Chapter 6: Chapter 6: A God without a world

‎[Title: God Without A World]

‎[Grade: Unique]

‎[Description: In the absence of a Base World, the user is unbound by the limitations of a singular domain. The user may freely intervene in any newborn planet detected by the World Radar during the World Opening Event—sowing the first microbe and establishing a biological origin claim over any world they choose, regardless of its assigned God.]

‎[Note: The host God will be notified of external intervention.]

About half a God hour ago, the interface had shone brightly before Roman. Having grown bored with the slow progress of World Volcan, he decided to explore the system further—and, unexpectedly, stumbled upon the Title functions.

Given the situation he faced and the world that had appeared on the World Radar, Roman couldn’t help but chuckle at the thought forming in his mind.

He focused his intent on the world governed by Volcano, observing the slow, deliberate process—how Volcano manipulated the lava heat zones to separate Si, orchestrating the entire creation of the first microbe.

Roman lacked any [Basic Knowledge of Life], yet witnessing the process of microbial creation enlightened him far beyond expectation.

"Let’s get it over with," Roman mused, narrowing his divine gaze upon the world named Volcan as he began searching for an extreme heat zone.

After a few minutes—equivalent to several hundred planetary years—he found one.

Just as Volcano had manipulated heat to separate Silicon just from molten compounds, Roman replicated the process. However, instead of silicon, he replaced the foundational element with Magnesium.

God-minutes slipped by in fleeting instants as Roman performed complex, compound alchemical reactions—breaking bonds, fragment by fragment, extracting Magnesium, isolating it, and forming an Mg-based primordial soup. He gradually introduced other elements into the mixture until, at last, a lone daughter microbe revealed itself to his divine sight.

"That was... exhausting," Roman muttered, mentally drained as beads of sweat rolled across his forehead.

The creation of life was peculiar—an intricate alchemical process sustained by divine will and intervention.

It was by no means easy.

Even without absorbing [Basic Knowledge of Life], he had to precisely time the use of his remaining 5 Karma points—manipulating planetary pressure to stabilize the primordial soup. That alone demanded immense mental endurance.

As Roman steadied his thoughts, a series of notifications appeared before him with a soft chime.

[Congratulations for your First Creation]

[Name your species!]

"Magnari."

[Confirm the name ’Magnari’ for your emergent species?]

[Note: This name cannot be changed. It will be etched into the very essence of the species. Consciously or unconsciously, they will revere it as their identity.]

"Confirm."

[The name ’Magnari’ has been recorded.]

[Good luck, lesser God, in your great endeavor.]

The notifications faded.

Roman focused his divine sight upon the planet once more.

His consciousness merged with the world itself. The rapid replication process slowed in perception—what was once explosive multiplication now appeared as deliberate, almost graceful movement.

When he withdrew his consciousness, the world seemed to spin faster, as if caught in accelerated time.

He focused again.

The Magnari microbes had multiplied into hundreds of thousands.

As replication surged forward, another notification surfaced.

[Karma Reward Notification!]

[First Biological Origin Claim established on a Foreign World.]

[Base Karma Reward: 2]

[Evaluation in progress...]

[Factor 1: Creation without assistance. Karma reward: Base ×2]

[Factor 2: Foreign world intervention. Karma reward: Base ×2]

[Factor 3: Unclassified species created—Magnari has been registered as a new biological classification in the Universal Bestiary. First of its kind. Bonus reward applied.]

[Karma Reward: 2]

[Final Karma Reward after evaluation: +10]

[Current Karma: 10]

"So... if I had retained my original 5 Karma points, it would’ve been 7 with the base reward... then doubled... and doubled again?" Roman calculated quietly, eyes fixed on the world. "Not bad for a starting reward."

He paused briefly.

"More importantly... I’ve figured out how Karma works."

His gaze sharpened.

"It seems every action I take grants situational Karma rewards instead of Faith Points. Normally, Godcraft runs on faith—grow your civilization, accumulate belief..."

He frowned slightly. frёewebnoѵēl.com

"But for me... it’s different. Why?"

The question lingered, but without an answer, he pushed it aside.

"Evolution is the end result of billions of replications, diversions... and an undeserved enigma."

A faint smile formed.

"The diversity born from it—that’s what makes a world beautiful."

For now, the planet was teeming with millions of microbes. Soon, they would converge into something greater.

Now, it was a race against time—guided by occasional divine nudges.

Roman opened the Universal Chat Interface, which was bustling with activity.

"All I see is diamond in my world. Can’t I just take it and sell it in the real world?" a random God typed.

Kyubbiii: Holy shit! Diamond?? Wish I had a planet like that. Anyways, you can get them as offerings from your species.

Axitro: So unfair! Here I am stuck with a world full of sulfuric acid. Creating life here feels like a joke.

Different threads flooded the interface. Roman scrolled through them with practiced ease until he found what he was looking for.

Volcano: Is there a chance of an Emergence of a new species even without the God creating it?

Tripido:Well it’s not a common phenomena..but there’s possiblity. Not that I had heard about anyone who particularly experienced it.

Volcano: I see...So it’s a possibility but rare? Can a lava world even support bacteria and protozoa?

Tripido: Rare is an understatement but yes it is possible.Anyway, look what I’ve got.

Tripido attached an image.

Roman opened it.

A group of fully formed organisms appeared—complex, structured life.

"Such a fast growth...Time acceleration is truly an overpowered ability for a God," Roman muttered, intrigued. "While everyone’s struggling with microbes, he’s already playing with tribes."

Nox: I envy you, brother. Mine just evolved into arthropods a minute ago.

Isolation: And I haven’t even started.Melting this ice world is draining all my faith points... tsk.

Roman absorbed every bit of information, taking mental notes while occasionally glancing at the world,Volcan.

As he kept observing the replication generation after generation.

The Magnari...

...had finally evolved into arthropods as well.
