Chapter 132: Sunflare Heavenpiercer Bow
When they entered the inner ring and finally able to gaze up close at the black obsidian obelisk, appearing not different than the Chambers City, Felix’s heart skipped a beat.
An unknown sensation coursed through his body. Out of nowhere, he summoned Rain and Moon. They too felt the same.
Felix could barely think. He lowered his head, struggling to open his eyes, while gritting his teeth to sooth the pain.
Krisha, who was left awestruck by the First Obelisk, didn’t notice what was happening.
"So, this is the First—" When she turned towards Felix, she was stunned.
She immediately went closer to him and grabbed his shoulder. "Are you okay?"
At this moment, the nearby individuals who was having their second summoning noticed the presence of Felix and Krisha. They couldn’t recognize Felix since he was lowering his head.
However, they recognized Krisha and in an instant, understood that Felix was the one, who was lowering his head, as if he was in some kind of pain.
They were about to take a step and came to their aid, as most of them were aspiring doctors, with their beast pet focusing on healing, when suddenly they felt hot.
It felt searing hot—not coming from above, or below, but as though it suddenly appeared on the ground.
They were confused, they glanced at each other, understanding that they were not the only one who felt the same.
Krisha, on the other hand, was utterly shocked. She was completely aware that the origin of the searing heat came from Felix, whose Energy core was expanding and mutating.
He’s ascending through the ranks? What’s happening? Is he having his second summoning without even preparing himself?
Normally, to perform the second summoning required to meditate in front of the black obsidian obelisk, establishing spiritual connection with it.
It was a simple process of reconnecting with the dimensions where their soul had anchored into and attempted to earn their favor to receive the blessing of a beast pet.
Yet, Felix had just stepped foot into the perimeter of the black obsidian obelisk and he was already having his second summon.
What was even more surprising was the fact that his second summoning was dramatic.
His Energy core was mutating and releasing an extreme amount of fire energy that was difficult to discern, only to be perceived.
Krisha felt worried. She observed Felix was in excruciating pain.
It was already a miracle he managed to keep standing.
Felix, on the other hand, was experiencing an agonizing pain. Yet, suddenly, the feeling vanished.
He abruptly opened his eyes and found himself standing in a vastly different place.
He was in the room. A clanking noise of metal hitting each other resonated throughout. A forge contained a divine fire that illuminated the room, an anvil where it constantly released sparks in rhythm with the clanking noise, and...
A back of the individual who was hitting the heated object at the top of the anvil.
Felix glanced at the heavenly bare back of the individual, who only covered his lower limbs with a white cloth.
His attention was then grabbed the object he was hitting. He was dumbfounded.
A bow?
It was no ordinary bow, he believed. It was radiating an aura that was no lesser than Rain. Before he could process what was happening, the bow’s aura suddenly dimmed. Every strike of the black smith’s hammer seemed to have wear out the bow.
Eventually, Felix understood that instead of shaping the bow, the hammer and the blacksmith was actually breaking it.
What does this mean?
Just as he thought so, the hammer struck again and the clanking noise changed the scene.
His vision blurred. It took him sometime to open his eyes and was shocked that the bow was in front of him, lying on the ground he was familiar with.
His consciousness returned to the reality. He saw in his peripheral vision Krisha beside him, opening her mouth but no words reached his ears.
Felix couldn’t place his attention on her. His central vision was directed at the bow where Rain and Moon laid beside it. Their face contorted with immense pain, but, at the same time, they were welcoming the arrival of their sister.
Felix was in the state of dizziness. He only moved, compelled based on instinct.
Suddenly, a voice, neither belonged to Guide or someone he was familiar with, echoed in his mind.
"I am $%^&#, the Flame Sovereign. Born in the Ashen Sun Realm. Raised by a civilization that worshipped the stellar fire, the purest manifestation of creation.
I created the Solarflame Immortal Archery Scripture. I forged the Sunflare Heavenpiercer Bow with the core fragment of a solar beast, immortal-grade volcanic essence I stumbled upon by fortuitous luck, the remnants of a shattered heavenly furnace, and the stellar fire.
With it, I annihilated countless Demon Kings. But demons outnumbered us.
Until I’m the only one left in our world and have been surrounded by them.
Thankfully, I reached the Immortal Stage and were able to cross dimensions and reached the utopic realm, far from demons.
But the bow wore out already. The demons have forced it into a state I have no use of it."
The voice ended and Felix barely processed what the voice had said. His eyes were entirely locked at the bow, a bit better in a state compared when he summoned Rain.
His heart raced. He crouched. He reached out towards the bow, his fingertips touched the riser, the central handle.
Suddenly, a wave of fire energy spread out, shocking the nearby beast tamers.
Krisha herself had to expend half of her ice energy, summoning Cold Mist Guard, to prevent the fire energy from harming her. frёewebnoѵēl.com
She was completely stunned.
She watched as Felix fully grasped the riser of the bow and suddenly, the bow emitted a fire arrow.
A fire that was so pure that it felt like she was the first human to discover it.
Is there a fire like that?
She thought as Felix raised the bow upward, pulled the string, and an arrow made out of fire energy manifested...

A/N: I was wondering why I haven’t received a gift yet, I just realized I didn’t include it in my afternote. I just want to let you know that sending gifts will definitely motivate me. Also, I haven’t received a review yet, but it’s still understandable.
