After the two added each other as friends, Dahlia White said, "If you get more of that candy next time, call me. I can trade other things with you for it."
Faye Yardley nodded. "Okay, if I get more, I’ll definitely save some for you."
Then, Dahlia White flitted backward twice into the Teleportation Array, waved, and soon all the spirits had left. The Array vanished along with them.
As soon as the spirits left, swarms of butterflies and moths began to fly over.
Insects on the ground were also heading this way.
Ethan Yardley stood up and said, "Let’s go. Get down first. We need to leave this place quickly and head back."
"Boss, let’s go! Head for where the raft is docked." As Gavin Donovan jumped down, he tapped his feet lightly on branches, landing in a couple of moves and running to Faye Yardley’s side.

As Gavin Donovan swung away, a giant snake shot out in pursuit. Faye Yardley immediately gave chase with Light Wound in hand, stabbing her blade into the great snake’s tail.
The snake’s tail whipped her into the air. She clung to her blade with both hands and, as she came down, plunged it deep into the snake’s body. Then, holding her weapon steady, she ran along the snake’s back, trying to widen the gash as much as possible.

The snake began to thrash about. Faye Yardley held her blade and moved against the direction of its rolling, all while avoiding being struck by its head or tail.
