Chapter 836: Chapter 836. Difficult to deal with
Celestial Iron Empire.
Blue Continent.
Black Castle City.
District Z.
Stevenson Chamber of Commerce.
In an office in a skyscraper.
A beautiful woman from the sea race was seated across a table. Several holographic screens were displayed before her.
She sighed.
"Seriously, all this paperwork will kill me one day."
This woman was the head of the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce, Emma Stevenson.
A figure walked into her office.
"How did it turn out?" she asked.
The man did not say anything.
Instead, he sent her a video.
She started playing it on a holographic screen.
"So he died, huh. That bastard," she said. "I’m curious about those two men, though."
"Should I do some sort of background check on them?" the man asked.
"Naa. Not necessary. I just got information on them just now. That black-haired fellow especially is not someone that can be viewed with common sense. He’s extremely unpredictable, scheming, and dangerous. He caused an uproar in one of the small domains, the Tesla Domain, before coming here. Have a look."
She sent the details about Kailen to the man.
"He’s more dangerous than the white-haired vampire. Although the white-haired vampire is also dangerous," the man commented, shock flashing through his eyes.
"Let’s stay out of their business. Just because we wanted to do something to slow down the business of the Metroline Hotel and Commerce fuckers does not mean we should antagonise these two people for that," she said.
"Noted. But I’m afraid Blier Seir won’t take this well. He was well acquainted with Wyatt. Had it not been for some inconveniences, Wyatt would have also joined the Heavenly Tyrant Academy with him," the man said.
Emma facepalmed.
"Right... I forgot about Blier. Well, since he has joined the Heavenly Tyrant Academy, he’s no longer part of our organization. Any move he makes in the future against this Kailen Darkhaven is entirely his individual decision. Remove his name from the organisation records," she added.
"I seriously don’t want to get on the bad side of this Kailen Darkhaven. From the information about him we just went through, he has a track record of defying expectations and getting rid of anyone who gets overconfident and antagonizes him. His greatest asset is his ability to adapt and scheme. People like that are too difficult to deal with. I’ve lived long enough and suffered enough to get where I am at now, to have it get destroyed for making a costly mistake by getting nosy and involved in the business of someone like that."
The man was shocked.
Blier Seir had joined the Heavenly Tyrant Academy, the most prestigious academy in the chaotic region. Yet, Emma was choosing to cut links with him because she was scared of offending Kailen Darkhaven?
It seemed she was judging things from the perspective of someone with more experience than him. Although he did not understand her reasoning, he trusted her. It was decisions like this she made that had made the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce survive to this day.
"I’ll get it done, Ma’am," he said.
"Thank you," she replied.
The man nodded and walked out.
She returned to what she was doing.

Celestial Iron Empire.
Blue Continent.
Black Castle City.
District Z.
Metroline Hotels and Commerce.
General Hotel Lounge.
Kailen was currently seated here.
As for Julian, he was busy with some pretty lady in his suite as usual.
The sound of jazz music played at the place.
Several individuals were either socialising, lazying around, or enjoying meals and drinks. Some were also talking about mundane things happening through the city and the district.
Kailen was simply here to relax and enjoy a good meal.
"It seems the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce won’t try anything against us. It’s been several months since we arrived here and they’ve not made a move. Perhaps, they did some background check on me and decided to stay out of my business. I guess not all transcendents are stupid," Kailen thought.
"It all worked out for the good, though. This Metroline Hotel and Commerce people too really know how to host someone. To think they had a principle fragment tower here and they would allow Julian and I to use it. It seems they have also done some background checks on us. They must have also deduced we are here for the entrance exams."
"After all, several transcendents from all across the Tyrant Domain and other domains are arriving in BlackCastle City and other cities across several continents of the Celestial Iron Empire to wait for the entrance exams of the Heavenly Tyrant Academy. It’s pretty easy for them to connect the dots.
In our case, they must be really confident we will pass this entrance exam. Even if they can’t get anything out of us, getting acquainted with someone they are confident will enter the Heavenly Tyrant Academy is something that can boost the popularity of their organization.
I should return and make preparations. The entrance exams are two months from today, after all. I guess Julian will have to take a break from being a playboy after tomorrow."
He chuckled and stood up, then left the lounge.

When Kailen arrived in front of his suite, he had to cover his ears. The sounds coming from the opposite suite, which belonged to Julian, was just... something else...
He entered his suite and closed the door quickly, sighed in relief and sat down.
"That shameless asshole," Kailen sighed.
Could he not keep the noise down with his women?
The will of the universe appeared around him with a shameless grin.
"I advised you to have a harem, but you said no. You wanted to be committed to one woman. You see your life.."
Kailen rolled his eyes at her.
How could she be this shameless?
"Fuck off," Kailen clicked his tongue.
"What did you say, brat?"
Kailen didn’t know why, but he felt like she had turned into a giant mountain before him. Why was she so threatening?
"Errm... nothing," Kailen said, beads of sweat trickling down his face. Why did he have to curse at her?
"Hmph!" The will of the universe snorted, then sat near him.
"What are we watching?" she asked.
"You want to watch a movie?" Kailen replied.
"Do you have a problem with that?" she said,
