Chapter 439: Chapter 438: Wifey is Beautiful
The first view that greeted me was a pair of large rabbits. It is a top-contender in regards to the figures I have seen throughout my life. The familiar sensation behind my head pointed out who it was.
"You are awake..?"
"Mhm..."
Kiana’s fingers, which had just brushed my bangs upward, poked at my cheeks. Its slight warmth coupled with her playful nature made me feel ticklish. I couldn’t resist holding her right hand with mine. In turn, she nimbly adjusted her fingers and interlocked them with my hand.
"What happened?" I asked.
"A lot..."
Kiana acted slightly unusual now. She is usually clingy. When there are serious events, however, she becomes super clingy.
Just like now.
She described everything that happened while I was gone—my future projection showing up, the ’Sea of Suffering’ he unleashed, and his disappearance.
"Are you alright? What about the others?"
"I’m fine. I am uber strong, remember?" Kiana paused before continuing, "As for the others, there are some who are troubled by it."
"You mean... Heart Demons?"
"Hm."
Instinctively, I checked on my Tao Heart. It is intangible, but it exists within me. One thought is all it takes to see its current status.
World Rendering Sword...
I reached the eighth-level. Faint traces of All Creation lingered around it. I sensed my control over my Dao reached an unprecedented level. Similarly, the authority I smooched off of Remembrance reverted to its peak, which is eighty percent.
What about the others?
I tried to stand up, only for Kiana to pull me down. Both her hands are placed on my shoulders, forcing me back to her lap.
"Nope. Don’t force yourself to stand up right now."
"...Alright."
She wanted me to stay... so I stayed. Despite looking unharmed, she was shaken up by that Sea of Suffering.
Her bodily fragrance wafted to my nose. It is a mix of vanilla and lavender. The succulent thighs supporting my head felt more comfortable than the mattress made out of peak seventh-grade materials.
The silence between us continued for a while. She interlocked her fingers with mine once again. Her left hand brushed my jaw before resting on my cheek. Her huge breasts hid her face from my angle, but I could feel the slight trembling of her fingers.
"I... I don’t want to lose you."
My heart momentarily stopped beating. My mind froze. Words got stuck in my throat. The vulnerability within Kiana’s voice made my body go weak.
"I... That stinky old man can live with mama later. But me..." Her voice trembled, stopping momentarily. "I can’t live without you."
I don’t want to see her like this.
I tightened my grip over her hand. I exhaled deeply before letting out a smile. My left hand touched the back of her other hand.
"That future won’t come. I promise."
A stifling sensation appeared on my chest, followed by a heavy resolve.
I promised Kiana to live until the end... if there is even one.
Her slightly cold fingers thawed, regaining their warmth. Her tense body relaxed as her breathing turned even.
"Mhm..."
To my surprise, Kiana gently lowered my head to a pillow. Then she proceeded to lie down to my right. The white-orange jacket she wore is identical to her outfit from when I first met her. Her mature looks contrasted my memories of her. Her chest swayed slightly. The zipper of her jacket struggled to hold onto them. The short skirt Kiana wore revealed a portion of her thick thighs. Thin black stockings wrapped around her legs. Her ponytail gave her an air of maturity that wasn’t present before.
For a moment, my breath hitched.
"How does it look?"
She asked with a teasing look. Her fingertips circled around my chest. The slightly ticklish sensation penetrated the fabric of my white shirt. It took a while to snap out of my daze.
"My Paramecium is uber cute."
"P-paramecium?!"
Seeing her flustered look, I felt satisfied. Since Kiana used the past as her weapon, I shall use it too.
"I don’t mind you using me as your body pillow."
"...That was an accident!"
Left without any rebuttal, she buried her face deep in my chest. Kiana proceeded to use me as her body pillow, wrapping her right leg around my waist.
"You can ask Sirin. She’s the one who caused it..."
We talked about this many times, but it is still funny to see Kiana flustered whenever I bring it up. Sirin tormented her mentally during those times. Kiana instinctively sought a safe place, which was how she ended up sleepwalking several times to my side. She wanted to be with someone she can trust, and that happened to be me.
We continued reliving our past memories. There are times when she ate so many chicken wings in one sitting, only to be surpassed by me later on. There was also the time she broke an entire basketball goal just to try out her progress. Another time was when we played a game of tag inside a gym. A bad idea, yes, but it allowed me to leech off on this Tuna.
"Leech off..."
"That term suits you more now."
Kiana let out a pout right after hearing my comment. She did not deny it because that is truly the case. I couldn’t count how many times she sucked me dry.
"Do my braids." She suddenly said.
"Like the old days?"
"Mhm..."
She sat with her back facing me. I gently removed the small silver crown holding her ponytail together. Her long, silky white hair fell freely to her waist. When I didn’t make a move for some time, she turned around and faced me.
I couldn’t help but blank out.
Kiana is very beautiful.
"Something’s wrong?"
Her innocent head tilt dealt another critical damage. My heart couldn’t stop fluttering.
My wife is so freaking beautiful...
"N-nothing."
"Hm..?"
She widened her eyes as she looked at me inquisitively. Then a smile broke out of her face.
"Am I uber cute?"
"Yes..."
Kiana nodded with satisfaction. The bits of giddy laughter she let out filled my chest with this cloying sweetness.
Not that I am against it.
These sweet moments fed my resolve.
I will write an ending that will make her smile.
