Xinjie grabbed the vase and threw it on the floor. The handmaidens begged her to stop but she was out of control breaking everything she could get her hands on. She abruptly stopped when she heard a roar.

All the handmaidens left in a hurry, when the room was empty Kuang walked to his daughter.
He asked:
"What is the matter with you?"
Xinjie cried as she hugged him:
"Eden is pregnant."
Kuang held her surprised.
"Is that why he didn’t join the festivities yesterday?"
"It is."
Kuang felt better hearing that. When he didn’t see Eden he thought that he might’ve found out something but thankfully he is still in the dark. He can’t wait for tonight he’ll finally be gone for good. He patted his daughter’s back and reminded:
"Eden will die tonight anyway."
"I know but I wanted to be the first to be pregnant."
One of the maids who works at the palace is a friend of her head maid and she read a letter Eden had written to his father.
She’s the empress she should be the first to give a son to Yecheng, not some useless concubine. She never thought she could hate someone as much as she hates Eden.
"I hate him, father."
"Don’t worry after tonight you won’t have to look at him or Shenyan ever again."
Xinjie pulled back and wiped her tears. He proposed:
"How about you buy something beautiful for tonight?"
Xinjie smiled and nodded.
Eden closed Versem and chuckled. Yecheng who had been looking at Eden narrowed his eyes. Eden turned and looked at him and he chuckled some more. That man is incredible, he is even jealous when he is a ger. They were both surrounded by maids helping them dress. When they were done Eden ordered:
"Leave."
They all left and close the doors behind them.
Eden walked to Yecheng and after wrapping his arms around his neck he asked:
"You’re aware that I’m a ger right?"
Yecheng held onto his waist and said:
"It doesn’t matter I don’t like it when someone else touches you."

"Yeah well, I don’t like it when someone else calls you Gege."
Yecheng said:
"I know I’m sorry. I made it clear that Xinjie is not to do it again, she just wanted to mark her territory. But I’m yours beloved."
Eden sighed and said:
"I hate you."
"Why?"
Eden said frustrated:
"Because something happens and I’m angry as I should be but then you say some words and my anger vanishes. It isn’t fair, maybe I love you too much."
Yecheng had a huge smile on his face and his eyes were sparkling like fireworks. He looked so happy and adorable that Eden’s heart melted.
"I’m pregnant."
Yecheng froze and asked:
"Are you serious or are you making a joke?"
"I’m serious."
Yecheng’s eyes moistened and he hugged Eden tightly. He didn’t think it would happen so soon but it did.
Eden smiled, he is taking precautions this time so he knows nothing will happen to the baby. He was a little startled when Yecheng abruptly let go of him and said:
"Sorry I don’t want to crash the baby."
Eden’s eyes softened, why is that man so cute?
"Let’s tell Shenyan during breakfast I don’t want him to find out from someone else."
Yecheng nodded, he laced their hands and left for the dining hall.
When Eden let go of his hand Yecheng looked at him surprised.
"I forgot something go I’ll join you."
Yecheng nodded and left. Eden went back to the room and grabbed the bracelet on the table. He looked at it with a smile.
He had it made for Shenyan and it was delivered this morning. He took a few steps and felt a pain in his body. He immediately recognized it and shielded the baby to make sure he wouldn’t lose it again. He bit his lip so he wouldn’t scream in agony. The pain was worst than last time until he disappeared.
When Eden opened his eyes he immediately held onto the barrier. He looked down and only saw water, his feet were dangling 300 meters from one of the most dangerous rivers. He was sitting on the railing of a bridge. He turned when he heard a voice.
"Do it, it’s the only way we can be together."
Eden turned his head and closed his eyes for a few seconds to receive the universe’s information.
This Eden is a 20 years old hybrid half Dragon and half rabbit. In this world, every human has a spirit animal called a spa. The spirit animals in them only show a few particular physical traits, which can be concealed at the wearer’s will. All humans have the personality attributes that go with their spirit animal.
The most frequent spirit animals are the dragon, tiger, rabbit, ox, snake, and rat. They are much more but those are the spirit animal most seen. Dragons are at the top of the food chain and they run the world.
It is extremely taboo for a dragon to be with another spirit animal. While other spirit animals mix and procreate with others dragons don’t. Rex Knox was a dragon from a very old family and the president of Knox Fort a cyber security company. Knox Fort was a top ten company used by any major company created by him from the ground up. One day Res Knox met a woman and it was love at first sight.
Unfortunately, the woman’s spirit animal was a rabbit. After being together in secret for a while he broke up with her after his brother Bastian and sister Alessa found out about their relationship. Res was heartbroken because he genuinely loved her.
He focused all his energy on the company but 9 months after they broke up he received a letter from her. It said that she had given birth to a hybrid baby and that she couldn’t raise him.
A hybrid baby is a normal occurrence but one who is a half-dragon is something that had never been seen. Eden was the first Dragon hybrid. Dragons are perfectionists and expect the same perfectionist ideals from others which makes them difficult to get along with at times but despite their egotism, Dragons exert a considerable amount of influence on all around them while rabbits are conservative and timid by nature.
They are very cautious in their decision-making and need to analyze everything inside-out before coming to a firm decision. Clearly, those two personalities clashed with each other and everyone thought that it would be impossible for Eden to accomplish anything in his life and his mother thought the same as well. She wrote the address of the orphanage she put him in in case he wanted to raise him.
After Res told Bastian and Alessa he chose to leave the baby in the orphanage. 20 years later he died of illness. Before he died he wrote a testament and gave instructions. The testament said that once he dies Alessa would have to bring Eden into his house and help him until he becomes the president of Knox Fort.
He added that Alessa and Bastian would run the company until Eden turns 20. He left the deed of his mansion to Eden and 51 percent of the shares of Knox Fort but all the papers were kept from Eden.
Alessa and Bastian moved into the house Res left for Eden with Alessa’s daughter Arya. They followed Res’s instruction and brought Eden into the mansion and signed him up in the university Res had chosen for him. It just so happen that Arya was a student there and in the same classes since she was following the same curriculum as him. At first, he thought it was a real person but when he asked his uncle and ant if they could see him they said no. For a month the spirit of his father whispered to him that he was never wanted, he was a hybrid freak, and that he would be better off dead.
