A-Xuan looked out the car window with a smile. He looked into his bag again to make sure he had everything. It’s the fifth time he’s checked, he’s nervous about seeing Yixin for some reason. They’ve never stayed so long without seeing each other before. Yesterday he tried to have lunch with him since his second in command is back but Yixin was swamped.
Today he decided to surprise him with lunch and after chatting for five minutes he’ll leave. He feels like he is upset about wanting a double wedding. He told him when he was walking him to the car after their dinner and his face was cold. He understands since he wants that day to only be about them too. He’s been working on the wedding tirelessly for a year and now Atlas is ruining all that hard work.
A-Xuan walked out of the car and entered the building. He pushed the button to the top floor and felt his heartbeat quicken. He shouldn’t be nervous it’s Yixin we’re talking about. That man loves him even if he has never said it. He more than proved it over the years, the fact that he’s willing to wait until they’re married for their relationship to be physical proves it.
He loves that they’ll both be each other’s first time. He smiled at the receptionist and knocked on the door.
"Come in."
He entered and closed the door behind him. He smiled at Yixin and said:
"Hello Er-Gege, I know that you’re busy so I brought you lunch."
Yixin looked up from his computer. A-Xuan put the food on the desk and smiled gently at him.

"You shouldn’t have I told you I’m busy."
A-Xuan asked nervously:
"Er-Gege are you angry at me?"
Yixin looked up with a frown.
"I am and don’t call me that anymore."
A-Xuan’s eyes moistened and he asked:
"You don’t like it when I call you that?"
"I never did."
A-Xuan immediately said;
"I won’t do it anymore then."
Yixin nodded and looked at his computer again.
A-Xuan said:
"I’m sorry about the double wedding I didn’t want that either but Atlas insisted."
Yixin looked up and asked:
"After everything, he’s done to you why would you even agree?"
"I just want to put the past behind us no matter how abusive he was."
Yixin’s eyes flashed and he leaned back on his chair. After thinking he said:
"Either you tell Atlas we won’t have a double wedding or our wedding is canceled."
A-Xuan looked at him wide-eyed. He can’t tell Atlas that or he’ll throw a fit again and say he won’t marry. He didn’t get rid of his grandfather so he wouldn’t inherit the company. He loves Yixin but he has to get the company, he wants to stick it to Atlas and throw it in his face. He wants Atlas to watch as he lives his best life with the inheritance he gave up on as Han makes his life a living hell.
A-Xuan wants to get revenge on Atlas and if for that he has to give up on Yixin then he will. Or he’ll just break off the wedding until Atlas is married and everything is his. Yixin loves him that’s why he doesn’t want to have a double wedding with Atlas. He knows all the terrible things he’s done to him and Yixin just wants to protect him. He would do anything for him so, of course, he’ll come back to him after Atlas’ wedding. It’s not like it’s a risky gamble.
Thinking that A-Xuan felt better but he still looked at Yixin teary-eyed and said:
"I can’t tell him that I’m sorry."
Yixin said expressionlessly:
"Then the wedding is off, you can give him everything you had prepared for us."
A-Xuan’s tears ran down his face and he turned around and left.
Yixin couldn’t stop himself from smiling. How was he so utterly oblivious before? He knows Atlas won’t be happy but he doesn’t want to keep pretending. He loves Atlas and as soon as he deals with his enemies he’ll make sure everyone knows he is his mate because tonight he’ll make him officially his.
Atlas looked at his cellular with a smile. He looked up when Shen asked:
"Why are you smiling?"
Atlas said:
"Because by the end of the day I would have dealt with two third of my enemies."
Shen asked:
"What’s going on Atlas?"
Atlas stood up and sat on the couch with Shen and explained to him everything that happened. Once he did he looked at Shen who was trembling in anger. His dark pheromones would have made it impossible for him to breathe if he wasn’t stronger than him. Shen took a breath calming down and said:
"I can’t believe they killed Gaozong."
He knew that Kuang and A-Xuan weren’t good people seeing how they treated Atlas but to the point of killing a family member, he didn’t believe.
Atlas said:
"I’m done being understanding and patient. I’ll destroy every single person who had a hand in grandfather’s death. I’ll get rid of all the traitors and make sure the other knows what will happen if they cross me."
Shen looked at Atlas. He’s glad he finally understands that doing whatever Kuang and A-Xuan want him to do won’t change how they feel about him.
Shen asked:
"Where were you when they thought you were in that hotel room with Han?"
Atlas answered:
"With Yixin."
Shen looked at Atlas stunned.
"Yixin A-Xuan’s fiance?"
Atlas nodded.
He explained:
"When I ran away from Han’s room I had to jump to the balcony next door because he had locked the room and it just so happened to be Yixin’s room."
Shen frown.
"Did something happen?"
When Atlas looked away uncomfortable he had his answer.
"Atlas I don’t think it’s a good idea to get entangled with him."
Atlas asked with a frown:
"Why?"
"I just don’t want him to break your heart. I don’t want you to be with him if he isn’t serious."
Atlas said:
"You’ll see yourself tonight."
Shen asked:
"What do you mean?"
"He’ll have dinner with us so you’ll be able to talk to him."
He knows Yixin even if he told him he can’t have dinner with him he’ll show up since it’s with Shen-Ge.
Shen nodded. If by the end of the evening he doesn’t believe that Yixin loves Atlas and he doesn’t have his best interest at heart he won’t allow them to be together.
