Edie didn’t know when she fell asleep. When she woke up, it was seven o’clock.

She could not hear that familiar sound at the entrance of the stairs. Standing at the door of the kitchen, she couldn’t see that familiar figure.

Though she knew it, she couldn’t help herself from panic.

She crouched at the corner and held herself in her arms tightly. She burst into tears.

"Stuart...Stuart...Stuart"

She kept calling his name over and over again. But he could not come to her immediately now.

There were more guards outside the room. Food was served when it was time for dinner. But the man serving the food never talked to Edie. After providing the food for Edie, he walked away immediately.

No one was allowed to stay in the room for more than five minutes. It seemed that they were all on the alert of Ghost.

At night, the man brought some food to Edie again.

Hearing these words, Edie held the food containers tightly and nodded firmly, "Thank you very much. I promise I would come to save you."
