The spear flew through the air with a sonic boom, and it tore through the super-concentrated air like it didn’t even exist! The boss could barely get out of the way before the spear reached it, and the spear slashed a straight cut across the left side of the boss’ face!

The boss roared in pain as blood oozed from its wound and its massive body began to squirm and writhe across the ground! Jason had to jump off the boss’ body so he wouldn’t be thrown to the ground, and he made some distance to avoid the swinging tail! Each movement from the boss caused massive tremors to travel across the ground, and massive echoes resounded across the entire island! Jason got a message from Gina asking him if he was okay, and Jason told Gina that he was fine.
’When you’re done with your fight, go to the eastern tundra. The superhuman there is struggling, so help him out.’
Jason gave an order absentmindedly while watching the snake shake and tremble, and Gina told Jason that she understood before she closed down the communication line. The snake was slowly starting to come down from its intense thrashing, and Jason saw it turning towards him with an angry vengeance in its eyes! Jason put his hand out towards the snake, and he called on his vampire abilities once again!

It was like the sky was suddenly painted red! The entire world around Jason erupted in red flames that scorched the region, and the boss let out a shriek unlike anything Jason had ever heard!
SHRIEEEEKKK!
The scream tore through the air like a banshee scream, and Jason grimaced as he put a hand up to his ear! The boss slammed its body against the ground as it tried to put out the flames that consumed its injured right side, and Jason saw a giant magic circle appear in the air above the boss! The magic circle glowed with a bright green light, and hundreds of massive boulders were suddenly enveloped in the same green light as they started floating off the ground! The boulders shot towards Jason like bullets, and Jason dashed forward! Jason swerved to the side to dodge a boulder, and he slashed the Death’s Mirage across another boulder to split it in half! A third boulder tried to blindside him, but a large dragon appeared from the rear and used its body as a shield to take the boulder out!
Jason sped up his flight as he blurred across the sky, and he pulled back his blade and activated [Time Dilation]! For a split second, the entire world seemed to slow to a crawl as the boulders and snake froze in time! The [Time Dilation] could work for only five seconds, but Jason had noticed that against stronger opponents, it would work for even less time than that since the skill was so weak! So Jason wasn’t surprised when he saw the giant serpent shifting its mouth towards him two seconds later to try and unleash another attack! But even though the skill didn’t fully stop the boss from moving, it had slowed time down enough, so Jason was able to get past the boss’ defences to unleash his attack! Jason’s hand blurred forward as he slashed his sword across the snake’s neck, and a flash of blue tore through the sky as Jason’s mana split the boss in two!

Blood burst out from the snake’s neck like a geyser, and Jason flicked away the blood that was about to splash on him! The large boss’ head tilted to one side, and the entire island shook from a massive tremor as the head slammed to the ground!
BOOM!
Jason created a platform and landed on it while watching to see what would happen to the thousands of snakes that were still fighting against his subordinates! Jason thought that now that the boss was dead, the other snakes would also die, but Jason was surprised when he didn’t see anything happening to the other snakes. Did that mean their lives were independent of the boss? That was annoying. Jason frowned as he readied himself to head into battle again, but Jason was shocked when another tremor suddenly shook the island! The ground trembled as the giant snake’s body twitched, and Jason turned back around as he saw the snake slowly lifting it’s headless body from the ground again!
’What the fuck?’
Jason couldn’t even begin to describe what he was seeing! Jason knew he had killed this beast! He literally felt its life force vanishing! So what the hell was going on!?
The serpent boss swayed in the air a few times, like a drunkard who was trying to find its balance! And once it had found a good position to stay in, its neck bulged and pulsed before erupting in two geysers of blood as two giant heads shot out from where Jason had taken one off! Jason could only watch as the now two-headed serpent turned in his direction, and they both let out ear-splitting screeches that shook the island down to its foundation!

Jason’s grip tightened around his sword hilt, and Jason glanced down at the decapitated head of the serpent boss. Maybe he shouldn’t have cut that one off. But really, what the fuck is this? Never in a million years did Jason think that the Blue Gate boss would also have the powers of a hydra!
But Jason didn’t care about all that! If the boss was only going to sprout another head whenever its head was cut in half, then Jason just needed to make sure he didn’t cut its head off! Jason readied himself to dive back into the battle, but another tremor suddenly tore through the island, and Jason felt his eyes widen as an insane wave of power slammed into his senses! Jason turned around in shock as he tried to understand what the hell he was feeling right now! The power didn’t belong to any gate boss that Jason knew! But Jason had felt this power before, and Jason could recognise it immediately as it washed over him!
’What the fuck are the Bengari doing here!?’

Gina flew through the air as she quickly made her way to the frozen tundra on the eastern part of the island! Behind her, about ten Sky Serpents were trying to catch up to her, but the Legion subordinates were easily taking care of them using Mana Blasts that threw them to the ground! There were multiple Sky Serpents that had been added to the Legion using [Remote Resurrection], and once the subordinates were done dealing with the Sky Serpents following behind Gina, Gina pulsed her mana and activated [Remote Resurrection] again to add them to the Legion as well! Gina had finished her fight against the horde of Sky Serpents a while ago, and she had initially planned to go and help Jason against the boss, but since Jason said he could handle the boss just fine, Gina decided to follow Jason’s orders and go take care of the superhuman being overwhelmed on the other part of the island! freēwēbnovel.com
As Gina flew, she saw Stella down on the ground fighting about twenty Sky Serpents with multiple Legion subordinates supporting her. There were hundreds of dead Sky Serpents scattered across the floor, and Gina could tell that Stella didn’t need any help, so Gina turned away and continued making her way towards the Tundra! It didn’t take long for the forest green to change to a cold, biting snow white region, and Gina felt her breath coming out in a cold fog every time she exhaled!
