Chapter 159: Big Wave Of Zombies

While everyone was fighting the zombies running towards them, Theodore shouted to Neville to direct them to where Cassian and Chelsea were hiding.

"Neville, find Cassian and Chelsea’s current whereabouts. We can’t keep being here!" Still busy swinging his sword, Theodore quickly glanced at Neville, who was taking cover at the back.

"It’s hard for me to detect it! The noise in this place is too loud and it’s interfering with my hearing," Neville replied in a loud voice.

To be honest, Neville was having a hard time at the moment. His head felt like it was going to burst because there were too many sounds around him. Not only were the growls and strange sounds the zombies making, but the gunshots surrounding him were really disturbing his concentration at the moment.

"Stand in the center of the line and concentrate. We’ll die if we stay here!" This time, Madeline spoke up. Their bullets could run out if they continued to fight these zombies.

"B-okay." After hearing Madeline speak, Neville could not help but follow Madeline’s advice; he did not want to be scolded; he still wanted to live.

Since being at the back of the line was quite risky at the moment and would make it difficult for Neville to concentrate, he moved from his position to the front, so he was currently in the middle of their group line.

Guarded from all directions, Neville closed his eyes to focus on finding Cassian and Chelsea’s current whereabouts. From their previous location, Neville guessed that they were on the upper floor of this warehouse.

However, due to the noise around him, Neville Neville had to work hard to use his powers effectively. Neville expended all his strength to search for their whereabouts because he came here with Theodore to find them.

Theodore glanced at Neville several times. He was worried about Neville’s condition. They needed to know Cassian and Chelsea’s current whereabouts; Theodore saw Neville open his eyes. His body looked a little sluggish, and he could see fresh blood starting to come out of his nose.

"Oh my, are you alright, boy?" Madeline was also surprised to see Neville start to nosebleed.

"I’m fine. Now I know where they are and where it is," Neville said as he raised his hand to wipe the blood from his nose.

"Aim for us! The others we’re going to move now, don’t get left behind," Theodore said later after hearing that Neville had found Cassian and Chelsea’s whereabouts.

"They’re hiding in a pretty tough spot. We just need to keep going until the end," Neville replied as he started directing the others to start moving in which direction.

With Neville’s direction, Theodore began to lead the others while paving the way for them to move forward.

But the problem was that the zombie hanging on the roof seemed to know what Theodore and the others wanted to do. He started groaning and flew down from where he was.

"Damn it! Why is that bastard coming down now?" Madeline cursed as she saw the strange lizard-like zombie begin to descend from where it was.

"Can you do something to him with your powers? We won’t be able to move if he comes at us," Theodore retorted, asking Madeline to use her powers.

"I’ll do it, though I don’t know how long my dome can hold it. Protect me, I need to focus on unleashing my power," Madeline explained, asking Theodore to take care of her while she unleashed her power.

"Take it easy." Theodore moved forward and became a shield for everyone.

Theodore also tried to block all the attacks that came at them; the zombies began to surround him; he glanced at Madeline to see if she was finished with her power. freewebnovёl.ƈom

Soon, a sand dome began to appear around the lizard-shaped zombie. Slowly but surely, the dome imprisoned the zombie inside. After the dome had utterly enveloped the lizard, they could hear a loud voice inside it.

"I’m sure my dome can’t hold the zombie for too long. We need to get out of here!" Madeline immediately urged the others to leave.

"Take it easy boss. We can move quickly, these zombies seemed to lose their spirit when you imprisoned that weird lizard zombie in your dome, boss."

’That’s right. We’d better run away."

"I’ll open the way for you guys; we’ll move quickly." Theodore immediately volunteered to pave the way for the others.

"We entrust that task to you," Madeline replied, nodding to allow Theodore to do so.

Madeline did not really like Theodore, but after they fought together, she knew that he was a pretty good person. Now, their situation was not very good, so she had to trust him at this time if they wanted to get out of this place well.

After getting that approval, Theodore immediately activated his Sprint skill to speed up his movement and kill the zombies blocking their way.

With Theodore’s help, the group’s movement became fast, and finally, they were able to escape from the zombies’ pursuit. Now that they had escaped, Madeline quickly created a barrier so that the zombies could not catch up with them.

"Now where should we go?" Madeline turned to Neville.

Neville, whose physical abilities were not as good as the others, had to catch his breath because he was struggling to keep up with the speed of these people. With his breath taken, Neville tried to answer Madeline’s question.

"At the end, there is a small staircase leading to the upper floor; they are hiding there." Neville raised his hand to point out Cassian and Chelsea.

"I’ll try to check the place, you guys just rest here. I’ll be back soon," Theodore said, choosing to check the place where Cassian and Chelsea were.

Although she did not want to let Theodore move alone, Madeline realized that she and the others needed to rest after facing a high-intensity battle.

"Don’t take too long, hurry back. I still don’t trust you!" Madeline glared at Theodore, who was slowly walking away from them.

Hearing that, Theodore only chuckled softly and did not say anything, preferring to move in the direction Neville had pointed to earlier.

Just like Neville said, a small staircase led to the upper floor at the end of the warehouse. Theodore quickly climbed the stairs.

"Are they really hiding here?" Theodore could not believe it because there was only a small room up there.

From what Theodore could see, this upper floor seemed to have been built so that the warehouse supervisors could monitor the goods coming into it. Although he wasn’t too sure, Theodore knocked on the small room while calling Cassian and Chelsea.

"Cassian! Chelsea! Are you guys in there?! " Theodore also called their names while banging on the room.

Theodore didn’t hear a reply for a long time until he finally heard a relatively weak voice from inside. He frowned when he heard the voice. Without waiting for a long time, he quickly opened the door of the room forcefully to see what was going on inside.
