Chapter 136: Arrival of Strong Cultivators

A day passed.

Tang Yin and Xiao Fei did not move from their spot. They would occasionally hold a conversation or focus on meditation.

Suddenly a flash of blue light flickered at the centre of the platform. Tang Yin and Xiao Fei immediately got up and looked at the flash of blue light very cautiously.

The next moment a middle-aged man walked out of the blue light. He was 6ft tall and had a sturdy stature. The aura of a 2nd stage Qi Transformation Realm spread out from the middle-aged man. Tang Yin’s pupils shrank. frёewebnoѵēl.com

When the middle-aged man walked out of the blue light, he swept his gaze around the platform and stopped on Tang Yin and Xiao Fei. With only a brief glance, the middle-aged man averted his gaze and found a remote corner on the platform to sit down.

Tang Yin looked at the middle-aged man suspiciously, but he did not do anything, he sat back down with Xiao Fei. He had used the Heaven Deceiving Art to restrict his cultivation aura even before the middle-aged man came, the middle-aged man could not see through his cultivation.

An hour later, blue light flashed once again at the centre of the platform. This time an old man with a face full of age walked out, and the aura of a 6th-stage Qi Transformation Realm leaked out from him. The old man looked around and found a spot to sit down on the platform, then he ignored everyone.

Over the course of the new few days, blue light flashed many times at the centre of the platform. Various cultivators walked out, they were all different. Male, female, old and young, all types of cultivators walked out of the blue light. However, they all had one thing in common. Their cultivation was of the Qi Transformation Realm.

Tang Yin sat in a remote part of the platform. He did not want to attract attention from any of these Qi Transformation Realm monsters. But things did not always go to plan.

Many of these old monster stole glances at Xiao Fei, she was just too beautiful. Although there were females among the Qi Transformation Realm cultivators present, they could not hold a candle to Xiao Fei.

Most of the gazes which looked towards Xiao Fei were from the male cultivators.

Blue light shone at the centre of the platform, no one was surprised, this had happened many times. A tall, brutish man full of facial hair walked out of the blue light this time, he instantly caught everyone’s attention. This was because he was a peak Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivator!

There were a few gashes on his body which were bleeding, they were very similar to the wounds Tang Yin had sustained when he woke up on the platform.

A glint shone in Tang Yin’s eyes, the appearance of this man confirmed some of his speculations.

The first was cultivation. Although only Qi Transformation Realm cultivators could enter the Tides of Chaos, there were exceptions.

The main reason why cultivators below the Qi Transformation Realm could not survive the Tides of Chaos was because their bodies were too weak. But if a Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivator had a physique strong enough to rival a Qi Transformation Realm cultivator’s, they could hypothetically enter the Tides of Chaos.

Common cultivators did not know whether this was true or not, but the old monsters present on the platform knew very well that this was true. However, this was the first time they had been here and everything they knew about this place was either from their predecessors or another source. That’s why the appearance of the tall, brutish man caused most of the Qi Transformation Realm cultivators to be surprised.

No one said anything though, the tall, brutish man surveyed his surroundings and boundless shock appeared in his eyes when he saw the white jade palace that was afloat.

Most of the Qi Transformation Realm cultivators were good at hiding their emotions and feelings, so even though they felt shocked towards the white jade palace that was above them, their facial expressions did not show anything.

The second was that the tall, brutish man had small gashes and wounds on his body, very similar to himself. This allowed Tang Yin to confirm that the reason why he and Xiao Fei were not torn to shreds by the Tides of Chaos was because their physiques had reached the standard of a Qi Transformation Realm cultivator. They were able to endure the dense pressure of the Tides of Chaos.

The third was that no one attacked each other or even the seemingly weak tall, brutish man when he appeared from the blue light. This made Tang Yin almost certain that the old monsters on the platform were aware of a rule which prevented conflict in this place.

A consequence which could prevent even Qi Transformation Realm cultivators from creating conflict or attacking each was bound to be immeasurable.

Tang Yin breathed out a sigh of relief in his heart, this rule which he did not know anything about allowed him who was only a 7th-stage Spirit Vein Condensation Realm cultivator to survive among a pack of tigers and dragons.
