Gu Jiaojiao ignored her.
Li Hongmei continued.
"Back then, you deliberately flirted with Leng Yuan just to make Yun Hao understand your feelings. You even drugged Leng Yuan! It was all for Yun Hao. I don’t believe you don’t really like him."
Gu Jiaojiao hadn’t wanted to deal with Li Hongmei, but the woman’s mouth was just too foul. She spun around and marched toward her.
Li Hongmei was startled and couldn’t help but take two steps back.

Gu Jiaojiao rolled up her sleeves.
"Li Hongmei, I think your head isn’t on straight. I’m going to send you to the river right now to give that brain of yours a good wash."
Li Hongmei grew frightened. Gu Jiaojiao’s temper had become something else since she got together with Leng Yuan. She’d gotten fierce, too. She had previously beaten Chen Shulan’s face until it was swollen like a pig’s head and even gave her a couple of vicious kicks.
She had been standing on the sidelines watching at the time. She had no idea when Gu Jiaojiao had become such a shrew, but it didn’t stop her from recognizing that she was no match for Gu Jiaojiao at all.
The river water was already cold in winter. If Gu Jiaojiao really threw her in, she might just lose her life right here.
Watching Gu Jiaojiao striding toward her, Li Hongmei swallowed nervously.
"Gu Jiaojiao, d-don’t be rash! Killing someone is against the law!"
