Aurelia Shaw looked at Mason Nightshade. She had wanted to ask this question a long time ago, but back then, hatred stood between them, overshadowed by distance and animosity.

She walked over and flicked Mason’s forehead, "Get up and eat."

Before Aurelia could react, Mason suddenly pulled her onto the bed. His tall figure loomed over her, his arms propped on either side of her. In a deep, enticing voice, he whispered, "You sleep a little longer. I’ll make it for you."
How could he bear to tire his woman?
Aurelia chuckled softly, raising an eyebrow as she smiled at Mason, "What are you thinking! Who said I was going to cook?"
"Then who’s going to cook?" Mason frowned and asked.
Aurelia stretched out her arm, picked up the phone from the cabinet, and smirked, "I’ll call for delivery."
"..." Mason’s face darkened.
Aurelia couldn’t help but want to laugh.
Mason snatched the phone from Aurelia’s hand, sulking as he tossed it aside, "Why call for delivery! There’s plenty in the fridge. I’ll cook for you. Don’t you know outside food is unsafe?"
Aurelia’s grin grew even more pronounced. The wolf she had raised sure was quick to temper.
Of course, Aurelia couldn’t really let Mason cook breakfast. He was still injured. She prepared a full table of food. After eating M Nation food for several days, Mason’s appetite had grown.
When Aurelia finished washing up, her phone rang. She said to Mason, "Answer it for me."
Mason glanced at it, sneered dismissively, and, with a long finger, answered the call, holding it to Aurelia’s ear. His tall frame behind her made Aurelia appear especially petite and delicate.
