"I heard the last time he was here, he booked all the hotel suites."

Kailen and Julian quietly stepped aside. They did not want to offend anyone from any organization right after arriving in another empire.
The fellow appeared before the entrance. Flocking him were several beauties with flirtatious expressions on their faces.
He turned to look at Kailen and Julian.
"I said move aside!"
Everywhere turned silent.
Was this fucker okay?
Several observing the altercation thought.
He told the two fellows at the entrance to move aside and they did.
But he was still telling them to move aside?
What was he expecting them to do, disappear completely from the hotel or what?
"Is this how the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce treats others?"
A tall human with a lanky build, in a suit, appeared at the entrance.
He turned to Kailen and Julian. "Esteemed Guests, I apologize for this man’s behavior."
Kailen and Julian nodded politely to the man.
The man turned to look at the arrogant fellow from the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce.
"The last time you were here, you booked all the suites and robbed other customers of the opportunity to make use of our amenities," he said. "What are you trying to accomplish this time?"
"Hmph... I’m naturally here to have a good time with these beauties. Why would I let some insignificant fuckers block the entrance to the hotel?" The moment he spoke, a glint flashed through Kailen’s eyes.
He had been observing the fellow with emotional resonance.
"I see," Kailen now understood.
It was all an act. This man was intentionally trying to disrupt the business of this hotel because they were a rival of a hotel owned by the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce.
Everything was carefully planned and orchestrated by the fellow.
He was not an arrogant young master. He was a scheming fellow.
And looking at the situation at the moment, it seemed things were about to get out of hand.
Kailen sent a thought transmission to Julian, explaining what he had discovered to Julian.
The two came to an agreement and decided to leave this hotel to look for another one.
They did not want to get involved in an altercation between two organisations when they had not even familiarised themselves with this city.
The moment Kailen and Julian turned around to leave, the fellow with dreadlocks revealed a glint of coldness in his eyes.
"It seems because of this interruption by the receptionist, who is a rank 2 novice stage Transcendent, I can’t be rowdy anymore," he thought. "If I kill these two fellows here though, the reputation of the Metroline Hotel and Commerce will dwindle. But, I need to make sure I flee the moment I’m done. Else, the receptionist will kill me."
The moment he spoke, a large sword made of the principle of fire appeared in his hand.
His figure flickered. In a moment, he appeared before Kailen and Julian.
The flame sword came down on both of them.
Julian moved.
Kailen did not even have to act.
A large bell formed from the principle of darkness appeared in front of the large flame sword.
Under the gazes of several in the vicinity, the large flame sword clashed into the Tenebrous bell.
The large flame sword was snuffed out. The large bell of darkness spun forward and crushed into the figure of the fellow with dreadlocks before he could launch another attack.
He let out horrified screams. Under the gazes of several people, he turned into a husky corpse and fell on the ground.
By this time, the ladies he had come to the hotel with had already fled the scene.
The bell of darkness scattered into the void and disappeared.
Julian returned to Kailen’s side as if what he had just done was nothing worthwhile.

They were not small fry who could be bullied anyhow.
The receptionist, the man in the suit, smiled.
"Interesting. These two men are definitely not ordinary. Not only have we given them poor hospitality, they could be holding grudges against us now. I should treat them well and make it up to them. It’s not good to sow seeds of enmity with people of great potential."
After these words, he walked towards Julian and Kailen, who were about to leave.
"Esteemed Guests. Please, we have the finest suites reserved for you. Can you at least stay in our establishment for as long as you’d prefer?" the man said with a smile on his face.
Kailen and Julian understood the hidden meaning behind his words.
They had killed someone from the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce. The Stevenson Chamber of Commerce could target them both.
The man was trying to make up for the bad treatment they had suffered earlier, and also offer them protection for a while.
Kailen and Julian did not see the need to reject the offer.
The man’s reasoning was also on point. Whether they liked it or not, they had offended this Stevenson Chamber of Commerce. Allowing the Metroline Hotel and Commerce to accommodate them was the best idea for now.
"Of course sir," Kailen said.
The man beamed with a smile.
Kailen and Julian were led by him into the hotel.

It meant that the Metroline Hotel and Commerce held them in high opinion now.
Even if the Stevenson Chamber of Commerce wanted to cause trouble for them, it wouldn’t be possible, as long as they stayed under the radar.
The two powers were the overlords of District Z of BlackCastle City.
They were equally matched and could not afford to openly antagonise the other.
