After Theodore and Neville exited the hideout and walked quite a distance, Neville breathed a sigh of relief, and his face no longer looked tense.

"I can see you’re very uncomfortable being in the same room with them," Theodore replied with a quiet chuckle.
"Why didn’t you ask me out earlier?" Neville shuddered at the thought of having to be in the same room as those people Madeline had brought.
"You were still sleeping. Never mind about them; we need to find a vehicle now. If possible, use your powers to find a vehicle strong enough to break through the zombies," Theodore said. Theodore then explained what they should do now.
"Leave that to me." Neville smiled happily and started using his powers.
While Theodore followed where Neville went, he was there to look after the boy since he couldn’t fight. Of course, there were still some zombies roaming the streets.

For about an hour, they wandered the streets looking for vehicles. Theodore couldn’t rely too much on the cars on the roads. They were mainly broken and unusable.
Just as Theodore was thinking of choosing one of the damaged cars, he saw Neville stop walking and saw his eyes fixed on a building that had collapsed entirely.
"Why are you staring at that building?" The curious Theodore immediately asked Neville.
"Can you check the ruins over there?" Neville, with a flat face, asked Theodore to check the ruins.
Although he was unsure if there would be a vehicle they could use there, Theodore still did what Neville asked him to. Theodore and Neville walked towards the ruins.
Before trying to check what was inside the ruins, Theodore again turned to Neville, who was behind him.
"Are you sure you want me to see what’s inside these ruins?" Theodore just wanted to make sure.
"Yes. From what I can see from my hearing, there’s a perfectly good car in there," Neville said as he nodded his head.
It was with a heavy heart that Theodore finally stepped up to look at the ruins. But Theodore stopped his steps, summoned the Aetherius dagger he had bought at the system store, and lent it to Neville.
"Use this dagger if a zombie attacks you. You don’t need to worry, this dagger is very sharp, you just need to swing it and it will kill the zombies for you," Theodore explained later.
Before Neville could say anything about the dagger, Theodore had already turned around and started climbing the ruins of the building, which made it impossible for Theodore to see what was inside.
