Chapter 278: Beam Is Brutal Than She Looks.

Warning This Chapter Contains Violence, If you are not prepared I’d advise you skip...

After explaining to Princess what the situation was, explaining that Malo was missing and that the parents had been starving the children, Princess spoke. She stood right in the center of the living room, her eyes flashing with a dangerous blue light as her breathing turned heavy and loud.

"I can’t believe you did not inform me first.." Princess said. Her voice was incredibly dark, dropping into a low rumble that made the entire room go completely still.

Faye who was busy feeding Charlie. She kept her eyes down on the small plastic spoon, scraping a bit of the warm baby food from the edges of the bowl and gently pressing it against the baby girl’s lips.

Faye paused. She already knew that it was going to be the first thing Princess was going to complain about. She held her breath for a second, her fingers tightening around the base of the bowl as she braced herself for the argument.

"I wanted to call you, but you called first.." Faye muttered, her voice soft as she kept her attention on the hungry baby in her lap.

"You didn’t call me first before you called your betas and... even Beam is here before me..." Princess pointed out, taking a sharp step forward...

"I did not call Peamah on the phone, I just mind-linked him because that was the only way to get backup... then I called Sasha to get food for the starving kids, and she happened to bring Haley and Beam... I swear you were the first person I was going to call If I had access my phone..." Faye explained. She finally lifted her head, looking straight into her girlfriend’s angry eyes, her heart hammering against her ribs as she tried to make her understand how fast everything had happened.

Princess was looking at Faye when she noticed dry stains around her head. The bright overhead light caught the dark, crusty crimson patches matting the hair near the back of Faye’s skull.

"What happened to your head?" Princess demanded. She froze right where she stood, her gaze locking onto the wound, her entire posture turning completely rigid.

"It’s not a big deal... it’s already healed." Faye said quickly, shrugging her shoulders as she slid another spoonful of food into Charlie’s mouth.

Princess didn’t accept her words. Having the issue that her girlfriend didn’t seem to reach out to her when she was in danger was already painful, but the thought of someone making her girlfriend bleed hurt even more. A wave of pure, suffocating alpha energy rolled off her body, making the air in the room feel incredibly thick and hard to breathe.

Princess looked at the beaten-up couple. Her eyes slid down to where Mr. and Mrs. Griffin were shivering on, their faces already purple and swollen from Peamah’s previous hits.

"Which one of them hit you?" Princess said calmly.

But that wasn’t calm at all. The quietness in her voice was the kind of silence that came right before a massive storm, a deep rumble vibrating in her chest.

"Babe, I’d already taken care of it. There’s no need to..." Faye tried to intervene, shaking her head as she shifted the baby on her lap.

"Which one of them hit you, Faye?" Princess repeated, her tone dropping even lower, completely cutting Faye off.

"Both of them." Faye immediately said.

It was pointless arguing. She knew that look on Princess’s face, and trying to hide the truth was only going to make things worse. She just continued feeding the girl, keeping her hands steady as the baby swallowed the food.

Princess was about to show them her wrath, her fingers curling into tight fists as she started to stride toward the kneeling parents, ready to tear them apart. But Beam stepped in and said that if she killed them, they wouldn’t find out where Malo was. Beam put a hand out, blocking Princess’s path with a cold, serious look on her face.

"Those two owe me both their hearts.." Princess said. She stopped moving, but her eyes never left the couple, her teeth bared in a silent snarl.

Peamah finally returned. He was with Jesse, and the boy looked so pale and thin.

Peamah said he found him locked inside an old, worn-out freezer. He guided the boy toward the couch, his large hand resting gently on the kid’s shoulder.

The Griffin kids rushed to their second big brother. Phillip and Mimi jumped up from the dining table, their chairs scraping loudly against the floor as they sprinted toward Jesse. They began to cry, throwing their small arms around his waist, and even Jesse was crying....

Mimi offered him her slice of pizza, telling him to eat. She held the warm food up toward his mouth with trembling fingers, her little face covered in worry.

Jesse said he was thirsty, and Eddie gave him water. The younger boy quickly poured a glass from the counter, handing it over so Jesse could gulp it down, his throat working rapidly as the cold liquid hit his stomach.

"What kind of parents are you..? Why would you treat your pups like this..?" Princess snarled at the Griffin parents. She turned her head toward them, her voice full of pure disgust as she watched the children huddling together for warmth.

She had only thought that Malo was working to earn money and support his parents, but she never knew the dark side of why he was so obsessed with money. The truth was finally crashing down around them, revealing the absolute nightmare her PA had been living in.

Malo had always come to school and the clubhouse with a smile on his face. He would walk through the doors, joke around, and handle all of Princess’s errands without a single complaint. He never once said what it was like living in that house. He never once complained that his parents were such awful people. He had hidden all of his suffering behind a cheerful mask just to protect his younger siblings.

"So what have you all been doing to get them to speak? Because all I see are bruises..." Princess demanded. She looked over at Faye and Peamah, crossing her arms as she waited for an answer.

"Torture... Peamah has been whacking the shit out of them, but they are still silent.." Faye said. She set the empty baby bowl down on the side table, letting out a heavy sigh as she patted Charlie’s back.

"Let me guess, you were busy punching them.... That is not torture but a warm-up... Beamer, make them talk." Princess said. She tilted her head toward the couch, her eyes locking onto Beam with a dark, knowing look.

"Which one of them knows his whereabouts?" Beam asked, stepping forward...

"The father. He is the one who took him..." Faye pointed. She raised her hand, her finger aiming directly at Mr. Griffin, who shivered under the collective stares of the were-wolves.

Beam went into the kitchen and grabbed a cleaver. The sharp metallic sound of the heavy knife being pulled from the block echoed clearly into the living room.

Then she stopped and looked at the kids. She paused near , the shining blade resting against her thigh as she looked at the huddle of siblings.

She told Haley and Sasha to take the kids upstairs to their room. Her voice was perfectly flat, leaving no room for argument.

Haley and Sasha quickly nodded, gathering the children up in their arms. Haley grabbed the baby from Faye, and they guided Eddie, Mimi, Phillip, Jesse and the rest up the staircase, their footsteps fading as they shut the bedroom door upstairs.

After the kids were out of sight, Beam dragged Mr. Griffin to the center table. She grabbed him by the leg, hauling him across like a sack of groceries and slamming him down against the wooden surface. ƒгeewebnovёl.com

He wanted to fight back, thinking he could, but Beam knocked him down. He tried to swing a weak fist at her, but she caught his arm effortlessly, pinning his chest flat against the table with a cold, brutal force.

Then she placed his hand on the table and used the cleaver to chop off five of his fingers. The heavy blade came down with a sickening, wet crunch, slicing straight through the bone in an instant.

"Ahhhhhhh!"

That was the scream that came out of his mouth. A loud, piercing shriek of pure agony rang out through the house, his body thrashing violently against the wood as blood splattered across the table.

"No!" Mrs. Griffin shouted, her hands covering her face as she watched the fingers roll across the surface.

Faye’s mouth fell open. That was not expected. Her breath caught in her throat, her eyes widening in absolute shock as she stared at the pool of red forming on the center table. She had expected a rough interrogation, but this was on a completely different level.

"That’s just the beginning. If you don’t confess, your other fingers are next." Beam said. She raised the bloody cleaver back up into the air, her face perfectly calm, not even a single drop of sweat on her forehead as she looked down at the screaming man.

"I swear, I swear, I don’t know where he is..." Mr. Griffin gasped out, his chest heaving as he clutched his bleeding wrist against his chest.

He didn’t get to finish talking before Beam chopped off the fingers on his other hand. The blade flashed under the living room light once more, a second wet crunch cutting his words off completely as the remaining fingers were severed.

"The next are your ears... I’d advise you to refresh your memory Mr Griffin..." Beam said, her voice dropping into a terrifyingly quiet whisper as she tilted the edge of the blade toward the side of his head.

"I don’t..."

Beam was about to chop toward his ear. She pulled her arm back, her muscles tightening as she aimed the sharp steel directly at his cartilage.

"Please stop! Stop hurting him... he will take you to where Malone is, just please stop hurting him..." Mrs. Griffin cried, begging for her husband. She threw herself forward, her forehead pressing against the floor as she sobbed uncontrollably, completely broken by the sight of the blood. frёeweɓηovel.coɱ

Beam retreated and dropped the knife. The heavy cleaver hit the table with a dull metallic clang, sliding into the crimson puddle as she stepped back and wiped her hands on a cloth.

Princess turned to Faye with a grin. A sharp, satisfied smile broke across her face, her eyes sparkling as she looked at her girlfriend’s stunned expression.

"See, babe, that is how you make people talk.... If you had called me first, we would have found MG by now..." Princess said, her tone completely casual, as if they had just finished a simple school assignment.

Faye’s mind was still stuck on what the fuck had just happened.

She couldn’t even force herself to blink, her eyes glued to the table. She knew Beam was violent, she had seen her beat the shit out of people, but she never imagined the girl was that brutally violent.

Faye found herself questioning just how cruel her Alpha Princess could be, and how terrifying her maniac of a sidekick really was.
