Just as Long Fei predicted, when the young man approached the carriage, he suddenly leapt up like an agile monkey and snatched away the princess sitting on top.
When he landed, he charged through the crowd like an elephant, forcibly creating a path across the square.
The men in the square were in an uproar, and the guards shouted angrily while wielding their long spears, "Capture them."
A group of guards broke through the crowd and chased after the young man and woman.

Long Fei said, "A gentleman delights in bringing beauty to others, of course we’ll help this star-crossed pair."
At the seaside outside the Divine City, the guards chased the couple here and forced them onto a cliff.
The guard leader shouted at the woman, "Her Royal Highness The Princess, you must not make another mistake. There will be no future with this poor boy, you should return with us quickly and accept the king’s arrangement!"
The woman defiantly shouted, "Enough, I am not a puppet of the gods, I won’t let you control me. Even if we die here today, we won’t return with you."
"Then let’s kill this offender first!"
The guard captain stared at the young man beside the princess and issued orders to the guards behind him.
All the guards raised their long spears, with a sizzle and flashes of golden light, suddenly unleashing a bolt of thunder and lightning, gathering into a great golden long spear, and fiercely thrusting it towards the man beside the princess.
The man raised a metallic object quickly, and a golden shield of light suddenly appeared in front.
The lightning crackled and struck the light shield, causing him to tremble all over, but didn’t deal much harm.
The guard captain furrowed his brows and loudly cursed, "Damned dwarf, they made you such an excellent light shield."
He took a longbow from his body, stared at the man and snorted coldly, "Let’s see whose is better, my elf arrows or your dwarf light shield."
The princess anxiously reached out to block in front of the man, "Enough, if you’re going to kill, then kill me too!"
The guard captain sneered, pulled the bow sharply and released the arrow, completely ignoring the princess’ roar.
His arrow was swift, flying straight towards the princess, but at the last moment it suddenly shifted direction, veering past the princess’ side, directly aiming at the man’s temple.
The man reacted quickly, embracing the princess and abruptly raising the light shield.
With a rumble, the arrow shafts collided with the light shield, the tremendous force sent both the man and the princess flying.
They drifted towards the cliff like paper, casting a glance and sharing a smile in the air.
Below the thousand-foot cliff, the ocean waves surged, continuously crashing against the coastal rocks with a rumbling roar.
The pair hugged each other as they plummeted down, and a group of guards hurried over.
Below the cliff, there was no trace of the two.
The guard captain looked down with a cold expression, declaring, "Report to the king that the thief forcibly abducted the princess and jumped off the cliff, perished together."
"Yes!"
A group of guards shouted in unison, raised their weapons and left with the guard captain.
Dusk descended, more townsmen came searching for the princess’ figure from above the cliff.
Some even tied long ropes and went down, only to find nothing.
Word spread that the princess and the thief were washed away by the ocean waters, likely already buried in a fish’s belly.
This sea area is a gathering place for sharks.
Not far from the cliff, a bonfire was lit on the beach, roasting fish over it.
Princess Helis shamefully ate an entire fish, relieving much of her stomach’s hunger.
Long Fei and Lin Yingying sat opposite her, the firelight further accentuating the princess’ charming face.
The man beside her also devoured his meal voraciously, wiped his mouth, and knelt down on one knee to Long Fei, folded his arms across his chest, offering a grand gesture, "Thank you for your help, I, Paris, owe you a life. If I get the chance, I will return the favor."
Princess Helis also rose, clasped her hands and bowed deeply to Long Fei and Lin Yingying.
Long Fei smiled at them, "What are your plans?"
Paris said, "I’ve already prepared a ship to take Helis towards the eastern direction."
Lin Yingying curiously asked, "Why go east?"
Paris replied, "It is said there are Eastern gods who can oppose the evil gods of Mount Olympus. I want to go east, learn skills, and come back to liberate the Western people enslaved by the Divine Clan."
"You don’t worship the gods of Mount Olympus?"
Lin Yingying was somewhat surprised.
Paris said, "In my eyes, they are not gods, but demons. While they can grant ordinary people power, they can also seize their spirit souls. Many people in our city have had their spirit souls taken and become puppets, attacking the east under their command."

Paris frowned, "Just you?"

"That’s right, we are the Eastern gods you seek."
He looked at Paris calmly, like a priest gazing at his people.
"Orientals, you’re Orientals!"
Paris exclaimed joyfully.
Helis also appeared delighted, watching Lin Yingying’s face she’d never seen before, even she found this woman extremely beautiful.
This beauty was somewhat gentle and reserved, completely different from their Western flamboyant beauty.
She excitedly asked Long Fei, "Why do you want to help us?"
Long Fei smiled faintly, "No reason, just want to fulfill a love affair!"
"Unexpectedly, you Orientals are so romantic too."
Helis joyfully laughed and clasped Paris’s hand.
Paris worriedly said, "But Helis is a maid offered to the gods, the Divine Spirits won’t let us go, and Helis’s father won’t spare us either."
Long Fei reassured him, "No worries, just follow me back tomorrow, I have a way to convince Helis’s father."
