Ren was on edge and he saw other mercenary colleagues with their broad swords gripped from their hands. They were called as there was a tower break nearby.
As per their mission, they were deployed to help the Heroes clear the city from the monsters. Then Ren went out of the truck. He saw the monsters teeming on the roads and some cars were toppled. Civilians were panicking and some were slain.
They then saw Ogres just ahead. They were humongous and green skinned. A C rank monster that was all having huge strength and battle prowess. They needed to have C rank Hunters to subjugate them.
The Ogres then saw them and they roared. They immediately dashed and his mercenary peers were hesitant to attack. A chill ran down their spines and then they felt afraid.
Ren then stretched and warmed up then he immediately went to attack.
He immediately hopped a bit and then he dashed in a flicker. He saw three Ogres and they all have clubs. He was attacked on all sides and then he slashed one ogre in the side. The other two smashed with their clubs and Ren rolled in the side. The other one smashed and he slashed with his sword. Sending the hands with its club to get flying upwards.
The ogres then saw that their leader’s hand was dismembered and they felt dread when the ogre leader roared in pain. With that the others attacked and went furious. They gritted their teeth and wanted to avenge their leader. They all dashed towards him with ten of them.
With that, he was attacked on all sides. He immediately was attacked left and right. Then his mercenary peers were all shocked. He fluidly evaded the attacks and they were amazed.
Their limbs flew with his counters and slashes. The ogres then roared with his attacks. He cut them limb by limb and then blood sprinkled the ground. freewёbnoνel.com
The ogres then covered their wounds with their hands but Ren was just smiling at them. He immediately dashed and then decapitated them one by one.
They immediately turned to ashes and then dropped the stat crystal they held. Red crystal for strength, Green for Dexterity, violet for vitality, and Blue for intelligence, Orange for perception. Then you could absorb their essences to gain the stats and add it to your overall stats in your status page.
He immediately collected the crystals and then put them in his pocket. He would absorb them later on. For now, he immediately dashed to kill more ogres and monsters in the city roads. He immediately went to eradicate and collect stat crystals for him to absorb later.
With that, he went to the dungeon nearby and it was teeming with ogres. Some of them killed numerous civilians and then made a pile of bodies out of them.
Ren felt sickening anger welling deep inside him. He was neutral almost on anything but when innocent civilians were killed, his blood boils in anger.
With that, he summoned 3 nimbus clones and then they were commanded to attack. They all saluted and shouted "Yes commander!"

The clones then attacked and then they went chaotic. The 3 clones then went to kill them and then they hunted enemies like hounds. Never letting go until the enemy died. The dagger clone threw his blade and then struck the forehead. The spear clone went stabbing and the sword clone went rampaging with his dismembering attacks.
They all were in the fray and the ogre leader here saw that they have enemies on sight. He immediately instructed his men to attack full force.
They roared in battlecry and then attacked. Numerous ones were seen coming after the clones. They could only chuckle. More enemies, more stat crystals.
They immediately went to attack and then they were killed one by one. The original then arrived and then soloed the boss. He immediately went to attack with full force and then the Ogre leader roared at him.
He was holding a two handed battle axe and then measured Ren with his little height. He could clearly see that this human was so little but wanted to challenge him.
Ren then made a Devilish grin. "Oi, oi, are you underestimating me? I hated that the most." He declared.
He immediately went to dash and then was slashed with his axe. He evaded with a light hop to the side and then slashed his hands that were holding the weapon. He immediately went to his back and slashed his Achilles heel. Rendering the enemy unable to stand up. With that, Ren looked back at him and was smiling in glee. He could feel the dread that the enemy felt.
"A disabled enemy is a good enemy....." He muttered.
With that, he slashed him in the neck and his head flew.
With that, he saw the head rolled and then he grabbed the red stat crystal from him.
It was then, he saw Hunters arrive and they would close the portal. It was not Ren’s designated task and were theirs and so he let them do their job.
The leader of hunters came to him then spoke. "You killed them all? Good job! And then, your work is done and ours will start. Take a rest, you earned it."
It was none other than the S rank hunter Gu Jong. He was a Paladin class awakener.
"And so, his class was a waste eh?" With that, he used his skill to copy class.
