Ye Chutang turned her head to see Xu Rongqing rushing over with a nervous look.
Ye Chutang pulled back on the reins and asked, "Mr. Xu, is there something you need?"
Xu Rongqing’s brows furrowed. "Y-You’re going to search for them yourself?"
He had just heard the servants say that the Eldest Princess had given her own horse to Ye Chutang. ’This is bad,’ he thought, and immediately rushed over.
Ye Chutang nodded. "Yes."

Seeing her, Xu Rongqing offered a polite greeting. "Greetings, Princess Qingyang."
Princess Qingyang snorted and said loudly, "With me by her side, there’s nowhere Chutang can’t go. Xu Rongqing, you underestimate people."

Before he could finish, Ye Chutang had already put a foot in the stirrup, grabbed the reins, and swung herself onto the horse’s back with clean, fluid grace.
