Chapter 82: Chapter 82: The God Tier system

They would continue to repeat the process until Zach finally got the hang of it.

62%.

69%.

This was the highest he had reached with stabilization.

76%.

He was only going higher.

86%.

90%.

He was going to end it this time.

This was just the right amount of mana he needed for synchronization and to make the new talent.

100%.

[Stabilization Complete]

The system notified him.

[Talent Evolved - Mass Talent]

The Mass Talent was created using the addition process. The talents involved were the Space and Wind Talents.

This was the natural evolution of a combination of both talents.

"Good. That’s your third, I believe," Solomon said.

"We can proceed on to the next."

Crash.

Zach crashed.

He could barely stand anymore.

He was out for the count.

The next process would have to wait until he was conscious.

Solomon began to see the potential. He didn’t expect Zach to go that far in so little time.

It took much less time for Zach to regain consciousness this time.

He did, and Solomon continued teaching.

"You won’t be using the Mass Talent. We just created it for a fun exercise," Solomon said.

Zach was shocked.

"What about that exactly was fun?" he asked.

Solomon didn’t respond.

"Now you’ll be going through the God-Tier System, its entire interface. But first, what do you know of it? What do you know of the System?" Solomon asked.

He initially stammered, but eventually he spoke.

"Well, it’s believed to have been created by the gods. You know, the otherworldly beings that set up the barrier way back then."

He paused.

"And?" Solomon asked.

"I’m asking you if that’s all."

"No, of course not," Zach said. ƒгeewёbnovel.com

He thought his response was satisfactory. Solomon didn’t think so, so he would have to continue.

Solomon wasn’t used to Zach’s ignorance.

He was used to Roe’s inquisitive behavior.

Zach wasn’t like Roe. He didn’t spend the last eight years of his life getting informed and absorbing knowledge on all things mage-related.

"Well, the System can also obviously enable the user to level up. It’s actually supposedly one of the more down-to-earth abilities," Zach said.

He was padding his sentences.

Using a lot of rather unnecessary words, and Solomon could notice them.

"Okay, we don’t have time for this," Solomon said.

"Call forth the System."

Zach did as instructed. The System’s interface was now visible.

Visible only to him, though, as he was its wielder.

"But I’m guessing you can’t see it, right?" Zach asked.

Solomon just pressed his two hands together, then separated them.

A small wave of energy was felt.

"Well, now I can," he replied.

He used a spell to make everything present in the dimension visible.

He only saw a holographic version of the System. He couldn’t interact with it. That honor was reserved for the System wielder and them alone.

"Okay. Tell it to call up System Archives," Solomon said.

"Call up Archives," Zach repeated.

A document was opened.

"Now tell it to just read it out for you, except if you’re the kind to, you know, read," Solomon said.

"Please read," Zach said.

’I don’t think you need to say please,’ Solomon thought.

[God-Tier System]

The System consists of seven tiers of power. The Archives permit me to reveal only four of these tiers to you.

I will now proceed.

All tiers have limits.

Tier 1 Limit - All talents created must be birthed from two existing talents.

This applies the principle of the Addition and Subtraction Theorem.

This is the only tier available to the user right now.

You will maintain this tier until you reach the designated amount of reward points. Only then will you be permitted to ascend to the next tier.

With each tier unlocked, new limits and restrictions are introduced alongside special abilities now made accessible.

Tier 2 Limit - Talents can be made at random, but all mana is expended in the process.

They will no longer need to combine primary talents anymore.

That limitation is pretty much gone.

The talents will not exist at your whim, however. You would essentially be expending a lot of mana to create a talent, and then you won’t even know which ones would be worth it.

Tier 3 Limit - Talents created and spells involved can have a multiplying factor.

You will now be granted a multiplier on all attacks. Even weak talents can be buffed to pack even more of a punch. You’ll also be granted access to all primary talents.

Checking Archives.

Only one primary talent is currently available: the Wind Talent.

You have also contacted Magma, Space, and Ice Talents.

This tier would grant you access to all talents in existence. Flame, Time, Earth, to name a few.

Tier 4 Limit - No more physical restriction to the scope and scale of the talents, techniques, and skills.

Abilities that drain a lot of mana upon activation will no longer expend mana.

Mana reserves will also reach an all-time high alongside output.

Attack potency and attack range will max at planetary scale.

Tier 5 - Unauthorized.

Tier 6 - Unauthorized.

Tier 7 - Unauthorized.

The System went silent after this.

It had explained all it was asked.

"Wait. Were all those things I can do? I mean, I’ll be able to do all that after this training?" Zach asked.

He was now more hyped than ever.

He’d always been excited. He was especially excited when he knew he could just randomly create talents, but now, hearing all this, he was even more ecstatic.

’I kind of feel bad for Roe,’ he thought.

’All he’s got is some Energy Talent and a massive mana pool. I have all the talents in the world, or at least I will.’

"So how do we start?" Zach said.

"We’re actually not done learning."

"You’re only Tier 1. We are now going to ask it how you can, in fact, rise all the way up to Tier 4 and then some."

"The System has already said it’s a reward system. Now we just need to know how it works."

"So pull up ’Reward System’ on Archives."
