Bits of fish guts and swim bladder clung to the corners of her mouth. The gruesome, savage sight made even Faye Yardley, watching from a distance, turn her head away.

After a loud THUD, the mangled, crocodile-like fish carcass was hurled by Bella Dillon, landing not far in front of Faye Yardley.
But then, she herself sank back into The Murkwood Loch.
"Bella Dillon!"
Faye Yardley ran around the fish carcass to the lake’s edge. The surface had once again returned to its initial calm, with only the faint ripples from dripping water.
