Chapter 1065: Chapter 396 [Breakthrough Card]_2
That side can provide 90x10=900 days.
What remains is over 400 days.
Having spent more than 40 days in "The Path of Breaking Force," plus the odds and ends before that, I still need to gather over 300 days like this.
days to get 300 days; as long as I go through a few Instances, there shouldn’t be any problems.
The third is the S-rank mission from the "Three-clawed Golden Dragon."
This one is relatively easy to accomplish, I only need to earn points and exchange for "Dragon’s Foot."
Although I don’t need to queue up in the Buffer Zone over there, if I go too frequently, I feel the Right Heart Gods will become wary.
And if I keep using the Sheep God every time, I’m afraid they might deduce the core mechanics.
Of course, even if they do figure it out, it’s not that big of a concern; it’s not like the opposition can all apply a "Coating." ƒree𝑤ebnσvel.com
"I can only take it one step at a time; for now, let’s focus on the Scene Cards."
After a few days of good rest, the fatigue accumulated from "The Path of Breaking Force" was swept clean.
Ree Shil took the initiative to contact the small eyelash man and make another trip to the Exchange.
Indeed, as he suspected, the price trends of the Scene Card materials underwent a huge change.
The C-rank Scene materials, their prices went up.
The A-rank Scene materials, their price plummeted.
B-rank Scene materials, on the other hand, increased by fifty percent.
Five percent of the price of the original B-rank materials was now the price level for the majority of Scene Cards.
No longer differentiating between A, B, or C ranks.
Moreover, the Fusion rules for Scene Cards also changed; before, two Scene Cards, or even adding a Material Card in the middle to bridge them, was required.
Now, you just need to apply the appropriate Material directly to the main Body, simple and crude.
For Ree Shil, who possesses "Absolute Card Sense," this is definitely a big plus.
In these Scene Material Cards, he’s like a fish in water.
The first thing to overhaul is the specialized Scene Card for the Kung Fu Deck.
"Martial Woods"
Scene freewēbnoveℓ.com
"[Emergency Aid-Fixed]": Every Round gives own Kung Fu Card 30 points of [First Aid].
"[Swift Revenge-Flexible]": Every Round identify own 3 card positions, making the Kung Fu Card on that position, when attacking twice in the round, receive 5 points of [Healing].
"[Inheritance of the Torch-Flexible]": For every 3 standard Kung Fu Cards exiting, increase the Attack Power of own King of Kung Fu Cards by 5 & Health Points by 10.
In the old version, I had already proven its worth through ample practice at the Card Table.
The most frequently used was "[Emergency Aid]."
If I were to give it 100 points, "[Swift Revenge]" would be around 30 points.
Because even for a Kung Fu Deck, triggering a double attack isn’t easy.
Without cards like ’Crow-man’, ’Tricky Hand Snake’, and ’Yoga Frog’ on the field, which have fewer chances to enter play, "[Swift Revenge]" basically has no chance of being activated.
That’s why I gave it 30 points because it’s useful for the "Kung Fu Sheep God." Otherwise, I really considered giving it 0 points.
Oh, and the occasional "Pursuit" from the "Weapon Master" can trigger it too.
The final "[Inheritance of the Torch]" is just 60 points, I guess.
It’s mainly because I no longer have a self-revealing King of Kung Fu Cards, now that the "Martial Tower Master" is gone.
And based on the Card Game situation, it’s often not feasible to play full Kung Fu Cards, so it’s hard to stack up 3 layers.
If the "Kung Fu Sheep God" could get these 15 attacks, it would indeed be explosive.
A quad strike would deal 140 points of Damage, which is quite frightening.
But after all, it’s too niche use, and this 60 points is specifically for the insane Sheep God.
So now that Scene Cards are easy to knead, I want to rinse away "[Swift Revenge]."
But washing out an attribute, in the context of the new version, everyone is a newbie.
Ree Shil also spent a lot of time on previews, pondering based on this, before he got a clue.
The original name for "[Swift Revenge]" was "[Live Blood]," from a formula given by Museum Director Phoenix.
At that time, the use of "[Hundred Demons Night Walk]" + "Evil-Resisting Sword Manual" + formula = "Martial Woods."
Now, to wash away this attribute, I need materials that are significant contrasting to "Evil-Resisting Sword Manual."
It needs to be Kung Fu-related material and what clashes with "Evil-Resisting Sword Manual."
After searching for a good part of the day, I actually found a copy of "Real Man’s Knife Technique."
With the help of the new version’s mechanisms, I successfully rinsed away the "[Swift Revenge]" attribute.
This new mechanism is quite friendly to me, I can equip an attribute and if it’s not useful, wash it off again.
Later, I added 2 new attributes to "Martial Woods."
"[Training Ground - Flexibility]": Every Round can summon 1 "Wooden Stake Man" immune to basic attack Damage on the field.
"Wooden Stake Man"
Listening to the Wind, 0 points, E-Rank
Attack 0, 10/10, 0/1
(Note: Thanks to the designer [Play Cards Play Cards Play Cards], this card has been balanced.)
This [Wooden Stake Man] seems a bit weak.
No, it’s very weak, 0 points 0 attack 10 health, it appears to be meaningless.
But it has three uses.
First, to increase the general usability of [Martial Arts World].
Before, the [Martial Arts World] entries only worked on Kung Fu cards.
When due to tactical demand, one cannot play Kung Fu cards, those non-Kung Fu cards under [Martial Arts World] would be quite awkward.
Now this [Training Ground], irrelevant to whether it’s a Kung Fu card or not, increases the general usability.
Second, it’s a cheap level two summoning card.
It’s impossible for a 0 point card to offset other non-0 point level two cards.
But it wins by being cheap and fast, occupying a spot early before the opponent’s summoning cards can charge.
This role can also prevent displacement from displacement cards.
Third, tactical value.
Don’t look at it as a 0 point card, but it has one characteristic, that is, it’s very annoying.
Immunity to normal attack damage means what?
It means only skill damage and negative effects can pose a threat to it.
Such a card, if paired with an [Encourage], can be very handy.
The key is, this [Wooden Stake Man] has a Kung Fu card tag.
Then in our hands, we also have that...
[Flag Master]: When the Flag Master is on the field, it increases the attack power of our Kung Fu cards by 5
So once we start stacking the number of [Wooden Stake Men] on the field, it becomes a difficult force to deal with.
Another new entry added is more a more generally applicable one.
Its general applicability even extends to the opponent.
[Fair Duel-Flexible]: Makes both sides’ Scene Cards ineffective at the same time
If it were in the old version, this entry would definitely be a blessing for weaker players.
It’s perfectly suitable for fighting those above you.
As soon as this entry is pulled out, everyone’s Scene Cards are finished.
However, now that the influence of Scene Cards has been reduced, even if both sides lose their Scene Cards, it’s not too excessive.
Coming up with such an entry, Ree Shil was worried about sometimes encountering opponents who are too reliant on Scene Cards, or when facing some tricky Scene Cards.
After all, it’s still the same old saying, better safe than sorry.
If it’s not useful, then we could just switch it out.
Finally, after the rework, the new [Martial Arts World] was released.
[Martial Arts World]
Scene
[Emergency Aid-Steady]: Every round gives one of our Kung Fu cards 30 points of [First Aid]
[Fair Duel-Flexible]: Makes both sides’ Scene Cards ineffective at the same time
[Inheritance of the Torch-Flexible]: For every 3 regular Kung Fu cards that leave our side, increase the attack power and health points of our King Kung Fu card by 5 & 10
[Training Ground - Flexibility]: Summon one [Wooden Stake Man] that is immune to normal attack damage on the field every round
[Wooden Stake Man]
Listening to the Wind, 0 points, E
Attack 0, 10/10, 0/1
In this way, the flexibility of [Martial Arts World] is greatly increased.
Additionally, in the new mechanism, he also discovered some small rules to note.
For example, he originally thought that [Inheritance of the Torch] required the entry to be continually present on the field to accumulate effectiveness.
Actually, it can indeed be said to be the case, but not entirely.
This entry takes effect when it is on the field.
For instance, if [Inheritance of the Torch] is played on the first, second, or third round, and by the fourth round, 3 regular Kung Fu cards leave our side, then when we switch off [Inheritance of the Torch].
Then, when the ultimate King Kung Fu card reveals itself and this entry is played again, its accumulated value would be an increase in attack power and health points by 5 & 10.
The entry accumulates while it is on the field, it doesn’t count when it is off the field.
Beyond [Martial Arts World], the Scene Cards of other card decks have also been enhanced by him.
One of the focuses is the [Sword Soul Palace] of the Sword Card Deck.
This card was already a C-level scene card, with great room for improvement, and no need to switch entries.
