Chapter 1193: Chapter 818: The Great Battle Begins (Part 3)
"Hmph! A bunch of worthless dimwits! Get lost, you fools!"
Grey Fang’s distinctive booming voice exploded over the chaotic battlefield.
He had been riding the Winged Dragon across the sky, effortlessly sweeping away the swarms of inferior demons flying in the air.
Some of the flying and fast enough strong demons couldn’t withstand a few moves from him before turning into corpses, becoming the rare Experience he didn’t much need.
The battle in the sky didn’t limit his performance, instead, it was somewhat an underuse of his abilities.
Seizing the moment.
He leapt down from the Winged Dragon’s back, accurately landing at a breached spot on the city wall.
In mid-air, his arms bulged with veins, muscles taut like steel, as a pair of Refined Gold short spears, shimmering with wind and thunder halo, whistled out of his hands.
Thud! Thud!
The two short spears turned into two streams of destructive light, one penetrating the burning eye of the leading Purgatory Minotaur commander, blowing its skull off instantly.
The other exploded, turning into countless thunderstorm orbs filled with sharp Wind Blades, blasting the nearby crowd of demons into gore.
This shocking strike instantly halted the momentum of the demons at the breach.
"Grey Fang, you brute! Don’t collapse another section of the wall!"
Karen’s gruff roar, filled with a friendly disdain, came from not far away.
Her massive Bear-man form blocked another section, her gigantic bear paws imbued with Frenzied divine energy, each swing akin to a siege Giant Hammer.
One hit devastated an area, and with holy power no less.
She was simply their nemesis.
One Abyssal Rage Demon covered in bone spikes was caught by her lower limbs, swung violently as a Wolf Fang Club against a battering ram.
Flesh and shattered Metal spattered everywhere!
Another succubus Assassin attempting an ambush was flung away by her powerful tail, crashing and creating cracks on the city wall.
Though she transformed into a giant bear, it didn’t mean all her parts were like a bear’s.
"Hehe, it’s been a long time since I felt like this!"
Grey Fang grinned, revealing a mouthful of shining large teeth, casually pulling out two spare short spears from behind his waist.
Since the Mouse Plague passed, the world had returned to peace.
The only thing requiring Grey Fang’s participation was the Void Vanguard Army in various places.
The problem is that currently, the number of invading Vanguard Armies is limited, and their Levels aren’t high, he couldn’t possibly snatch Experience.
The advance on the Tariel Continent didn’t need him either, leaving the Legendary idle for long was a waste.
Now, at last, there was a place where he could vent heartily.
If you could team up with Raelia and do so for ten years, could you expect them not to be battle maniacs?
Annabelle, like a specter, darted through the shadows of the city wall.
Her figure flickered in and out, as her two slender snake-like daggers traced cold trajectories.
Her use of Shadow power was already at an ingenious level, thriving in this chaotic Abyssal region.
The Abyss environment wouldn’t weaken her power; rather, it would make her stronger.
An Abyssal sorcerer attempting to cast a wide-ranging Corruption curse felt a chill at his neck, and his head rolled off.
Another tall and burly Purgatory Commander barely sensed the impending killing intent from the side, only for the fel energy core hanging at his waist to be precisely severed, causing the uncontrolled energy to be inexplicably guided back, devouring itself in an instant.
It left him with a Severe Injury immediately, and subsequently, a dagger took his Life in the time he couldn’t even react.
He never realized who ended his life even until his death.
However, within the demons, there were equally terrifying Legendary beings.
The targeted weak Legendaries were meaningless.
