Sunny Reed collapsed onto the grass, a sobbing, screaming mess. She roared like a madwoman, her trembling finger pointing at Walker Grant and Chloe Reed as she vented the rage boiling in her chest.

She kept her eyes locked on Chloe Reed.
Her mind flashed back to the first time she had ever seen Chloe Reed.
A beautiful, adorable little girl in a princess dress her parents had custom-made for her. She stood in the magnificent living room, holding a bouquet of flowers and blinking her big, sparkling eyes as she looked at Sunny with curiosity and delight.
Her childish voice seemed to echo across time.
"Mommy said I’m getting a big sister. Are you going to be my sister now?"
"Welcome to our family! These flowers are for you!"
The little girl was too radiant. Her sweet, lovely smile filled Sunny with jealousy. All she wanted was to utterly destroy something so beautiful.
