This was what Lucien had pulled. When he read its content, his excitement reached its peak, and his face flushed.
He glanced at the counter, looking at the 2 Rare Gacha Tickets and the Super Rare Gacha Ticket.
If a Random Gacha Ticket could pull such generous rewards, what would these pull?
Lucien tried to calm his excitement, reining it in his heart. But the anticipation that had built couldn’t be stopped.
He immediately spun the remaining Gacha Tickets.

Lucien’s excitement could be felt; the entire pores of his body jubilated in excitement.
Primordial? This was the rank below only Origin, the highest Gacha card of the system.
He calmed himself down. This might be a dream.
He immediately tried to fuse with the rewards.

Series notification came through that he was unable to absorb and awaken the physique and talent due to his frail body.
The only thing he could make use of was the Reforging Elixir.

A small crystal vial appeared in his hands. The liquid inside shifted between gold, crimson, and silver, pulsing faintly with a warm light that seemed to breathe with his own heartbeat.
He opened it and poured its contents into his mouth.
The liquid was thick and warm, coating his tongue like honey made of molten metal. It slid down his throat and then the fire ignited.
A searing pain engulfed Lucien. His organs and entire body were set on fire; it felt as if he had swallowed lava itself. His veins burned, his bones ached, his muscles screamed. Every cell in his body was being unmade and remade in the same breath.
His body began to release intense heat, smoke diffusing from his skin like steam from a forge. The air around him shimmered. Surprisingly, the heat didn’t cause damage to the surroundings but Lucien’s eyeballs had almost rolled back due to the pain.
He grunted as he bit his tongue, trying to hold back the scream of agony. Blood trickled from the corner of his mouth, but he refused to let it out.
After a while, everything calmed down. Just when Lucien thought he was done, it started again. The immense pain shot through him once more.
This process repeated itself eight times, totaling nine cycles.
By the end, Lucien was already at the edge of unconsciousness, his mind frayed, his body barely holding together. His vision blurred. His thoughts scattered like ash in the wind.
Then a rejuvenating feeling washed through his body and soul. It was like cool water after a lifetime of drought, like dawn after an eternity of night.
His heartbeat became louder, the blood resounding like a tsunami crashing against his veins. A huge amount of vitality was released from him, radiating outward like a warm tide. Every cell in his body sang with newfound life.
It felt as if Lucien’s entire being was transcending mortality itself.
All these processes were concealed by the system or only heaven knows what commotion he would have caused.
The system didn’t stop there. Lucien began fusing with all of the rewards — from his physique to the origin core.
Unlike the Primordial Reforging Elixir, the process was smooth and calm. He almost moaned due to the relief, it was a gentle warmth, like being held by the universe itself.
