Chapter 560: Chapter 560: Don’t Forget Me If I Die

He called William to check if he found the truth.

"How’s it going?"

He asked directly.

"I’ve found a suspicious car. I have asked my men to investigate San Francisco. We would find the man’s partner and something of that man."

"Kill Joanna first. This is the most important at the moment."

"Joanna? A little difficult. This is just a start. There must be more."

"What do you mean?"

"I’ve sent you the link. I’ve had my man delete the post. But they would publish again. You’ll understand after reading it."

Stuart hung up and opened the link. It was nine pictures posted by a famous blogger.

In the pictures, Aaron held Edie’s hands and walked out of the hospital.

William deleted it. The PR department was dealing with it.

But these pictures would be exposed at the end.

Stuart frowned.

Such kind of news kept popping out. It was impossible for him to delete all.

He also realized the seriousness. Someone was planning it. The man behind this knew both him and Edie. He knew how to hurt them, heavier and heavier.

William called, "we’ve found him. He’s someone in your group. We still need time to find more. I think he didn’t believe you’ve lost your memory. He’s testing you. You should hold on at this point. Or....you would lose the game."

"Stuart, even if you didn’t care about the game, you should know Edie might die if you lose. Think about it."

William sounded serious. He’s also realized the complexity of the situation.

Stuart fell into dead silence after hearing these words. He turned towards Edie, fixing his eyes on the girl he loved.

It didn’t matter whether he won or lost the game. But he should ensure Edie’s safety. He couldn’t throw Edie in danger.

Stuart closed his eyes and said, "William, take care of Edie. I can give you everything you want.

William laughed out, "I also want to see the man behind this."

"We should follow his order and ensure Edie’s safety."

"Are you really going to do this? Satisfy others? "William sounded hesitant.

Stuart looked at Edie’s skin, inch by inch.

"What about Stuart? Did he tell you anything?"

"What could he tell me? "Aaron shrugged his shoulder and approached Edie suddenly, "you told me something while sleeping."

"Impossible."

She covered her mouth and widened eyes, staring at Aaron.

"You look so cute at the moment. I am just joking. You can live here from now on. Scarlet was in the kitchen. She’s cooking for you."

"Live here? Are you kidding me? If those reporters know, you’ll be in trouble." Edie got up. Aaron passed him a pad, "Look."

It was a tweeter.

Nine pictures.

Aaron and Edie looked like an intimate couple in the pictures.

"It has been transferred for ten thousand in ten minutes. A number of comments. Now, they think you’ve seduced a married man, your uncle, and your husband’s secretary." Aaron shrugged his shoulder randomly.

Edie wanted to read the comments, but Aaron took the pad away immediately, "don’t. You need to be in a good mood."

He looked tired, though, he was still handsome and attractive.

"Edie, I decided to hold a news conference tonight to explain everything. I spared no effort to get this position just to protect you and control my marriage. But.. now. I fail to keep my word. But I would protect you. I am willing to do anything as long as you are happy. Edie, I don’t want to see you again. I wish I was still the man you know before. Goodbye, my dearest."

The video was too short. Donald kept smiling. His smile looked like pretty sunlight.

Edie burst into tears.

Aaron walked to her and padded his shoulder, "Cry on my shoulder if you want."

Edie’s tears kept falling down.

She cried out like a baby.

Scarlet heard the crying. She wanted to say something, but finally, she kept silent.
