When Linhart walked out of Mentor Hour, the whole squad went with him. Some silent agreement had passed between the members that despite their differences, they were unified in accompanying him to the Midday Meal.
As they settled around a table at Fighter’s Green, Linhart looked at each of the members, gauging their feelings and roles in the group. They were such a mixed bag, it would be so much easier if he gave them all ID bracers.
Quiet Blythe, talkative Ayame, angry Chloe, gentle Drussus, and even sweet little Zoey were there. She had run out of the squad infirmary to join them at the last minute. She looked as lovely as ever, even with her nose all bandaged up. She gave an embarrassed smile and approached Blythe first thing.
“I’m sorry I tried to interfere with a fair fight, I tend to lose my brain when someone is hurting my sister,” she said innocently, “No hard feelings?”
Blythe grunted a forgiving response, saying, “Forget it. The fight's over.”
Saya and Nyx were the only ones not joining them, still suffering from extensive injuries, they would need more time resting. Those were the two that Linhart was most apprehensive about. Saya was overly aggressive and he didn’t know what to think about Nyx. The tight muscles on her diminutive form with a gorgeous butt. She looked like a wildcard to him.
For now, Linhart decided to play the part of facilitator in bringing the squad closer together.
“Since we’re all on the same side for the next two weeks, we should all train together. Who is in ‘Grappling / Wrestling 101’ at 3:00pm?”
“I am,” said Ayame with a mysterious smile, “And Saya is as well. It looks like we share lots of courses with you.”
“How about you, Drussus?” Linhart moved on quickly, ignoring the intense look Ayame was giving him from across the table. “What Fighter courses do you have in the afternoon?”
“Umm…” he said quietly. He’d been way too quiet since the brawl at Mentor Hour. “I’m taking Armor Usage, Light Weapons, and Boys’ Self Defense. I’m not taking Grappling this year.”
“Zoey and I are in Light Weapons,” Chloe piped in. She was looking at Drussus’ solid body like he was a piece of meat. “Let’s do some squad training there, just the three of us.”
“Eep…” Drussus’ eyes went as wide as saucers.
“Uh Chloe,” Linhart interrupted, trying to pull her attention from the timid boy. “I have something special for you and Zoey. When can I meet you later on?” He gestured to the rest of the girls at the table, and gave her a wink, meaning he wanted to meet with them when the others weren’t around. He hoped she interpreted it correctly.
She looked confused, then she smiled slyly and winked back at him. “How about we eat our End of Day Meal together and we can talk then?” Why did she announce it for everyone to hear? Why was she winking back at him? It occurred to Linhart that Chloe wasn’t the smartest girl, but he was going to make her his girl.
He reminded himself that everyone at the table were still mentally Freshmen on their first day at the Academy. These girls were acting somewhat like horny teenagers just starting out in life. As the most experienced Fighter here, it was up to him to lead them.
He put on his most charming smile and continued to plant the seeds of friendship.
Some Junior Fighters came to their table halfway through the meal to hassle the ‘new blood’. The squad bowed, humbled themselves, and spoke formal introductions, showing the utmost respect to the older girls. It was only when the Junior girls demanded that Linhart come to sit with them, that the squad fought back.
“Linhart’s our squad leader,” Blythe spoke directly, “We need him here.”
“You’ll have to fight us for him,” Ayame chimed in, “And we are fresh off a squad victory at Mentor Hour.”
Linhart felt honored, and he backed up the squad, politely asking the Junior girls if he could join them another day. The juniors agreed reluctantly and moved back to their table laughing amongst themselves.
Everyone was getting along so well, when Linhart noticed a familiar face weaving between the tables, looking disoriented.
“Drystan!” he called loudly enough that his friend’s head swung around in their direction, “Drystan, we’re over here. Come join us!”
The boy hesitated, stepping sideways like he was low on energy. Linhart ran to grab his arm and led him back to the group. The response among the female squad members sent a jolt of jealousy through Linhart. It must have been his appearance. There was something almost sensual about him. Drystan’s vest was missing. His uniform was rumpled and dirty, as if he’d run a mile in it.
Luckily, none of the girls who were pulling freshman around the Green got to him first, and soon Drystan was sitting safely between Linhart and Blythe.
“Where the hell did you disappear to, this morning?” Linhart exclaimed, placing a plateful of spiced meat and bread in front of his exhausted friend.
He looked with disinterest at the food in front of him.
“When I left you with those girls, I ran to get help from the Stratega.” he said slowly, as if speaking from a dream, “I thought she’d come to help you, but she just told me that you’re probably enjoying yourself with them, and then she said she’d show me what to do if a woman ever attacked me…”
Linhart knew where this was going. Xenia hadn’t changed at all. Several girls around the table leaned in, not only to better hear his story, but to get a better look at this newcomer to the table. Did all girls think he was handsome?
“She said it was training on how to keep girls from getting in my pants, but her advice never worked. She kept finding other ways that girls would use…”
“...And what did she do when your pants were down?” Ayame inquired excitedly.
“No, we’re not having this conversation here!” Linhart asserted. He slapped Ayame on the head, which she seemed to enjoy a bit too much.
“Drystan, why don’t we go change for our next course? We can track down Serapha and talk with her about this.”
“Serapha? Are you and her okay, after what happened this morning?”
Linhart placed his hand on Drystan’s shoulder and led him in the direction of Fighter’s Hall, leaving the rest of the squad to finish their Midday Meal. “Stan, you and I have a lot to talk about. Yes, Sera and I are fine. In fact. We‘re better than ever.”

But he was wrong. Things weren't the same with Serapha. freewebnσvel.cѳm
When the boys arrived at Armor Usage, she was waiting there with a expectant look on her face. “Oh Linhart, I’m sorry for what happened earlier today!” she cried.
Her voice was filled with shame, but she quickly dashed in to give him a hug and her body told a different story. Her hands ran roughly over his exercise clothes as she pulled him tightly to her. Linhart, surprised by her new boldness, lightly returned her embrace, while his head filled with the smell of her hair.
Was she still under the effects of the Honey Jar spell he'd used on her that morning? It should have worn off by now.
Her hand paused as it reached the waistband of his white exercise shorts. "You look so good in your exercise wear. But I wonder..." Both her hands plunged downward, running under his clothing until she held his butt firmly with both hands. "What do you look like underneath those shorts?" She squeezed him hard enough that he could feel her fingernails digging into him.
Linhart was confused, but he was feeling just as horny as she was. Especially when she was looking so hot in her white shorts and bikini top. He surrendered to her touch and began to kiss her softly, nipping at her ear.
“Don’t... We can't do this here.” he whispered, gently stroking her silky hair and running his hand down her slender back. “Later on, when we're alone together, I'll do anything you want.”
It’s true, holding her in his arms, it felt like she had moved from being his over-protective friend to something more, like a girlfriend? His dick was throbbing wildly, trying to free itself from his shorts, and he was sure that Serapha could feel it moving against her stomach. Her own arms slid forcefully around in his shorts until her fingers closed around his cock. She was losing control, and so was he, listening to the sharp intake of breath, feeling the horny sensations flood her mind.
“Ugh, watching you two is making me feel sick…” Drystan complained, “I don’t care if you two start dating or whatever, but can you please listen to my problem first?”
Linhart sighed and pulled away from her softness, Serapha's hands left him fully erect and frustrated. After that he was forced to endure a retelling of Drystan’s sexual experiences with Xenia that afternoon, in even more detail this time. This afternoon was going to take forever.
Armor usage was the same boring information as before. Drussus, Cole, and Raxar had all joined them for the tour of the armory. Linhart wondered if boys would have more armor options in this timeline than the previous.
They didn’t.
As they moved around freely, he noticed Ayame was hanging around, always nearby. She had changed into her exercise clothes, and her tight little body looked so good. Even though Serapha was right there with him, Linhart couldn’t help but look lustfully at Ayame from time to time. What was wrong with him lately? It felt like being with one beautiful girl at a time wasn't enough for him anymore!
Ayame saw his looks, and started blatantly trying to attract his attention. Her fingers lifting the hem of her skirt by accident. The blue top sliding down so her nipples were peeking out. Serapha insisted on holding his hand as they walked through the armory, and it didn’t take long for her to pick up on what was going on.
“Lin, why does that girl keep flashing her ass at you? Do you know her?”
“Hmm?” Linhart paused, before saying innocently, “Oh, that’s Ayame. She’s in my squad of 8 for Venus’ Century. Don’t be jealous, but I told her that we could train together in Grappling 101.”
An angry sound rose up from her throat, and she gripped his hand tighter. But all she said was, “I don’t like you teaming up with girls like that. She looks like she wants to hurt you.”
Linhart looked over at Serapha and saw the anger set to her cute little jaw. She was adorable, but he had to stop her from lashing out at Ayame and Saya this time around. He would prevent it from happening at all costs.
“Don’t worry, Sera.” he replied in a low voice that only she could hear. “I may train with lots of other girls, but you’ll always be my favorite Fighter.”

Grappling / Wrestling 101 went differently than he expected it. He saw a lot of girls he’d been meaning to catch up with. Maeve was acting as senior instructor, while Poppy and her friends were warming up near enough that he could hear their every lewd comment.
He decided not to participate in the Queen of the Ring, opting instead to watch it with Serapha and the other Freshman boys. With no freshmen in the Ring this time, would the results be different?
He watched with interest as Poppy and Pixie worked together. They followed along with Sunny and Lolli, teaming up to eliminate the junior boys. Quan and the two others were still very powerful, but this time they were outnumbered. Quan tried as fast as he could to take out both Sunny and Lolli.
“See right there,” Linhart said excitedly, “He’s using his fingers to cast some kind of spell on the girl he’s fighting… I wonder if it’s a charm, or a stun?”
“Well, I think it’s impressive seeing a boy take down even one girl, let alone two… Is he able to cast two spells at once using both his hands?”
It was hard to see from this angle, but it looked like Quan had his hand in both girls’ pussies and they were both unable to fight back. “I think you’re right. He may be double-casting.”
“Oh well, it looks like the other girls are making short work of the other boys,” I guess they never really had a chance.” frёewebnoѵel.ƈo๓
Linhart looked over at Serapha, something in his expression made her gulp. “And what is that supposed to mean?” he asked coldly.
“I just meant that since girls are better than boys… that the chance of a boy winning…. I mean, it’s called ‘Queen’ of the Ring for a reason!”
“Hmm… so that’s how you feel, is it?” Linhart didn’t know why, but suddenly Serapha was really pissing him off. “I’m going for a walk, let me know after which girl wins.”
“C’mon Linhart, don’t be like that!” Serapha protested, grabbing his arm. She was looking up at him with a cute apologetic frown on her face, but he shook her off and walked out of the Circled Square.
He was just outside the Ring Hill when the girl caught up with him.
