Chapter 1105: Chapter 1076: Interception

"I..." The suspect tried to say something, but his wide eyes saw Xiao Lin’s finger reaching over.

"Hmm! As long as you tell me who is behind you, I promise to make it quick for you!"

"Wang..."

"Kill him!"

Just uttering a single word made Xiao Lin lose interest in listening further. This interrogation was merely to prove his own thoughts. The rare murderous aura instantly stunned Black Doctor beside him. This was pure murderous intent, not the bravado from the previous Troy battle.

Before Black Doctor could react, Xiao Lin’s left hand clawed through the air, and the heart of the half-dead man was already in his grasp. With a splattering sound, blood sprayed everywhere, splashing Black Doctor’s face!

He considered himself a brutal person, but better than this man — at least he was upfront, while this person hidden deep within was even more terrifying.

The three men carried two boxes onto a boat docked at the pier. Not long after, the boat slowly sailed out of the harbor under the scorching sun.

Pigeons flew over the blue sea, emitting single-syllable chirps. The people on the boat didn’t have the leisure to enjoy the afternoon sun and the azure waters.

After traveling a distance, the yacht anchored on the sea. In the resting area at the bottom of the cabin, the three men put the boxes on the table, their hands cautiously placed on the boxes’ surfaces, faces full of anxiety. They seemed to be waiting for someone, occasionally glancing upward, but no figure descended the stairs.

Thud, thud, thud! Like wood dragged on hard material, a bright shadow appeared at the passage. The three men didn’t know if they were excited or for some other reason, stood up simultaneously, but as soon as they did, a dark gun barrel was pointed at the temple of the man on the edge.

"Who are you?" Panicking, he tried to grab a gun to fight back, but a bullet pierced his heart, dying on the spot. The other did not have time to react before being shot in the head, brains splattering, leaving only the last man alive.

"Don’t kill me! Don’t kill me!" The man seeing his companions swiftly eliminated dropped to the ground with a thud, mumbling.

The gun was pointed at the man’s temple, and with a firm grip, he instantly broke down, screaming. "Robert has no one else? Yet sent this kind of trash!"

Pulling over the box on the table, inside was cash, at least several million, flipping through a wad showed they were non-consecutive USD. "Who are you meeting?"

"You’re not the transaction person?" The man seemed still immersed in terror and spoke incoherently.

"Transaction?" Using the pistol to knock the man’s head. "Want to live?" The man nodded. "Then follow my orders." The man nodded again, then picked up the box and was pushed onto another yacht from the cabin.

The yacht had gone not far when the boat behind exploded with a bang, the man fearfully watching the boat he was just on and then turning to see the man beside him. "What do you want me to do?"

"Call your transaction person, we’re changing location!"

"But, I don’t know that person’s contact information. We follow the boss’s orders, he pays us!"

The man wearing sunglasses glanced at him, holding the steering wheel. "Then call your boss!"

Ten minutes later, the yacht anchored on the sea created turbulent waves moving towards the endless depths of the ocean.

Robert slammed down the phone, cursing loudly! Wang Zhanting glanced at him. Recently, he hadn’t seen Shao Weihua, which was comforting; that man seemed like a clown who hadn’t seen the world, arrogantly gesturing at the other side. "Robert, who are you angry with?"

"Wang! Those damn guys want to extort me!"

"Oh?" Wang Zhanting looked up from his newspaper. "Isn’t today your deal day with Fourth Lord and them? Our weather is great now!"

"Yes, yes! It’s them!" Robert angrily slumped into his soft chair. "Those idiots were tailed, asking to change the transaction location."

"I said not to use outsiders, but you didn’t listen! Do you know who it is?"

Robert shook his head, while he began contacting the trade person to change the transaction location. "It must be that old guy!"

"Casab?" Wang Zhanting laughed at Robert. Since the cops raided one of the hideouts last time and caused substantial losses, this guy’s temper has become increasingly volatile.

"Who else would dare compete with me?" Robert took a swig of his drink and suddenly stood up, pointing at the television screen. "Wang, that’s my ship!" The news was reporting a yacht explosion on the sea.

"Calm down!" Wang Zhanting glanced at the news and sensed something was off. "Better to cancel the deal!"

Robert gave him a look and immediately dialed, but the service was unavailable.

The day started with clear skies, but by afternoon, it was overcast. The weather at sea is never predictable! As a storm approached, the person standing on the deck remained undisturbed by the ominous weather!

A speedboat approached from a distance and soon pulled up alongside. The man immediately sat up on the deck, eagerly wanting to help the person on the speedboat, but they avoided him.

As the woman jumped onto the ship, she glanced at another man standing nearby. She took off her sunglasses and sized him up. "Is he new? Haven’t seen him before!"

"Yes, yes!" The man’s voice stuttered, not expecting the woman’s question.

"Why are you nervous?" Her disdainful gaze fell upon the man standing nearby, the speedboat’s engine still running, indicating the woman wouldn’t stay long!

"Nothing! Let’s go down!" The man glanced at the man behind the woman, just about to move but was stopped by the woman.

"Right here!" she said, pulling out a package roughly the size of A5 from her bag. "The goods are all here; check them. No problem, cash on delivery!"

The man looked again at the man behind the woman, who nodded at him, before starting to inspect the goods. "How come you’re his boss? You need his permission for everything!" Clearly, the woman was no ordinary person and noticed the man’s behavior inspecting the goods.

"I’m not his boss, I’m the police!" With that, the man kicked the inspecting man away. It was unclear what he used, but the package was now in his hand.

"Who exactly are you?"

"Hehe! Xiao Lin!" he said, reaching out with his right hand towards the woman’s shoulder. His unexpected, bizarre technique made her gasp, and with a tip of her toes, she flipped backward, kicking Xiao Lin’s right hand onto the yacht’s stern. "Where is Fourth Master?"

"I don’t know who you’re talking about!" The woman glanced back at the sea behind her. She doubted she could swim back with her own power, so the speedboat was her best chance to escape, but first, she had to get rid of the man in front of her, who was the biggest obstacle.

As if seeing through her thoughts, Xiao Lin folded his arms across his chest, blocking her. "This is a Wu Yue concoction. Besides her, who else could develop such a drug? The person who sold the raw materials to Robert, the one who caused the bar injury incident, sabotaged Sin City’s opening—all it’s this woman, right!"

"I said I don’t understand what you’re saying!" Looking at the package in Xiao Lin’s hand, without a word, the woman stepped on the railing and leapt up. In midair, she changed her posture and approached Xiao Lin’s face.

"Hehe, still saying it’s not! Even the technique is the same!" With force, his right hand flicked outward, and the package flew like an untethered kite into the air, seemingly about to fall into the sea and be swept away by the waves. At this moment, the woman aiming to attack Xiao Lin shouted, her left hand striking the mast as she lunged towards the package’s dropping direction.

Humph! The woman was kicked straight onto the stern. Splash! The entire package fell into the sea, a few bubbles rolled and sank!

Ya ya! The woman screamed, rushing towards Xiao Lin! With hysteria, she swung both fists, forcing Xiao Lin back several steps. Hands supporting the railing, half her body flew out from the yacht, spinning mid-air in a 360-degree rotation onto the woman’s back, landing a palm strike.

Feeling the wind attack from behind, the woman rolled to dodge, grabbing a fire extinguisher from the deck, pulling the pin, and spraying it at Xiao Lin behind her. Instantly, an offensive odor pervaded the air, cold slippery foam scattered everywhere.

"Foolish woman!" The foam slowly turning to liquid in the air was as slippery as pouring oil on the deck. Not to mention such a swaying environment at sea, even on flat ground, walking steadily was difficult.

The woman clearly realized her mistake. She looked up at the ceiling, trying to climb up, leaping up with hand and foot, grabbing hold of the top bar. Meanwhile, Xiao Lin was about three steps away from her, stepping on the railing, and reached for the woman’s legs.

However, the woman’s quick action narrowly avoided his grip, kicking downward and successfully leaping onto the roof, running towards the bow.

Failing to grab her, Xiao Lin swiftly hooked the roof railing, blocking himself in mid-air. Below was slippery liquid; using force at the waist, he flipped onto the roof, chasing after the fleeing woman.

While the woman lacked top-notch skills, her speed amazed Xiao Lin, her nimble steps reminding him of something. He halted, picking up a screw from the roof, throwing it at the woman’s lower calf. With a cry, the woman running stumbled forward! The hit area immediately became swollen red, she looked back at Xiao Lin.

"You can act now!" Xiao Lin calmly dialed out, giving his command. Then he slowly approached the woman slumped on the rooftop. (To be continued. If you enjoy this work, please visit Qidian (qidian.com) to vote for recommendation tickets, monthly tickets. Your support is my greatest motivation.)
