Why do we need a reason? Besides, what does this have to do with you anyway?"

She glared at him, implying it was none of his business and he shouldn’t meddle.

"I’m telling you, I will be involved in this matter." Evelyn’s thoughts were clearly displayed on her face, and Ryan found it hard to pretend he didn’t notice; it was precisely because he noticed that he was so angry.

Seeing the siblings argue again, Thomas Fisher interrupted immediately, "Evelyn! Don’t purposely irritate your brother anymore. He’s only worried about us; he’s concerned..."

"What is he worried about us for? He’s worried that the woman named Lily Turner will find out and..."

"Evelyn Taylor!"

Seeing Evelyn direct the blame at Lily Turner once more, Ryan angrily raised his hand to point at her and shouted her name furiously.

It was the first time Evelyn had heard her brother call her by her full name, and with intense anger. Realizing he did this to defend Lily Turner, her fury soared.

"Why are you yelling at me? Am I wrong? You’re stopping me and Thomas from being together because you’re worried the woman named Lily..."

Ryan suddenly walked towards Evelyn, and seeing her brother approach with a dark expression, she immediately fell silent out of fear.

Seeing this, Thomas Fisher quickly reached out and held his brother, stopping him from walking further towards their sister, "Ryan! Don’t be mad; Evelyn was just speaking impulsively. Please don’t take it to heart."
