Chapter 1091: Chapter 1091: It’s That Group Ambushing Us

"Screech—Bang—!" A car jolted out and crashed into a moving vehicle.

Aurelia Shaw was startled awake by the sudden braking; she had a psychological shadow over car disruptions.

Her cold, serene eyes snapped open, and Aurelia looked outside.

In the desert, a dozen cars emerged from nowhere, kicking up dust as they charged forward. The people in the cars brandished guns, firing intensely, as bullets whizzed past her ears.

Aurelia: "What’s happening?"

Rocco Cooper: "Sis, we’re under ambush! It’s probably the group trying to capture Mason. Damn! I didn’t go looking for them; they’ve delivered themselves here."

"Sis, stay in the car; don’t go out." Rocco said this and then rushed out.

Aurelia glanced outside.

Chaos had already erupted outside.

The glass in front of Aurelia suddenly shattered, a bullet grazing her neck.

Aurelia raised her hand, touched her stinging neck, fingertip stained with a drop of red blood. Her cold, serene eyes lifted, looking at the crowd outside.

Are they the ones who captured Mason?

"Sis, are you okay?" the driver asked Aurelia.

Although Rocco had rushed out, he didn’t dare leave Aurelia alone here and left someone to watch over her.

Aurelia glanced at the driver’s waist, her fair hand reaching out, "Gun."

The driver hesitated, "Sis, in this situation, you should stay in the car; Rocco and the others can handle it."

Aurelia insisted, "Gun."

The driver hesitated briefly, thinking it would be good for Sis to have a gun for self-defense. He then took out his handgun and handed it to Aurelia.

The driver was startled, "Sis!"

Rocco was busy dealing with what’s in front of him when he heard a faint sound. He glanced toward the car and saw Aurelia’s figure flash by.

The intense sound of bullets forced Rocco to retreat again and look towards the direction Aurelia ran.

Sis was personally trained by Mason; although she lacked real combat experience, she wasn’t inferior to him and shouldn’t get into trouble.

Then Rocco thought: If something really happens, Mason would kill him! This situation was frustrating.

Aurelia hid behind the broken wall. There were several abandoned houses here, and perhaps these people had found an escape route. Several waves couldn’t withstand the gunfire and retreated inside.

Aurelia listened to the approaching footsteps and voices.

"Damn! We were supposed to ambush them, but now we’re in such a pathetic state!"

"These guys are so fierce, even without Mason Nightshade. I wonder how Lin and the others are doing?"

The strong body fell to the ground, the man’s eyes widened in shock, blood gushed out of his neck.
