Chapter 379: Chapter 379: Leona Grant Can’t Be Without Annabelle Linton (3)

She threw her bag down, went into the bathroom to shower, and spent a full twenty minutes brushing her teeth.

’Disgusting. So disgusting!’

The very thought of Leona Grant’s tongue suddenly in her mouth made her want to vomit!

Annabelle Linton was truly furious this time. Most girls in her shoes would have been so enraged they’d be bawling their eyes out by now.

Forty minutes later, after finishing her shower, she came out and chugged a glass of water. She slammed the glass down on the table, still fuming!

"AARGH—" Annabelle Linton angrily swept everything off the table.

’That damn bastard! That braindead, psychotic, idiotic, crazy fool!’

It wasn’t that she was just being proud, not really.

Most importantly, she felt like she had terribly wronged Aaron Wyatt.

Just thinking about him made Annabelle Linton want to cry.

She felt like a two-timing scumbag, dating one person while getting messily entangled with a bastard like Leona Grant.

But she really was innocent! She ran into him every time she went out, and the moment she did, he would come over and cause trouble.

Annabelle Linton’s heart was breaking.

She lowered her gaze, her chest heaving violently with anger as she clenched her fists.

Just as she was seething with anger, her phone buzzed.

Annabelle Linton picked up her phone, and her heart skipped a beat.

’Speak of the devil,’ she thought. freewebnøvel.coɱ

A pang of guilt struck her when she saw the notification for a message from "Annabelle Linton’s Aaron Wyatt."

With trembling fingers, she tapped open the message. It was three simple words: "Are you asleep?"

Even through the screen, Annabelle Linton could feel his warmth reaching straight into the depths of her heart.

Aaron Wyatt was always so thoughtful and considerate. It was already past eleven at night, so he’d sent a text instead of calling, afraid he might disturb her.

Annabelle Linton pressed her lips together, phone in hand, and walked back to her bedroom, not knowing what to do.

She flopped onto the bed, set her phone aside, and buried her face in her pillow.

A moment later, a second message came in.

Annabelle Linton opened it. The message was again just a few simple words: "I’m at the hotel."

He’d been busy from morning till night, and the first thing he did when he got back was text her...

Her eyes instantly reddened, and the guilt in her heart intensified.

If she had known Leona Grant would be this shameless and persistent, she never would have accepted Aaron Wyatt’s confession and started dating him.

’What did this make her?’

’What was any of this?’

The three of them were caught in a tangled mess, and most importantly, the most innocent of them all, Aaron Wyatt, had been dragged into it.

Because of everything that had happened in her past life, Annabelle Linton took matters of the heart extremely seriously.

She felt like the most disgusting person alive, hurting Aaron Wyatt and getting entangled with another man.

A layer of mist clouded Annabelle Linton’s eyes. She gripped her phone tightly, at a complete loss for what to do.

A moment later, Aaron Wyatt sent a video.

The caption read: "For my dearest wifey’s inspection: Yours truly is absolutely faithful to you. No other women in the room, no other men, not even another living soul! I am all yours, from head to toe! Love you, mwah~"

Annabelle Linton couldn’t help but laugh as she opened the video.

The video was a tour of his hotel room. Aaron Wyatt panned across the entire space, not even leaving out the bathroom.

’That silly fool...’ She wiped vigorously at the corners of her eyes.

At the end of the video, the camera flipped around, and Aaron Wyatt’s handsome, gentle face appeared on the screen.

He gave her a bright smile and said in a soft voice, "Babe, I miss you..."
