Chapter 198: Chapter 198: We Got Married In Secret

She had so much hatred towards this woman. She felt a flare of anger within her and wanted to go over and slap Eddie across the face. She waited so long for Stuart, and now he was with her. How could she even think about giving up on him?

They drank, and Eddie said to Anna, "I am going to prepare you some fruit."

Servants did these things, and today, Eddie personally wanted to show Anna that she was the hostess of the family. Anna’s face turned red because she was so furious. She hid her emotions, but inside she felt like she was going to blow out.

Anna hated how important Eddie was to him. With one last hope, she asked, "If it is her and she decides to come back and...if she still loves you, then will you divorce Eddie?"

"Never," Stuart never thought of it in that way, and he was determined.

"I am married now, and I will never let her go," Stuart’s words made Anna shiver, and she felt as though her heart was broken into tiny little pieces. Her face froze, and she felt numb with shock. Then, she picked up the soda on the table and raised her head to take a sip to cover up her indiscretion.

Eddie did not ask any questions; she put down the fruit plate and sat down beside Stuart. Stuart reached out and carefully grabbed her thin waist and gently pulled her into his arms. There was no reason for him to hide his feelings for Eddie.

Anna’s eyes became dark, smoldering with unmasked anger. Stuart acted like he didn’t see it and asked, "What have you done in the city since your arrival?"

Anna reluctantly smiled, "After I found the photos, I wanted to go back to the country to confirm that we are still a business. Then my dad gave the business to me."

Stuart nodded, "You haven’t come back for many years, so you should have a tour of the city. I will arrange for Ivan to give you a tour."
